Tech Eyes was very cooperative with my order and found a way to give me the very best price on this Vortex 6.5-20x50mm. Especially Skylar, who followed up on everything. I would't hold it against them that they had to order the scope from Vortex after I placed my order because they told me that going in. After doing my online research I finally decided to buy the Armasight Zeus 4 thermal scope and of the many dealers offering this item, I chose Tech Eyes as my source. Never having used Tech Eyes before I was not sure of what to expect but the order was accepted and acknowledged quickly. The scope was sent directly from the Armasight factory and Tech Eyes arranged fulfillment and helped to expedite shipment. It came in several days ahead of schedule and I was kept up to date at every step and received a truly fast and courteous response whenever I had a question. My experience was an outstanding one and I am completely satisfied with Tech Eyes customer service. I will certainly use them in the future for other shooting needs I have.

The Zeus 4 is a great addition to my shooting collection as I have a large pack of coyotes terrorizing my farm animals during the night. Having practiced with it several nights I can say there is no creature out there that I would not see. The heat signatures really jump out at you, even behind light vegetation. The 4x-8X magnification is about right for my shooting distances since there will be no shots less than 50 yards and most appear to be around 75-100 yards from my practice sessions. I will just have to be careful not to shoot one of the cats or some such since you have to depend on the outline and movement patterns for target recognition. The image has little or no shading or gradation that is present with light amplification night vision scopes. It's amazing how much like a coyote a cat looks close up in thermal! Now that I have the Zeus 4 I think I chose the proper magnification but I should have looked into more pixels for a finer resolution/image texture. Next purchase I will certainly do so.

The palettes are interesting but unnecessary for good shooting. I will likely stay with the sepia or a red palette since coyotes could see any other color of light leaking from the eyepiece. The multicolored palettes are good for examining my beehives to see how strong the populations are and if they are positioning themselves correctly for the coming cold weather. It is nice to just look and see where the bees are and how big the cluster is without having to tear into the hives. This is an unintended plus for me and will save me a lot of time and guessing about which hives are in trouble or need feeding during the winter.

One con is that I am having some difficulty finding the buttons even with bare hands (they are small and fairly flat) so this may be an issue in the cold or certainly with gloves on. After 3 practice nights, though, I no longer need to use the "main menu" step options as all the main features I need are available from the four secondary buttons alone. The functions are very easy to learn.

A kudo for Armasight customer service, too: the tech at Armasight responded to me very quickly when I emailed about being instructed to never connect an external power supply without first removing the battery. He confirms that you can indeed connect an external battery pack (I bought this and it reportedly will last 8 hours continuously which is a lot longer than my eyes will be practically functional) without taking the two internal batteries out, and that this was a typo in the manual.

Another small con: I wish their was a USB connect and not just the video out cable, or else an SD card slot with the option of storing still pics. I would love to use this as a nighttime still camera. Maybe in the future some other model will do that.

Both types of night vision have their strong points but it is wonderful not having to wait for the moon to come up to be able to go out and shoot predating coyotes. They stand out like dog-shaped light bulbs in this scope! Overall I am extremely satisfied, both with the product and the customer service to data.

I have had this scope for about 10 days and I still can't believe how well it works. I have a couple of gen 1 night vision scopes and they are a joke compared to the Nemesis 6X. This scope is very user friendly and works exceptionally well on my AR15. I was going to purchase another Nemesis 6X scope, but I damaged the bumper on my wife's car. Howerer: when I save up the money, I WILL be purchasing another one of these scopes!

When they realized my requested part had to be ordered they instantly verified the factory had it and would ship that day. Instantly sending E-mail with tracking information. Service couldn't get any better!

I placed an order and needed it by a specific date when it looked like that was not going to happen Curtis Seaton went in to overdrive and made it happen. He was extremely knowledgeable about all shipping avenues and found one that allowed me to get my order just when I needed it. He was courteous and made several calls on my behalf.
You should consider yourself lucky to have such a person among your staff.
I hope that each time I place an order I have Curtis or someone that he has trained to do such a good job. I wouldnt be surprised if he doesn't get a promotion he that good.

Can't think of a thing that could make this any better. Price,packing , communication,shipping. Would buy from again. Nuff said.

I ordered a Trijicon acog from Tech Eyes. They delivered/ shipped the scope in excellent packing and on time. Tech eyes also worked with me on price. Excellent product condition from a recommended seller. God Bless.

I just received my Flir rs64 thermal vision night scope. Techeyes.com is the only company online that had a discount on this very expensive item. I saved over $500 purchasing it threw Techeyes. The item was on backorder from Flir for about 8 weeks so I was a little nervous with the wait since my credit card was charged for the item right away. I called Curtis at least once a week and sometimes twice to check on the status of my order. He never got irritated or short with me from all the phone calls and always answered my questions. I do think when and item is backordered techeyes should wait to charge your credit card until item is back in stock and shipped that is what made me nervous. But never the less I have the item now and Curtis was always nice and helpful. I would recommend doing business with them and I will do more business with them in the future.

Tech Eyes' customer service (Curtis) was very helpful supplying information, with good communication. I was very satisfied with the purchase of the FLIR RS32, being a high quality item. Thanks again!

Everybody was great to work with and you can't beat the prices. The only issue was that when the purchase was made it showed ships in 5 to 8 business days and it took A LOT LONGER than that to get the product. The delay was on the manufacturing side so not really much that Tech Eyes could have done about that. Better follow up and updates would have been helpful. Would definitely order again though.

It took a while for them to fill my order, however it was not TechEyes, but the items manufacturer. Excellent communication and honest, sincere follow through to the customer! I would definitely recommend to others and I will order from them again.

I had pre ordered a different NV scope from TechEyes and whenever I used their live chat to check on possible delivery dates, they were always courteous and up front with me. I finally decided to cancel the pre ordered scope and go a different route. I sent them an advertised price for the item from a different vendor and they matched it. First rate customer service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Called techeyes as I had trouble deciding on what scope to buy. They took out both scopes and did an on the phone review answering my questions. I asked how the recticle looked at close distance and I was told "using my range finder I can see the dot is nicely centered in the 8 of a license plate at 30 yds away". Then they said, try it for 10 days if you don't like it we will exchange it or refund. No problem.
