Cannot understand all negative reviews. The purchase is coming from HK, so it's not going to be delivered in a couple of days!! My Eufycam 2C two camera set took 12 days, so what? I saved seventy pounds on Amazon price.
If you want an item by a certain date order it earlier!! Delighted with my purchase so far!!

Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews, canon RF 70-200 f4, however great price totally original product delivery within 2 weeks. Very pleased with the experience. Will use again.

The mobile I ordered turned up at the house with no problems at all so if you don't mind waiting a little while.longer than usual say compared to amazon then this is the place to shop. I saved £25 on the price of my Samsung galaxy A12.

I bought a Jbl Flip 5 Bluetooth speaker for nearly half the current retail price of most online retailers. Item took 2 weeks to arrive but I was provided tracking details and was able to track its progress pre delivery. Package was well wrapped and I am happy I purchased through this company. Would definitely buy from them again as the price more than compensated for the wait. Thank you. 😊

It is now 3 weeks since I placed my order with Tecobuy and I have still to receive my goods I am less than satisfied with the service I have received.

Very good price. Good communication after purchase. Took around 2 weeks to arrive, which was expected. Arrived in great condition.

I have seen a lot of reviews about delays in delivery but I would say this is unfair.

Most people would know when buying from this seller that they are a third party grey market and the goods will not be delivered instantaneously. If you want quick shipping pay the extra dollars and get it the next day. But people want to save money yet have no patience.

I too placed an order mid June and received it after 2 weeks. I have used similar websites in the past, and have nothing bad to say about the quality of product. This instance was a tamron lens which came with original box, in good shape, loads of bubble wrap and the warranty as well.

Had I wanted something quicker I would have paid the extra money like I did for another lens that I wanted on an urgent basis. You cannot pay economy and then expect first class journey. It gets the product to you, but definitely with a significant delay.

item not recieved and no reply from the company!

I ordered two items. A galaxy A12 and a Canon EOS M50 mkii with a 75 300 lens. By waiting three weeks I saved £300 on currys asking price with a 300 tele lens instead of a 200. Communications were slow. I ordered June 5th and they arrived today, July 1st. Canon accepted the online product registration and the phone worked fine on vodafone. I will use these again.

The review isn't even worth one star.... I ordered a Lumix G Marco camera lens on 13.04.2021. Parcel was due to be delivered on 27.04.2021 but Hermes stated parcel was too damaged for delivery. I have been fighting this since then with Tecobuy. I paid for the added insurance, however they told me that Hermes closed my case and that tecobuy couldn't help me any further. I ended up processing a chargeback to receive the funds after having to consistently chase for updates.
I read the reviews before ordering and thought i would take a chance..... don't be fooled, the most shocking service I have ever received!!!!!

I ordered a Sony a7c camera, and only then checked reviews online... but actually no horror stories, no missing parcels. I did pay £34 for insured tracking, but it all went well and it arrived within a week.

First time using this site so i was sceptical, i knew it was uk based from the reviews so i expected a long-ish shipping time, but took about a week to actually dispatch the order, i placed on the 22nd of April, and then i received tracking information another week after but all the information said was that it had been dispatched, no estimates or locations. so after a few back and forths with the seller, they assured me to just wait. the item arrived on the 15th of june so about 3 weeks later, and the tracking information only updated about 2 day before delivery. for about 2 weeks, DPD status was just"we've received your order details but not received your order yet" so it was a stressfull 2 weeks, but then suddenly got a message with a delivery time , and the phone hasnt had any issues untill this day. stressful process but amazing saving

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with first and foremost they make you believe the company is in England with a uk email address then they send you tracking you can’t read it gobbledygook. And still you have no item. Nearly 30 days later I still have no item. Asked for a refund and get an email about gobbledygook tracking. Would not recommend this company.

I bought a Sony zv1, with a saving of £200 but I didn't realise that it wasn't a UK based company. Order was placed on 14th of June yet I'm still waiting. Royal Mail were notified on 18th June that it was being sent to then via FedEx, yet nothing yet.

I would have been quicker flying to Hong Kong and sitting in self isolation for 10 days, at least then I'd be able to get some work done.

This is required for work purposes and I've had to put things on hold in the meantime.

Slowest delivery I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and wouldn't use them again.

Bought an S21 at a great price and received without problems. Reading reviews, it seems provided you are happy to buy from Hong Kong with about 10days delivery and receive a phone set by default to Chinese (which can be very easily set to English in a few seconds in the start-up screen), then you shouldn't be disappointed. So I placed an order Thurs evening through PayPal. Did not pay extra for insurance offered. TechoBuy provided decent comms, acknowledging the order and proving status updates. The phone was shipped by FedEx to the UK and handed-over to Royal Mail (tracked 48hour delivery service). Tracking of the parcel worked at all stages and was straight forward. Delivery was Saturday AM so 9 days. Phone arrived with Samsung pre-fitted screen protector and I subsequently added a camera lens protector. No issues, nice phone at great price :)

Placed an order at the beginning of June and I have still not received.
I have queried and Tecobuy who are being very unhelpful.

Ordered a Samsung S20 FE 5G from Tecobuy. The price was great, at least 30% cheaper than anything else I could find in the UK. The delivery took around 2 weeks which was to be expected as the phone was coming from abroad. No complaints and would happily order again!

Really bad experience item not delivered and said case was closed as delivery company said it was. Item was said to be posted through letter box but was in a box that wouldn’t fit. Lies and thieves

I bought a Dyson Airwrap but unfortunately I was not happy with the product. When I tried to return the item I have noticed that the company doesn't accept a refund unless the item is faulty. So now I am stuck with an unwanted item that cost me £366. No phone number or email where you can get in touch with them. AVOID

Ordered the item which is unavailable everywhere else so that was excellent. Arrived within 3 days. Its for a gift in September so don't know yet if there are any issues with the product.
