I contacted the company when I had an issue with my Tecknet doorbell.They were very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Had an issue with a product purchased through Amazon, emailed the support team (website states response in 1 business day) 7 business days later still no response.

Bought a set 2 years ago, worked well, but one of the slave units started playing up. Got in touch with their support and after a short exchange of details, they replaced the unit at no charge - despite the fact that it was way out of warranty.
The support was extremely helpful and responsive

The remote door bell which I bought lasted about 5 minutes and then the remote control failed. I am returning for a refund.

I have bought items in the past and am still using them no problem. I recently bought a discounted headset that has excellent sound quality the best and fastest pairing I've had compared with two much more expensive sets. Pairing two devices at the same time automatically updates when one or both devices are swiched off and reconnected. The best part that unlike nearly all headsets they don't crush your head nor need to be stretched between a stack of books to relax their grip which is a very common fix.
I also adore the cute accent of the voice telling me what is happening.

so called 2 year warranty is just a joke. They never ever respond if you contact them to claim your warranty

Received an email saying "Your Amazon Product Warranty Thank you for purchasing our product on Amazon." I did NOT purchase it from Amazon in fact I do NOT buy anything from them, have not for 20 years and NEVER will buy again from them, due to them not refunding a faulty item I bought from them that was not fit for purpose. I emailed Tecknet about this and they say "they use Amazon Logistics" yet there is no mention of this on their website, they also say "Please kindly know that your order belongs to our site" Will now also add Tecknet to my Boycott list as I do Not trust them.
Looks like I have indeed bought this item through Amazon and their shipping. Tecknet need to update the information they have on their website. Honesty is the best policy!

Really disappointed. Bought the twin doorbell and only one paired with the bell push. Tried to get a reply and Tecknet basically sent me the instruction leaflet - which I had already tried. If anybody can get a phone number other than the one in India, you have done well. The online chat thing also has been rubbish. Item returned to Amazon today.

Bluetooth mouse failed after several months. After several months attempting to contact and being ignored, an agent emailed promising an Amazon gift card as a solution. Gift card never received. When contacted agent again, a new condition was attached: I had to remove my negative rating on the Amazon site.

Bought a Technet wireless doorbell through Amazon paired it to the ring we wanted now it refuses to work when you press the doorbell. Don't waste your money. Useless!

I used to like Tecknet until recently. They have turned into the same as nearly any other Chinese seller on eBay, even when purchasing through Tecknet.co.uk.

I recently purchased a rainbow lit keyboard, however I never received the keyboard I ordered, I received a simple single colour backlit keyboard, which even looked different.

When I contacted Tecknet, they offered me a £2 refund, despite the fact that it was completely the wrong unit that did not match anything else. They replied saying they were sad that I was disappointed in their company, but the item I ordered was out of stock.

I then said to them that surely if they wanted to keep my custom, then they would be best sending me a rainbow lit keyboard from their collection to replace this unit.

However, the obviously don’t care about their customers, as despite their apparent sadness at providing poor service, they have now refunded the money in full. And to top it off, I now have to dispose of a keyboard that I don’t want as they won’t take it back!

Purchased a teckent slight sound mouse, its quite light and good. Will try other brand as well

I registered a Tecknet twin waterproof wireless doorbell bought on 20.08.21. The doorbell push is faulty sometimes works/sometimes doesnt. I have emailed Tecknet via their website on 3/4 occasions with no response despite saying "response in 24 hours). I have tried emailing to their support email address (as shown on their website), but this bounces back. So now stuck with a unit which is faulty, has 2 years guarantee which is worthless as the company appear totally disinterested in their customers!!! Unbelievably poor

I've been using my Tecknet power bank for a while now and I've found that I'm lost without it. Whenever I go for long walks or day trips I take my Tecknet power bank with me (you never know when you need an extra charge or two). The power bank feels solid, made from good quality materials and it's super easy to use. It's got a massive capacity with more than enough power for me (and my walking friends). The packaging was all recyclable cardboard and contained an easy, step-by-step guide and warranty card. Great product, I've used it a lot and I won't travel without it! Well done Tecknet!!

i recently bought a bluetooth speaker for my android, have trouble pairing it..then up comes VERSA 2..but it says it needs an app to make it work..so its not a genuine blue tooth is it..when you google VERSA 2 its a fitness app..ha ha ha ..its off to the bin i`m afraid..

Just found this website was upgraded recently, after keeping an unchanged style for years. The products are good and not expensive, actually, I bought some from Amazon before but sometimes the price of Amazon was not good enough. This website is a better place to get a reasonable price.
