I have been looking at this scope (Burris Eliminator 3) for quite a while before finally making my purchase. The price of this scope, online, has a wide range of pricing, usually from about 1199.00 to almost 1500.00. When I found Tech Eyes, they also had a Make An Offer feature, so I did, and they accepted my offer. I have to say, I think I got an excellent deal. I highly recommend Tech Eyes.

Dont bother going with 2 day shipping it will not happen just go with free and wait it out. I wasted $40 for 2nd day air and it was almost 2 weeks befor i received my thermal scope.

Having a few problems with my scope so it may go back if i can't get it to work right.

Contacted them about the purchase of an ATN x sight xd 5-18 day night scope. When they quoted their price I told them I could buy it $60 cheaper on eBay, they then beat the eBay price by $39. At the time of purchase they told me there would be about a two week delay in shipping, this turned into a two month delay. This was not caused by tech eyes this was by ATN as they tried to work out some of the bugs in the scope. Any time I contacted them about the status of the scope they were on top of everything. I will purchase again from them and I will recommend them. Just shop first and find the lowest price then call them, but as an educated consumer this is what you should do on anything. As for the scope have not had a chance to use it yet.

I ordered a scope through Tech eyes. The item was back ordered. I was told it would ship in two weeks but, I received it approximately two months later. I doubt that it was any fault of Tech eyes. Likely, the fault of the scope manufacturer. As frustrating as it was being told my shipment was delayed again and again, I have to give Mike S credit. He always answered my phone calls and always replied to my emails in a very timely fashion. He was always understanding and pleasant to talk with. I would do business again with Tech eyes.

I ordered a pair of Nikon Action binoculars because they were listed as being in stock online. After I made the order and it was confirmed, I was notified 2 days later the binoculars were not in stock and they would be replaced with a different pair of Nikon binoculars. That order was processed on 2/17/15. After several weeks I had not received the binoculars and I called to get a shipping status. I was told the order had been processed but never shipped out. I finally received the binoculars a month after the order was placed. Whenever I called Customer Service it sounded like I was talking to someone working from their garage. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional but I did finally get the binoculars.

I ordered a new night vision scope from Tech Eyes. When it came in there was a problem with it. I called Tech Eyes up spoke with Mike Stockton, he was more than helpful. Mike worked with me explaining step by step on how to return the scope. Mike then helped me on picking out another brand of night vision. I will do business with Tech Eyes again.

I pre-purchased an ATN night vision scope scheduled delivery date was 6 weeks. Ended up taking a year to get my scope. None of which was the fault of Tech Eyes. They kept me informed on progress (most of which was bad news) with periodic emails when ever they had new information. Needless to say, it will be a LONG time before I purchase anything from ATN again. That being said, none of that is on Tech Eyes. If they do this well in a bad situation I'm sure they would be even better under normal circumstances.

Shopped around and Tech Eyes offers "make an offer" on their web site and I utilized that tool to purchase the FLIR PS-32 for a substantial savings over their competitors that don't negotiate price
