I bought an iPad air and never arrived. Open an incident with Tecobuy and I only had 1 response, blaming the courier. I had to ask Paypal for a refund that took 45 to get my money back. This is not a serious company, not responding to emails. I bought a couple of items before and it always took 2-3 weeks to arrive, but this time was more than 45 days and still waiting.

A longer wait for delivery than if was in UK but absolutely worth it! Saved approximately £100 on my new Apple Watch 6 series- No hidden costs or taxes ! Great purchase will definitely use again and recommend to my friends!

I found TecoBuy via the web, not heard of them or used them before but I had experience with similar companies based in Hong Kong, the price was fair for the Samsung tablet 6 Lite I purchased and all information including tracking was sufficient. I did decide to purchase extra insurance just for peace of mind, I checked for a further update from TecoBuy when the item landed in the UK, the response was fast and clear, no issues with this company and would highly recommend.

Arrived in 13 working days (17 in total). Phone was well and packed upon receipt. I Had an issue tracking my package but I emailed their customer services and received a helpful response the following day which resolved the issue. The phone was priced significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Be aware that delivery time will be significantly longer than what most of us are used to.

I recently bought a new flash gun and accessories for my Canon camera and saved a bundle. The old saying that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably isn't certainly did not apply. It took a while to get here but the packaging was excellent and the sales team replied to my queries very quickly. I will be using them again.

I thought I was taking a risk by buying from a far-away company that I’d never heard of. But I paid through Paypal as some reassurance. I ordered on the 17th July, and my 4th geniPad air arrived on the 26th - what’s not to like? I scooped up a 256gb for the same price as a 64gb on the Apple site, and got the colour I wanted which was more expensive on some other sites. The charger cable was the same at both ends though (British plug included so all good) but I bought a usb connect cable for a fiver. My parcel arrived via DPD and an email gave me a window of an hour for delivery. The company stayed in touch and answered all my four questions promptly, in a language I understood. This was a super transaction and would certainly recommend that you buy from Tecobuy and save yourself a packet!

I ordered my new Samsung phone on Tecobuy before I saw the reviews here. To be honest, they got me worried but now I'm glad I didn't check. I had no problems with my order whatsoever and saved quite a few pounds! Also, I always pay with PayPal for piece of mind. The parcel arrived quickly (bit over 1 week from Hong Kong), the product was well packaged and the phone works great. Based solely on my personal experience, I would recommend them.

Never use this company. I bought a Nintendo Switch for my children for Christmas. It malfunctioned within the first month. First problem, it was a faulty product and stopped working within the first month of having it. Second problem, the company advertises that they are a UK company. However, you have to send your product back Hong Kong not free of charge. Third problem, there is no phone number fo speak to an employee about the product. All correspondence is done through email. Fourth problem, despite asking numerous times. There doesn’t seem to be a member of management to speak to. Fifth problem, it has taken 7 months to resolve my problem. A very dishonest company with faulty products and full of people with empty promises.

I'm working in the UK now, I've ordered speakers and it is price over £50, I've ordered them with PayPal, I've paid two more pounds and I've tracked them.
Personally, I recommend the tracking service, it was cheaper than the others about 30 pounds.
I thought it was worth a try, and it took me about three weeks.
We gather together in Hong Kong and the delivery preparation period is long.
It has arrived in the UK sooner than I thought. I'll order again. It'll also speed up sales replies. Sellers hope they don't forget the current sales posture and attitude.

Easy to order on line. Ordered on 6th July 2021 and item arrived today 24 July. I also ordered from Tecobuy earlier in the year and had similar service. Very pleased with them. Will certainly buy from them again.

I am surprised by the recent delivery speed, to be honest. I purchased a lens on 7/7/2021 and was delivered by dpd on 19/7/2021. I mean it is not amazon fast but it is still pretty impressive for an item shipped from HK. The price is really competitive as well, saving me £700 for one lens. It was well worth the wait.
