Ordered new night vision scope and after I ordered it I decided to see if I could get shipment expedited and called them but it was after hours and today I received a call from them asking how they could help. Talked to sales rep was very friendly and helped me get my purchase expedited at no addition cost. I will definitely recommend and purchse from th in the future. I bought a spotting scope at Tech Eyes for a good price, but was surprised when I didn't get some sort of e-mail confirming purchase and shipping. Turns out that they did send one and it went straight to my junk folder that I never checked. When I contacted them they responded immediately and everything was resolved.
They used free overnight shipping and offered an additional 10% off the price of the scope.
I'll definitely keep these guys in mind if I need any sort of optics!!

My first purchase from Tech Eyes was a ATN X-Sight that ATN was extremely slow with production. Tech Eyes offered several options of my choice and continued to email information monthly for my backorder X-Sight. If I emailed questions or concerns Tech Eyes's staff replied within the same working day. Unlike many other companies that have left me waiting for days before reply.

I called Tech Eyes once for product Q/As and within a very short period of time I was able to talk to a real person. My experience with other mail order companies was "press 1 for options", several minutes of annoying elevator music, and/or worst loud recorded advertisements.

I'm 3000 miles away on the East Coast and Tech Eyes's staff made me feel they were my next door neighbor always willing to help. A Mom & Pop's style of business based on customer service.

First off the techs at tech eyes made me an expert on night vision with just a few personal phone calls . Then after following up they help me make my own decision based on MY needs and application. Then they went out of there way to ensure I received my product for a hunting trip . These guys are GREAT, the entire company . I felt more comfortable making purchase online with techeyes than I would have in a store front . If you buy night vision from anywhere else,it would be a mistake .

wait. A very well made product. Has a lot of features, I may not
use, but they are there if I need them.

This company took a hit from a supplier and couldn't complete a sale ..They refunded my purchase and did it fast .. No dragging it out as some do .. They asked me what they could do .. I wanted the product if they could find it..Turned out that that their supplier had screwed up and got another order in .. Called me and I wanted it .. They gave me a real good deal ,dropped the price and sent it to me freight free too .. This is a rare example of what used to be .. The product I had ordered was a pre-order and took much longer to produce than the first estimate given. However, it was out of Tech Eyes hands and fell on the manufacturer. With that being said, Tech Eyes did a good job sending out monthly info regarding the current status of the product. Any further questions in between were handled by phone or email. A representative of Tech Eyes who's name is Curtis Seaton Curtis was very helpful, professional, and friendly in making changes to my order when I decided to upgrade which is very refreshing. I hope Curtis is recognized for all that fell on his lap while dealing with all the customers regarding the ATN X-Sight Preorders. Great Job Tech Eyes!!

I ordered the new ATN x-sight back in July with no idea when I was going to receive the scope. It was on back order for several months , TechEyes kept me informed and updated on any news from ATN. Will definitely come back.

very quickly. It was packaged as if it were crystal. I probably could have dropped it off a building and it would be completely unharmed.
It will be a few weeks before I can actually use the devices, but I am sure it will be worth the wait.
