Access People Planner

I recently completed training sessions with Andrea Ranalli for Access People Planner, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Andrea is an outstanding trainer who combines deep subject knowledge with a warm, engaging, and clear teaching style.
He explains complex features in a way that’s easy to understand. His demonstrations were practical and well-structured which made it much easier to apply what I learned immediately in my day‑to‑day work.

After we completed our migration to ACR, we experienced some issues running our payroll for the first time. I requested for support, we were given Andrea who provided the support promptly and was available to help each time we were stuck. My advice? Dont touch this company.

Been a customer for ages, this company when you tell them you want to leave just make things so difficult it's enough to make you scream. No communication, continue to send bills after cancellation, create additional charges without explanation or way of querying. Access are a tech company who obfuscate any way to clearly communicate with them in the hope you give up, simply the worst kind of company, dont touch them

Moving to Vincere

We have just completed our migration to Vincere from an older Access product, the whole process has been very good so far with regular updates and catch ups with our project manager.
