A big family of clowns

If there is less. I would put -1000. The worst call center ever. They don't speak English in big cities like Milan. They have closed the line many times. This is really the worst thing... I sent an email to the radio room and Mrs. Polese that answered me in Italian with great rudeness. If she wants, I propose English lessons (I am a native speaker) to her and her relatives whole family of clowns. it's better for all of you to change works.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. IF YOU NEED A TAXI, DO NOT GO WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO SCAM YOU. YOU BETTER WALK INSTEAD.THEY TOLD US A FIXED PRICE AND THEN THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD

Worst experience ever with a taxi…

Worst experience ever with a taxi company…
Tried to call them to get a taxi, when I finally got through and said where we were the lady in the other side just said ok and put me on hold for 10 minutes
I hung up and tried calling again, but this time they just hung up
Could also see a lot of other people around us having trouble with them
Would never recommend them to anyone..

Cheating on fixed prices

I ordered taxi by phone following internet recomendation about fixed price of airport trips. According to their website the price from anywhere in Milan to Malpensa was 100 euro. ( photo atached) . Driver asked 168 Euro based on his metrics. When I refused to pay he started „ negotiation” asking 130 Euro. When I called his office he showed me some paper stating that according to this agreement the official price is 114 Euro . So within a 5 minutes he told me 3 different prices and each of them was significantely higher than the one the taxi blue Milan (024040) is advertising on their website .My whole familly was witnessing this case. For the record - few hours later they changed the price at the website.
This kind of scam brings the worse stereotype about Italy and tourist. Shame on the driver and the Taxiblu company. .

NON AFFIDABILE

Sabato 17 febbraio un dipendente della Peck di via Spadari a Milano ci ha chiamato un taxi alle 19:20 per andare al ristorante Aurora in via Savona. Eravamo 4 adulti e avevamo 2 borse della spesa gialle di Peck. L'autista, Taxi Alfa50, ha INSISTITO per mettere le nostre valigie nel bagagliaio dell'auto. Quando siamo arrivati al ristorante si è fermato in strada bloccando parzialmente il traffico e ci ha fatto scendere di corsa dall'auto. Sembrava arrabbiato ed eravamo pronti per entrare nel ristorante. Abbiamo lasciato le valigie nel bagagliaio della sua macchina e non ce ne siamo accorti finché non siamo tornati in hotel 2,5 ore dopo. Abbiamo chiamato TaxiBlu e segnalato immediatamente la perdita e ci è stato detto che l'autista in quel momento era assente dal lavoro. Abbiamo richiamato stamattina e alla fine l'autista ha risposto a TaxiBlu che non aveva i nostri bagagli. Questa non è la verità. Non stava dicendo la verità. Eravamo in 4 e sappiamo tutti che le valigie erano nella sua macchina.
È vergognoso. Spero di avere una risposta positiva dalla azienda e spero che l'autista sia abbastanza onesto da restituire le nostre cose. Questo è un comportamento spregevole da parte di un servizio professionale.

Beware of Taxablu!
On Saturday,Feb 17 an employee at Peck on Via Spadari in Milan called us a taxi at 19:20 to go to the restaurant Aurora on Via Savona. We were 4 adults and had 2 yellow shopping bags from Peck. The driver, Taxi Alfa50, INSISTED on putting our bags in the trunk of the car. When we arrived at the restaurant he stopped in the street partially blocking traffic and rushed us out of the car. He seemed angry and we were ready to get inside the restaurant. We left the bags in the trunk of his car and did not realize it until we were back at our hotel 2.5 hours later. We called TaxiBlu and reported the loss immediately and were told the driver was off duty at the time. We called back this morning and eventually the driver responded to TaxiBlu that he did not have our bags. That is not the truth. He was not speaking the truth. There were 4 of us and we all know the bags were in his car.

Taxiblu, Please help us find our things.
I will definitely report this on social media as often as necessary to let other travelers know that your company does not support your customers who depend on honest drivers. It is shameful. I hope to have a positive reply from your company and hope the driver will be honest enough to return our things. This is despicable behaviour from a professional service.
