Good price, I haven’t received what I ordered yet its been over 3 weeks, the delivery is taking forever, the carrier company tracking is very bad and as i’ve said cant tell about the quality if its original or counterfeit, i’m a bit skeptical. The website is deceiving it says .co.uk but its Chinese.

Was a bit sceptical at first because of the extremely low price, but when I saw the delivery time of 10-15 working days (with 3-4 further delays for covid), I thought that the reason for the low prices was for hardly any delivery or marketing costs.
Ordered a Sony WH1000-XM4, arrived after 14 business days, so 20 days to come in total (ordered Friday night), and came in perfect condition.
A lot of reviews seem to be very negative, some faulty products but mostly people complaining about the delivery time... which is a bit stupid considering it literally tells you on the website? (not to invalidate the people receiving faulty products ofc) Anyway very happy to save north of £100 to wait 3 weeks - banging deal for me :)
Be aware of some reviews, as I feel some of them are very specific counter reviews by bots or similar against people having genuine problems - obviously I'm not a bot, and I doubt bots would write this unless they are self aware ;)

Good price. Delivery a bit slow. The original marketing blurb doesn't make it clear that it is being delivered from HK although the price suggests it wasn't UK sourced. I ordered on 2/7 and it was 7/7 before it was despatched. It then took until 22/7 to arrive on my doorstep. This was longer than the delivery times shown. I queried my delivery on 18/7 and to be fair I had a very prompt reply telling me that the normal delivery times meant I should give it until 21st, so only took a day longer. The whole process from ordering to contacting Tecobuy customer service and the tracking service provided was of excellent quality.
Everything they promised on their web site was held to the mark.

I was looking for a new dyson hoover to replace my corded one which I’ve had for the last 8 years, to update my hoover and purchase a cordless one. When comparing prices online I came cross techobuy, their prices are competitive with other companies so I purchased the dyson v11 through their website. The delivery though changed and delayed from the original date was good and the product came brand new with all the accessories working perfectly. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a galaxy S20 FE 5G, the phone is perfect and i have no complaints also i paid £360 which is a very competitive price for a brand new galaxy S20 which arrived perfectly packed in its box with all its extras, but now to the downside the delivery was supposed to take 4 to 5 days, frustratingly it spent three weeks traveling around the UK with me tracking it, every time i emailed them i got another update on its travels, if i hade been made clear to me how long it would take that would have been fine, so apart from the delivery time i am extremely happy with my purchase R van-Schepdael 👍 for the galaxy S20 FE 5G and the price.

Item dispatched from Hong Kong, no special post for such a valuable item, and only a small amount of bubble wrap but all arrived ok and condition, specification (16+512Gb+SD888) all as ordered, was not initially able to configure phone to English - there should be a leaflet for this, but eventually managed without referring to anything. Battery 19% and a bit worried as it seemed to be used up quickly - dropped screed res etc and all seems ok, Had for a week now and impressed with phone - noticed it's no longer available on their site so I was lucky? Samsung only include a charge cable - no case, instructions or anything else! Crazy at this price point - can't blame Tecobuy for that though!

Very fast and helpful customer service team, item arrived exactly when they said it would within 2 weeks of dispatch, i got a switch lite brand new and all. This website is a bargain and a half i highly recommend it all legit.

at first i thought it was a fake site, but guys, believe me, i bought an iphone 12 pro max and it came right away, before the scheduled date and sealed, for the price i thought it was used, but not all new and original, i'm very much happy, the headquarters really are in hong kong and it takes a while, they answered all my emails in less than a day, buy on this site, the economy makes it worth it

I have ordered lens & camera. Have received lens but after a week, I have not been given an update on the camera I bought & paid. I sent email & been told the camera will be dispatched in few days but then nothing. I sent another email and the said, we will have stock in 1-2 weeks. I wanted it quickly so I cancelled the order with them. On contacting them, several times they eventually refunded the money.

Ordered a phone 1 month ago and got this answer on every week:
"Unfortunately, the stock needed to complete your order is not sufficient.
Because of this, we have contacted our suppliers for additional stock."
But they still in stock on the tecobuy site and anybody able to order them, of course they will get nothing for weeks.

This company is a scam, I bought a Mavic air 2 costing just short of £800 from them the courier they use conveniently delivered my parcel to the wrong address they admitted liability but after all my emails to TecoBuy they have offered me £10 as compensation absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Very good price and they delivered before actual delivery time ,good service !!

I ordered a Samsung s21 ultra phone from TecoBuy. They sent me an email straight away saying that they were waiting on another delivery coming in.

I emailed them and they always get back to you straight away. They didn't know when they were getting stock back in as it had been delayed. I got another email back saying they are giving me my full refund back and within 24 hours, the money was back in my account again.

So I have had a good experience with TecoBuy.

I ordered a capsule 2 then checked Trustpilot after and was concerned id lost my money when I read loads of negative comments. I worried for nothing, it came this morning via DPD and im really happy with my purchase and especially the price compared to Amazon.

Thought I would give the benefit of the doubt following my first review of this company (item was not in stock)

I thought I would order a lens for my A6400 (which I ended up having to get from someone else) and a Ronin SC

Both items were in stock just like when I previously tried to order the A6400.

As I now already had a camera I was in no rush and waited over 3 weeks with no updates

I emailed them to ask on updates and they came back and said items were not in stock...

I mean seriously this is the second time I've tried to order and 3 different items are not in stock even though their site said it was?

Thankfully PayPal has reversed the order and now I'll have to wait up to a week for the refund to hit my bank.

What I have noticed is that the PayPal account has changed from tecobuy to glamstar

I am now of the opinion that this company is either

A. Waiting on bulk orders and doesn't have any of their own stock

B. Not intending to fulfill stock and is using the cash flow to earn interest on the large amount of sums that sit in their bank at any one time (prior to eventually refunding with no interest being having to be paid to the "buyer"

I'm also suspecting that most if not all the positive and semi positive reviews are fake as a way to balance out their negative scores and for making the appearance of successful orders more believable to ensure the new orders keep rolling in

The PayPal account name change is likely in relation to the amount of payment refund processes that occur which would be terminated by PayPal and a new account having to be made.

They clearly dont appear to care about their business enough and any reputable company would care about their reviews and follow up with support or comments on the reviews.

At this point I can honestly say don't waste your time or money with this company, I'm confident you will end up going through the same process as myself and many others on here and I would like you to avoid the frustrations and order elsewhere

Ordered a camera and spare battery that were both in stock. After no despatch a week later I contacted them to be told that the battery was out of stock and I had to wait until more stock arrived before they could despatch order. I then waited a further two weeks only to be told that there was a further ‘mix up’ with my order and it would be despatched within a few days. After a full month I then threatened to go to PayPal for a refund and only then did they issue me with a refund. No explanation from them as to why my order was never despatched. At all times during this month both items that I ordered were listed as ‘in stock’ on their website. A complete bunch of scam artists. Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered a JLB flip speaker 15 days ago from them and still nothing has arrived.

Useless company. Avoid at all costs
