Not recommended if you appreciate efficiency

The base software is fine. Using it on the cloud is detrimental to my mental and emotional health. It often takes 2-3 minutes to load a profile, I still then need to open and check their pay slips. Heavens forbid I need to delete and recreate a payslip.

The waiting is extremely frustrating when I have so much to do on payroll day.

Importing time cards is hit and miss, I've started having it import only the data so I can correct stuff as I go, and save the delete payslip step.

Premium Customer Support

This is the 2nd review i am writing for The Access Group. The 1st was based off the fantastic experience we had during the migration from our old CRM, and the amazing implementations team. I would like to take the opportunity now to write a review to highlight the Customer Success Department (Paulinaa especially). We have now been on the Vincere platform for a year, and I cannot express the appreciation I have for the ever present and consistent support I have received from our Customer Success Manager. They have truly delivered premium customer support.

Website Redevelopment

I worked with Aaron on the development and launch of our new website, and he was consistently helpful throughout the process. He supported us with creating bespoke pages, answered questions clearly on calls and via email, and resolved issues quickly.
