Got myself a scope before the Holidays. Nothing happened for 2 weeks tried calling/email, didn't get a single reply! Money gone, but no product. The people, Artin Bogdanov and Mike Stockton are big time scammers!!

I say bad experience, however, it is really no experience. Made an order for a rifle scope, order was immediately canceled by techeyes, however the money was withdrawn for account. Have not been able to contact by phone, number is no longer their no. (try it before you order). have sent several emails with no response. Now in process with getting my money back by getting bank involved.....
Would not place any orders with this company. I do not believe they exist anymore. Addresses are different on different websites...all kinds of sign not to order.

Took over a month to get the scope, the recorder I purchased is defective.

Purchased a scope over a month ago and they called and told me it wasn't in stock. They said 3 to 4 weeks. I wish I would have found this review site sooner.

I did look up reviews and checked with the BBB before ordering from them and it all checked out.

4 weeks went by and nothing. Emailed them and nothing. I called and nobody answered the phones or would return my voicemail messages. Then after a couple days the phone number is disconnected.

They may have been legitimate originally, but they turned into a scam and ran off with my money. Now I have to file a dispute to get my money back. Always listen to your gut instinct, I wish I would have.

Ordered and paid in advance for $6500 Thermal Sight with 5-10 day shipping time. Over 1 month later no scope no explanation. Phone calls and emails unanswered. Their Facebook page with ever growing bad reviews has been pulled offline. Looking around at various review sites it's obvious I'm not alone!!

After Month+ battle I'm finally refunded. All indications through conversations with major optic manufacturers are that Techeyes is out of business or at least suspended yet....their site is still up and taking customer's $$ for high end gear they WILL NOT DELIVER!!!! What an awful experience I've had with this scam of a company. The silver lining has been that I started dealing with Armasight directly and it has been a pleasure.

Ordered a Thermo Scope from them only to find out there account has been suspended by ATN. I you ordered a scope between March and April you need to cancel it. Good luck trying to call them, the will not answer their phones or email you back. Best to call your credit card and cancel or open a dispute to get your money back,

Please save yourself a huge headache and order from a reputable dealer. I have never received my order and calls, emails and Facebook messages have all been ignored. I have tried to cancel my order for weeks now. Their contract with ATN has been suspended so they can not even fulfill orders from ATN. I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the $2000.00 claim (they charged me for my product on 02MAR16) and also filed with the BBB. Their Facebook page is not even up as of this time & the review portion on its website is down...Just try to CALL THEM before you place an order online and you will see this is a company to stay FAR AWAY FROM!!!!

After several days trying to get an ATN thermal scope to operate per instruction, and many calls to ATN, and Mike Stockton at TechEyes, before returning scope to TechEyes, I had a ATN dealer try his luck with scope.. As expected, the dealer confirmed the 5,000 dollar scope was defective! Mike Stockton assured me I would be reimbursed my shipping cost...47.00 +.... After several calls and e-mails I have yet to receive the return shipping. Take some good advice and stay far, far away from TechEyes!!!

Absolutely stay away from this company "Tech Eyes" and "Thermalscopes .com". I ordered a scope on the 4/5/16 which was advertised as being in stock. Turns out it was not in stock and I had to verify my credit card info and verify the order before they could call armasight to get a lead time. I was told by Mike Stockton that my scope would ship no later than the end of the following week (Friday 4/15). After about a dozen emails and phone calls after the 15th I have not received a single response from them so I called armasight. They said they were short parts and delivery on that scope is and always has been 5/19. They lied about it being in stock, lied about delivery, and once I realized both were lies they are too shady of a company to call or email back. I have tried every way possible to cancel my order since I have been lied to and ignored but apparently that is not going to happen. Worst company I have every dealt with. Do yourself a favor and give your money to honest people. Even if it means paying a little more.

very bad service. i had to find out by myself that the item that i ordered was not on stock and only available after 4 more weeks.
no status emails no nothing.....
when i called to ask what´s going on the guy was unfriendly.
never again!!!!!

Bought the Vortex Razor Gen II from Tech Eyes. Seems to be a good operation. Seller was pleasant and helpful and I bought the scope at a reasonable price. It was shipped quickly with solid packaging. The scope is great and I am anxious to use it.

I ordered online, but talked to Mike in customer service for details on the item before ordering. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. Great experience! Would recommend Tech Eyes to my closest friends and family.

I was toying with the idea of getting a thermal rifle scope, one with at least 640x512 resolution and a 60 Hz refresh rate. I was scouring the internet looking around for the best prices since the prices at this level of technology is REALLY painful! I called Tech Eyes and chatted with Mike. I really wasn't in a hurry necessarily to buy a thermal scope just yet, but he offered a price and other incentives I simply could not believe, so I took it and have no regrets. I'm convinced that you must check with Tech Eyes before making a final buying decision on any high priced optic if you want to get the best deal out there.

This is not my first experience with tech eyes. When it came time for this purchase I only considered tech eyes again because of my previous experience with them. In the future I will also only consider them. They are really the best..

I showed up at the business expecting it to be a brick and mortar store. However, this is an internet only business.
Nonetheless, the employee working, Mike, let me in and I purchased a pair of binoculars.
Mike was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole purchase process. The binoculars were two-day shipped to a hotel I was staying at in the Midwest; I purchased the binoculars because I was going to a few sporting events and they arrived on time. The binoculars--Swarovski CL Pocket 8X25, are incredible. I highly recommend these for any sporting event.

I have bought a couple of scopes now from Tech Eyes. They do match prices like they say they will, and they are fast. I received all of them before the expected delivery date. I don't have any worries about ordering through these guys. Ask for Mike Stockton and he will take care of you.

Tech Eyes had the best price on the item I wanted. Shipping was fast and while an adult signature inconvenienced the process, it was clear why it was necessary and not a show stopper.

I called Tech Eyes late in the afternoon on a Monday and talked with Mike Stockton, by Friday he had my binoculars waiting for me when I got home. They were great to deal with and I got an amazing deal. I would definitely deal with them again.

I placed 2 orders within a span of a month totaling nearly $1,000.00. My first order had to be changed because the item was not in production at the time. I ordered standard over night on this order and it arrived over a week later. I was never reimbursed for the shipping charges.

The second order was supposed to come overnight as well and again, a week later I am still waiting for it. Although the product is good I find that you have problems with inventory of items available for sale and overnight shipping is apparently beyond the scope of your capabilities. I would like my money back for the overnight shipping charges.
