I got what i ordered with in 4 weeks an im very happy about it.

If I could give zero I would. I purchased the stick in bras. The website states 30 day money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. After waiting a very long time for my product to arrive I immediately tried it the day it came. It was awful. It does nothing but flatten your boobs and no support. I bought the correct cup size. When I contacted the company they offered me 30% of my purchase price back. When I pushed back about the guarantee they offered me 40% and told me if I wanted a full refund it would cost $20 for me to ship the product back to them. Twice I have left a negative review and both times they deleted it. DO NOT order from this company.

Update : I wrote a comment about not receiving my product , 4 days after posting it , the Bras were delivered, so it did arrive but took 3 months

Should have gone to trust pilot before ordering. Ordered the silicone stick on bras, they are beyond s***! Yes they stick on, but the top part is visible above every top that I have so they are completely impractical and not fit for purpose at all. However, as there was a 'we will refund no questions asked' guarantee I thought 'what have I got to lose?'. However, they were unwilling to honour this. First they suggested that I had ordered the wrong size and that they would send me the correct size but that if that didn't fit then I wouldn't be entitled to a refund - I did not order the wrong size. The other option they offered was a 30% refund which was not acceptable. I persisted and their second offer was either a 50% refund and keeping the product (which will be going in the bin as it's useless) or I could return for a full refund but would have to fund the return postage to China of $20 and it could take over a month for the refund. As the fault isn't with me none of these options were satisfactory but I've opted for the 50% refund and have learnt my lesson. Unfortunately, I'm not sure they will learn anything about customer service, resolving issues and integrity.

Horrible Product.. invisible lift up Bra! I ordered 2 (Like a fool) and it took almost 2 months to receive. They look horrible so I didn’t even try them. I immediately emailed for a refund but of course I am getting nowhere. They keep asking me questions & wanting pictures. Anything to stall! At the same time I ordered this product off a Facebook ad i also ordered shoes from Cathego (also from a Facebook ad) both are scams! Beware....they are scammers out of Asia!!! I reported Cathego to the FTC & I will be reporting them. I recommend everyone effected report them so we can get them shut down & convicted. I can’t believe Facebook would allow ads like that. I’m sure these scammers have made millions of dollars preying on hard working people. I hope to get a resolution from my credit union.

Took for ever to receive this product and was only able to use it once since the adhesive is no good anymore. Also it does not lift anything it just cover up your nipple . Bad bad !!

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. This is a SCAM COMPANY...ordered two items through Amazon app that total $29.75 On 4/30 and was promised 5 - 7 day delivery. I waited this long to attempt to track the order and learned the company name from my credit card statement. Too late to dispute and unable to get a hold of any live person to resolve the issue.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was shipped the wrong size and have emailed them 6 times for a resolution and have not received a reply. Do not order from them.

Very bad. Very unreliable. Took my money, supposed to have a delivery within max 12 days, 3 months and didn't have anything. I express that I want my money back, they totally ignored my request.
Be careful, don't buy from this company.

Face book should take this company off the books they are a scam . I ordered two of there bras that they were selling and paid $45.00 unless you have that kind of money to throw away don’t order.

I ordered disinfectant wipes and paid extra for 10 - 12 day shipping in Early April. The order did not ship for over a week, then took 12 days to arrive in LA. It was stuck in customs for 1 1/2 weeks (maybe understandable) Then took another 13 days before it got scheduled for shipping. As of June 5th, the package has not actually been dropped off at the post office to be shipped!

Actually got something after weeks and weeks(from Asia), BUT NOT anything like what was pictured on Facebook; and unusable, because the pen-like instrument to bling things with gems I wanted for my granddaughter was NOT SENT. After shipping I paid $30+ for "gems" that were more the size of glitter, and nothing else. Also contacted the worthless email and got nothing back. I'm on Soc. Sec., and this really hurt. I will never again trust anything on Facebook !

Yup! Sounds like the same thing only " Tony " keeps telling me to be patient they are on their way. Freaking China scam. I ordered in April 22nd and its June 4th...I told him he isnt getting the money. I already called my credit union and got a refund from them and they take care of the scammers. Ugh! ALWAYS check to see where the product ships from. Even on Amazon. Mine was an Instagram ad. Should have known.

Absolutely a scam, glad I only spent $18 nzd but no email liaison, fake tracking number, no product after 2 months, no email or help centre to contact.

I wish now that I had red the customer reviews for this bra product before I ordered one. I placed my order in the beginning of April and have received NOTHING. They only provide a mailing address in the UK on their website - no phone or email address are provided so in order to contact them apparently you have to actually send them a letter.

Please don't order ANYTHING from this company - HUGE SCAM.

I wish that there wasn't even a star to mark, I ordered mine may 1st . 2 bras, spent $30 I have received nothing, not an email. No correspondence . Looking at the previous reviews, apparently they don't even size right so I'm wishing I didn't even order.

I ordered a invisible rabbit bra off a Facebook ad as I have back problems and have to use a wheelchair I thought this product would help, I received my product but it was no good it couldn't lift my big toe let alone my chest. I emailed them as there is no return address, after emailing them again I got a email back 2 weeks later to say sorry and said it was my improper use and sent me a YouTube video, I emailed them back for a refund they then offered me 30% refund or another product send out, I kept asking for a refund address to send my product to, they then offered me 50% refund or if I really wanted the address it would cost me 20 usd to return it at my cost and I still was not guaranteed a refund. I have disputed them with my bank and they gave me my refund and are dealing with them. If you paid with visa ring your bank. Also do not deal with Vliny-Labs they are another scam and these 2 have near enough the same website and I am pretty sure they are the same people. DO NOT GO NEAR EITHER COMPANIES.

I bought a couple of bras from their facebook ad and when they finally arrived, without opening the packages, I could see they wouldn't fit.
I emailed as instructed, they asked me to send photos of everything, which I did - then they ignored me for a week or so. The cycle happened again and I just received this email tonight:

In the meantime, I looked up their website and they are registered in the UK as Hymax. They only got this registration in April 2020, when we all started ordering. What is particularly disgusting about this company is that seem to be intentionally setting up their business to be dishonorable with their customers.
As someone else suggested, I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
