Placed an order January 2023 and never received my order. I messaged them twice through email because they don’t have a phone number to call and they have never responded. It’s become obvious that they are a scam. Luckily I placed the order with a credit card and I have disputed this charge. If looking for an actual legit store I have placed several orders with organicsbestshop and always get my orders quickly.

Placed an order three months ago, cost $225 and have never received an update or eta for tracking. I reached out twice asking for help and never heard back once

Ordered based on timelines 4-6 days in early January.
Emailed them several times. There’s also no phone number to contact them. No response.
I’ll be disputing the charge.

Ordered formula almost a month ago, have not received a shipping notice, and there has been no response to several emails. I think I have been scammed…. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered formula based on their delivery times and paid a steep price as well. I ordered formula October 28, it is now the 16th of November and I am yet to receive the 'urgent' formula. I will be contacting my credit card issue to report this payment unless I get some sort of communication within the next day.

My wife and I were desperate to get some hypoallergenic formula for our son and were excited to see that this company had the formula we were looking for with relatively quick shipping!

However, it has been almost two weeks past the order date and no information has been sent for the tracking info or that the order was filled. The company has not replied to any of the multiple emails we have sent or the messages over Facebook and Instagram. DO NOT buy formula from this company, it is disgusting that they are taking advantage of parents looking for specialty formulas and formula in general for their babies.

Worst company that I shopped online with.

Be aware!
I placed an order and after the initial email confirmation, no status update whatsoever.

20 days passed (it says delivered within 5 days) and status still shows “processing”.

There is no phone number no email address, I filled in the “contact us” form 5 times, no response.

I bought 8 boxes of specialty formula, they have charged the credit card and after 20 days, I have no idea when I MAY get my products

If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered 6 cans of hipp on June 4th 2022 it is now July 8 and no formula, I have reached out multiple times with no response! Will be filing a fraud claim as well. Ridiculous

I have purchased formula from this company on 6 other occasions and I have recieved my formula with little delay and with the correct item each time. However this last order I placed on May 26, 2022 still has not arrived. It will be 5 weeks tomorrow. I have sent them 3 emails with no response or update. They have charged my credit card, but have not sent one email back to confirm if it's even on its way. I have never encountered an experience like this from this company and I'm here to warn others who are even thinking of making a purchase from this website. Don't do it. Don't go through the trouble of waiting for formula for 5 weeks with absolutely zero customer service, and now clue if you'll ever receive your item. Guess now I'll have to go through my credit card company and put a fraud claim through if I don't hear back soon.

Horrible!! ZERO stars. This company is completely a scam. I’m surprised by any good reviews. Going on 30 days with absolutely no response from the company. Credit card company is starting action against them for fraud. Absolutely do not buy anything from this company.

Update** it has been now 4 months and absolutely zero update from them. Bank has logged this company as fraudulent and has returned my money. Do not order from here.

Unreliable! If you’re looking for a company that ships consistently in a timely manner- this is not the one! They will take your money and a week later your order will still not be sent out. Not a good practise when dealing with sustenance for a baby.

Ordered on Nov 4 and the formula still hasn’t shipped a week later (website says 24hr turn around and 3/5 business days to ship).. no response from the company at all and have emailed them three times and messaged them on Facebook. Terrible service. Not sure if my formula will even show up..

Love ordering through The Bio Baby. They have detailed descriptions for each type of formula. It shows up within the week.

I recently placed a large order for my baby of organic formula. I made an account trusting that this company is reputable and will be great and provide great customer service given how much I ordered. Only half my shipment came in. I tried to email them and send them photos of the package and proof that only half came in and they did not respond. I went to send a follow up email and they had blocked my email from sending them anything. I have been completely ripped off. I paid over $1000 in formula and they literally only sent me half of what I ordered and paid for. They robbed me basically. I will be looking into into this matter further as I do not believe this is a reputable company anymore and they have scammed me. This is beyond upsetting.
I would like to add that The formula was ON SALE AND WAS ADVERTISED HALF THE PRICE which is why I ordered such a large quantity to last me. My invoice also reads that I ordered 36 tins not 18. The company is trying to make me sound incompetent when I have the invoice as proof. They then went on to say there was a system glitch. There was no glitch. The formula was on sale when I purchased it. My invoice shows how much I ordered and I did not receive that amount. Website is completely misleading and they do not honour the pricing they have on the website. I do not recommend this company at all. Extremely bad customer service. They are unprofessional and just simply don’t reply when they don’t like your email.

Terrible experience!!!! First mistake was sending me the wrong formula than they said they would ship the right one. The right one never got shipped so I ended up using the wrong one, baby was constipated!!! They apologized so I ordered again for them to send it to the wrong address!!!! Again they said they would resend it but never heard back from them! Use GERMAN DEPOT!!! Way better pricing and customer service!

Bio baby fulfilled the order fine, but my order has been at customs for almost 2 weeks due to improper paper work from the sender in Germany?
Still confused and DHL is unable to help.

Out of 1 year from ordering from this company, this has happened twice.

Formula arrived a week behind schedule through DHL express. Every time I’ve ordered it’s usually a week or so late ( 2.5 - 3 weeks shipping). On the website it says “3-5 days”, this is not true. Beware this company sometimes uses CanPar, which has TERRIBLE service... on a positive note, I always receive the baby formula in great condition and exactly what I ordered.

Good quality organic products for baby, just what I was looking for.
The lovey bunny couldn't be better!
