I got my original quote on line and phoned to double check everything was correct. Glad I did so as I had omitted breakdown ! Person I spoke to was pleasant and efficient. Whole process didn't take long.

I have been with AA for insurance and tried other companies also. I’ve gone back to AA. They seem to be the only company that have a telephone number that within a couple of minutes puts you directly in contact with a warm knowledgeable human being who is able to hold a relevant conversation and answer your questions directly. You do not need access to the internet in order to go onto an app or website to speak to a virtual assistant in the midst of an accident or disaster or receive one way text messages that are irrelevant and churned out by an automated system. Price is very competitive and reliable service. Go for them every time 👍

Disliked that motor insurance quotes are only valid for one day.
I came back to my quote (got it four weeks in advance) seven days before it was due to start and the price had almost doubled from my initial quote.

We needed some flexibility, in particular not being forced to acquire an intruder alarm system which we don't need and didn't want. Some companies insist on this. Our 'Go Compare' application was dealt with promptly at a reasonable price and we were able to discuss various items with an efficient person.

Purchased insurance and although I received my documents via email the documents were mot added to my AA portal account. The person I raised this with via Web chat raised a ticket and told me it will be sorted within 48hr...still waiting. App does give option to find ir add policy detail...poor set up really.
