DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, still waiting for an Apple speaker nearly 4 weeks after delivery, needless to say I wont be using this company again and nor should you, tracking details dont work and they sat on the order for 10 days before even deciding to ship it, if they have shipped it at all...

Genuine savings if you are willing to wait for delivery. Delivery took 10 days but the price was 25% lower than Apple, so worth the wait.

Firstly, most of these reviews don't seem to understand that Tecobuy is able to have insane savings on items because they don't "waste" money on marketing and customer service. The tradeoff is a slow service, but if you have patience, Tecobuy is definitely the first place to look for when buying global electronics.

These are real products, sold to customers at the prices retailers pay for them. Over the past 2 years, I have saved over £2,000 on everything from my iPad and Apple Watch to my Sony video kit. Delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks as standard but I've received everything I've ordered.

My advice: have patience and use PayPal. If something doesn't come, you're covered in any case, but I've not had that experience myself.

Still waiting for my phone. My Husband ordered it for me and he was not aware that he was ordering from outside of the UK and the tracking doesn't work. No customer telephone number so emailed and they just keeping saying it is now in the UK and will be delivered very soon. Not impressed

The Dyson straighteners I ordered for my wife and she is absolutely delighted with them. They arrived in just over 1 week, sadly the tracking link didn’t work, but I did get email updates.

They arrived with UK plug, which I really didn’t expect. I saved a fortune, this is my second purchase, the apple AirPods I bought over a year ago arrived in a similar timescale.

A very competitive price having checked throughly online. Product took a little longer to arrive, however tracking was available and updates provided to keep me informed. Happy with the product and I have had no issues.

Got a good quality phone for an excellent price. Delivery was good, and their communications were pretty good. They also responded to my enquiry about delivery very quickly

I ordered memory card and didn’t get any delivery info, I emailed them after two to ask I didn’t get card yet and they said we don’t have in stuck and they will be available in stuck in 2,3 then they will dispatch my memory card what a waste of time will never order anything from this website😡😡

Was a little suspicious as the price was so low, but took a risk. Glad I did, product is great, arrived pretty quickly and works brilliantly. Only small problem was with courier as my item was delivered at a completely different time than the tracking said it would be delivered.
No problems at all with Tecobuy, would definitely use again.

OEM items at a cheaper rate.
This is my third purchase from Tecobuy and all the time item arrived on time (as stated on order) in original packing. Successfully manage to register the warranty on the manufacture website including likes of apple and samsung

Very happy, great service. Received my camera within a week of ordering. Great Communication and the tracking information worked as promised. I ordered then looked online and was put off by bad reviews. Don’t listen to them. I didn’t have any problems!

When I ordered my camera it was marked as in stock, a week later when I hadn't heard anything I emailed to see what was happening. I was told it was unexpectedly out of stock and could be 10 working days before they had stock. When I asked about getting my money back with the refund ticket they mention on their website no information was forthcoming. I persisted with emails about a refund for several days and even said I would go to PayPal to get a refund, suddenly the camera was unexpectedly back in stock. They posted it and it took another 2 weeks to receive it, making a total of four weeks. Even when they said it was out of stock they still advertised it as in stock. The camera arrived in good condition, only problem was it came with an Australian plug and a flat battery, I don't have an adapter for Australia so I have to get one. Luckily I have batteries already at home from my last camera that fit and are charged so I could test the camera. They advertise as Techobuy UK but they are in Hong Kong. If I had realised the time it would take and the problems getting it, I would have paid extra to get it from a UK based seller. I will not buy from here again and would recommend every one else to avoid them.

Absolutely ridiculous service! I went for Tecobuy because it was cheaper than competition. It also promised no extra customs or fees delivering to the UK. Unfortunately, if a deals looks too good to be true it actually is!

It has been a month now and my gimbal that I have paid for plus insurance is still in transit somewhere. I can't seem to track it or see where it is. Customer service keeps replying to my emails saying to wait but how long is too long when it comes to delivery?! I should have bitten the bullet and paid the difference and bought it from here. Totally disappointed!

Faulty Nintendo Switch which had to be sent back. They refuse to give a refund and it’s been four weeks since they started their ‘repair’, with no update. Also had to spend around £25 to return the Switch to China. I don’t trust this company or their products. All we want is our money back.

Bought a Samsung A52 5G and it took ages to arrive, had loads of problems with the phone and I assumed it was the network EE!

Poor reception, bluetooth disconnecting and in 2 months never had a 5g symbol appear.

Ended up getting a new SIM in EE shop which was in range of a 5g transmitter and guess what 5g doesn't work.
Also the guarantee as its a Malaysian made phone you have to send it back to Tecobuy if there's a problem!
Don't use them if you want substandard Chinese/Malaysian junk that doesn't work in the UK carry on and use them!

I ordered a Canon lens in a store
The parcel was to be delivered within 2-3 business days
I got an e-mail with an apology that the shipment on the day of covid 19 will be delayed a bit I started to worry because 18 days have passed since ordering and here is a surprise today
The parcel is safe and I am happy
I can recommend a shop only need to be patient

I did order Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 16 G ram and 500 rom and Samsung Galaxy A12 on 15 of May 2021 order number was #BUKW410192305. After 25 days I asked to company by email that you did not send me tracking information how long should be waiting for them the company send me email that it's not in stock and will be arrive in wearhouse about 2 weeks when is arriving in our wearhouse We send you as soon as possible. After 2 weeks time I asked again where are my items otherwise refund my money back. They answered we offer you £40 refund and going to be in our wearhouse 5-7 days, we send you as soon as possible. TecoBuy refund £40 but after 10 days I asked again but no answer me. Finally I refund my money back from asking my PayPal account. I don't trust to TecoBuy company any more and please you don't do as well. TecoBuy just keep your money and uesing it for its business.

Avoid this company at any cost

I bought a speaker for a birthday present, it took weeks to arrive, so obviously I did not need it anymore.

When I returned the product, it cost me £24. I never realised that this is not UK based company as they pretend to be. I had to return product to Hong Kong at my own cost. Just total waste of money, if I used UK based company the return cost would be free. I have learned a lesson, never again Tecobuy!
