All good but the call waiting time was…
All good but the call waiting time was not what I experienced before and I lost a lot of time TWICE calling the AA, when I was left on hold and was discounted once when I was already on hold!!!!
My online account was not giving me the proper insurance quote either, that's why I had to call after all.
We got there in the End so.

Due to dishonest advertising practices…
Due to dishonest advertising practices on behalf of AA insurance, I was given six points on my licence even though I had paid for that model of car for the year! (Too complex to explain!) The car insurance industry seriously needs an overhaul as the customer becomes the piggy in the middle between the law and dodgy practises of insurance companies eager to gloss over things so they can sell their insurance. On the credit side, they did properly investigate my claims and they did agree with one of my three complaints which is impressive considering what so many companies are like these days.

Not happy
Very difficult with AA insurance,I had a Brocken windscreen they managed to come out the same day however it was the wrong one it had no auto rain on the screen. They then rang back to say they had the correct one , but due to their workload they couldn’t come out for another eight days. As you can’t speak anyone I used their email service , but no reply. My car will have been off the road for over a week, causing me to miss appointments. Not happy.
They now ask me to keep in touch, but there are no phone numbers to ring. Emails seem to be ignored. What a useless reply from the AA
