Tecobuy 

First time buying from Tecobuy. I was a little worried given the number of negative reviews.
I got Airpods Max for £380 instead of £570. The package arrived in exactly 2 weeks. The device is all new and works as expected. Definitely going to buy more stuff from Tecobuy.

This was my first time ordering from Tecobuy. I had to wait a couple of weeks but the tracking was accurate and Iphone that I purchased arrived in new condition, well protected in packaging. I would definitely use this company again following my first purchase.

First time for me using Tecobuy. I wasn't too confident ordering from Tecobuy. I knew I might have to wait for item to arrive. Item took three weeks to arrive but my AirTag are genuine and all working very well. If you don't mind to wait a few weeks for items to arrive I can highly recommend Tecobuy for very good value products!

I'm still waiting. I think that tecobuy provide a reasonable service if the item you order from them is in stock. That's what the other reviews say. In my case the phone is not in stock. The only means of contact is via email. I ordered my item from a guest account however registered for an account afterwards. They added my order to this account so I could log in and check on it. I ordered on the 31st May and now its the 26th June. The order just says 'processing. It's said this from the start. The email replies are generic and your questions as why there is a delay go unanswered. I'm prepared to wait as the price was £100 better than elsewhere but some proper info would be helpful. At least i bought through PayPal so if the worst comes to the worst I know I'll get my money back.

Phone delivered in 10 days. What a bargain if not in rush! Definitely recommended. I was getting emails every 2-3 days with order updates so can't complain. Delivered by DPD in UK. Just great !

I can only speak from my own experience, I ordered an Xbox series X on Monday the 21st of June it arrived 4 days later on the 24th can't fault them on that, as I thought it was going to take 10 days or more with it been shipped from Hong Kong. Everything is in order no tamper seals broke or anything.
The only issue is with Ups as they decide it was a good idea to put a £600 + console over my back gate in the garden and left it to the British eliments.
Other than that everything is great
It's got a conternental plug on but got provided with an adapter
All in all great experience apart from ups tecobuy should request a signed for delivery for things that expensive

Do not buy haven’t received no item for my daughters birthday!! tracking number is fake!!! Also when you log into your account there is no order that has been placed however I did place the order for 153.99 it came out of my bank not happy at all s##t company scammers!!!

I received today my Canon EOS M50 and looks legit.
Here's the timeline:
- 7th June Order placed
- 11th June Order packed and ready to be shipped
- 13th June Packaged picked by the courier
- 16th June Received tracking number (FedEx Cross Border)
- 21st June Package in UK
- 24th June Packaged handed to Royal Mail
- 25th June Delivered

So in total it took 15 working days but it wasn't an urgent purchase so I don't really mind it. The price is very competitive (almost £200 less than Currys' price).
I am concerned about how warranty and customer service will be handled but for now, I'm probably going to consider buying from them again in the future.

Site was easy to navigate, very good price and delivered in a reasonable time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE

I recently bought an Apple Watch Series 6 from Tecobuy and after 6 weeks of chasing it still hasnt arrived. I contacted support and they told me they were investigating with the courier. They have now just informed me that they have heard back from the courier and the courier has lost it! I asked for a full refund and they refunded me £10 (instead of the £300 i paid) and said that this was the compensation offered by the courier. Apparently as i selected standard shipping it was not insured.......

I selected standard shipping as that was what was recommended and at no point was i made aware that i should choose insurance - in fact i never saw this as an option! They clearly are a scam and i am now taking this further..... so do not buy from this company!

Purchased a Eufycam 2c add on camera as a first time buyer. Granted it took 11 days and yes was a bit concerned but it arrived well packaged tracked and delivered by Hermes. Camera works fine no problems, would I use Tecobuy, the answer is yes price well competitive.

I just got my ipad and the price was awesome.

Great service from start to finish, was worried after I ordered about the delivery, but it only took 7 working days for my camera to arrive, I was kept updated on the progress. The only negative is there were no instructions or guide book with the camera.

Ordered a Godox Flash for £150, 4 weeks later and I haven't received a shipping confirmation or a response to my email asking when I will receive the item.

I am now claiming the payment back through my credit card.

I purchased a Samsung phone from Tecobuy. Unfortunately it did not come into stock and they had to cancel my order. I was a bit sceptical when I ordered a different Samsung phone from them but was sold on the great price. It said in stock, but the process of getting it from stock to delivered took a little time and I began to get worried. After about 10 days it said that the item was on its way and gave me a link to the Courier. The link didn't work on my phone or computer so I began to get even more worried. (Tecobuy needs to fix this). I contacted customer service and thought I would not get a reply. However the next day DPD delivered the phone and shortly after Tecobuy customer service emailed me to say that their feedback was that it had been delivered. After the worry I was impressed that they had used a reputable courier company and that their customer service had followed my query up. Things may take a little while but I am prepared to cut some slack given the great prices they offer.

First time buyer on this site so I was a little apprehensive at first, I purchased EufyCam 2 Pro wireless home Security Camera System which arrived much quicker then I had anticipated and were well packaged, all in all great service and good price
