Scam!!!! Don't install/allow anything from their website

I ordered back in January 2020. Saw an ad on Instagram for an "invisible lift-up bra" that was 50% off. I did receive the worthless piece of junk, but I'm writing this review because this company is just incredibly scammy.

Happened to be going through emails today for something else and saw the emails for this order and couldn't remember what it was. Started digging into things a little bit and found all these reviews from other folks, so I figured I would add my story too.

Biggest red flag to me is if you try to go to the Thankseven website now (March 2023), it prompts you to 1. add a Chrome extension to you browser that will "expand your browser's search capabilities (sounds like a browser hijacker to me) or 2. click "allow" on the popup, I assume to either allow notifications or allow automatic downloads. Won't take you to their website at all if you don't do either of those things, even when I clicked "View our store" and "View my order" from my order confirmation email.

I have a screenshot from my order confirmation page with the website spelled "thankseven.com" but the logo on the page says "Thanks7". There is no company name anywhere on the confirmation emails, just this weird code at the top: omgskr (not my order number - that is indicated elsewhere on the email). The confirmation email came from @mysail.shop and includes an obscure gmail email address if you need to contact them or have questions, with the reply-to set to that email address as well.

I fortunately paid using Paypal, and I still have that email as well. The seller's name in Paypal is JH Mall, and the seller's email address is another very obscure gmail address.

Save yourself some hassle and don't purchase from this vendor or do anything that their website says you *have* to before you can go to their site! I put today as the date of the experience because it was today that it prompted me to download/install all this stuff on my computer. I probably wouldn't have written a review otherwise!

Beware...FUSUITE >>>>>I ordered 3 x Men's cashmere polo style…

FUSUITE>>>>I ordered 3 x Men's cashmere polo style open neck sweaters. They were neither Cashmere or Sweaters and NOT what was pictured in the online shop. To add insult to injury, the sizing was incorrect. I have requested a full refund and return address. Remains to be seen if that happens.
I have since heard back from them offering me 50% on my next purchase (flying pigs) and alternative items ONLY if I send these items back to them AT MY EXPENSE......
I have reported them to PayPal!!!
Beware of these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam

I ordered a package. It was supposed to been a super box. Buy one and get one free. I received it today and all I got was a bracelet made with little balls on some plastic string.

Hymax Company Limited 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. I fell for the unclaimed Amazon package scam in which I received some cheap earbuds and a cell phone cover, along with a rubber ducky for 61.00 bucks US. Cannot believe I was that stupid! Should have checked them out first. I would suggest others do.

SUSPICIOUSLY DODGY TRADERS!!!

I was clever enough to be suspicious about these guys.

They advertised a USD1,200 Honda generator EU2200 on Tiktok for USD79 plus USD9 shipping cost anywhere in the world.

I knew this cannot be true most especially that they don't offer you the opportunity of paying via PAYPAL.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company - they operate under several names - I bought from HYMAX COMPANY LIMITED - under name of shopwigs.co.uk

I ordered a hairpiece which arrived 4 weeks later - looked like a dead hampster and was wrong colour. - I requested a returns label and refund as per their refund policy. They only offered me 10% and told me it’s too far to return item and that it could get lost in post. So unprofessional - absolute fraudsters. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company Hymax is not efficient

This company Hymax is not efficient. I sent for goods from Newinhouse. I had ordered 2 straw hats. When they arrived they where in a terrible condition, all crumpled up & shoved in an envelope without an invoice, letter or anything just 2 crumpled hats which where too big anyway. I sent an E mail on the 12thAug & another on the 18thAug requesting a returns label. I haven't received any reply to either. Tried to contact Hymax uk but has proved very difficult. Think twice from buying anything from these people, they are unreliable.

Do not buy! There are no boxes. They are sending a small packet containing a selfie stick and earphone pods of low value. They then say sorry it’s a computer error and offer 30% refund. Absolute scam. Search Hyamax online and you will see lots of evidence of their scam. Wish I’d known before ordering! Lesson learned.

Geraniumdoll

Now they're operating with shop's name geraniumdoll. As usual scammers. I paid for the item, shipping insurance and shipping. Apparently the item was delivered to me, which is not true. I don't blame them for Hermes service but they didn't care that item wasn't delivered. In one of the emails they said: "Accordingly, we both suffer losses in this transaction. We would like to refund you 11 USD, sincerely hope for your kindly understanding." That is third of what i paid.

I purchase 2 items at a value of $240

I purchase 2 items at a value of $240. They have never been received & this company falsely used China's & NZ postal systems to defraud their buyers by false tracking details etc. They then fob customers off by insisting it is the customers fault. Be aware they are acting like & I believe they are a scam on-line selling site. They also operate under the banner of chen-mz and discountmz.com with a physical address listed as Hymax Company Limited in London. owner operator is listed as Ms Chanqian Liu

I would also give a zero if I could

I would also give a zero if I could. It took forever to get what I ordered (I had forgotten that I had made the order, or I would have cancelled it). And of course once I received the product, I’m very disappointed. Didn’t attempt to try and send it back because I figured it would be a waste of time because it wasn’t in its original package, which by the way, it has to be removed from the original package to try on. Never again.

Thieves and fraudsters

I would give minus 100 if i could. These are crooks I paid £15.98 for Embroidery Pen including shipping. I get around 4 or 5 deliveries to my home address each week without any problems and on the occasion that a parcel may go missing (maybe twice in several years) the company has sent a replacement and taken it up with their courier - not these fools they expect me to go and have the argument with their poor couriers. DONT BUY FROM THEM - You have been warned. Also known as Hymax Company Limited Director Ms Chanqian Liu
