Premier Customer

Premier Success - trialing this with Access has been a really useful experience and has helped us push forward in certain areas. I found the regular catch up call very helpful and informative which held both ourselves and Access to account. Having a key person to contact if in doubt about where to go or who to go to helped us save time and reach result in a much more efficient manner. Peter was very supportive and I felt the communication and understanding of our schools and Trust was fabulous.

Unbelievably bad at fixing issues

Unbelievably bad at fixing issues. We acquired a company and set it up with Prospect CRM as that is what we had been using in the parent company. Trying to give staff access to both instances with the same email address has been a nightmare, and absolutely no change to status quo despite meetings, emails, calls, tickets etc. Someone says they are going to do something so I get my hopes up and then nothing happens and zippo communication. Well over 6 months since I first raised it. Mumbo jumbo about migrating to Access Evo which has just made things more difficult and has not solved the problem. So I guess we keep paying for duplicated users and google accounts until we can find a CRM that actually fixes stuff. Any recommendations would be welcome.

I had an amazing experience with Naleena

I had an amazing experience with Naleena. She went above and beyond to provide the best service, even after hours, which I truly appreciate. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help at any time really stand out. Highly recommend her services! I was struggling to resolve this from last 2 weeks and nothing worked and no body even tried to help after multiple calls back and forth I thought I made a mistake by getting Elite software.
Lastly I got connected to Naleena and it worked out.
Really greatful specially for helping out after working hours on a Friday 🙏🏻

Never trust this company

Never trust this company. I say this as a very long standing customer. Read their contracts very carefully and seek clarification for every questionable item. You have to do this every time there is a contract change as they will quietly try and add something to their benefit - contract term, termination process etc. The latest one to hit me has been a change of payments from arrears to in advance with some very misleading wording. I really don't understand why they try so hard to upset their customer base for so little reward.
