I’ve ordered 4 times now from Bio Baby. One of those times I ordered the wrong formula by accident, my request to change the order was done within seconds of me sending the request email. Very efficient and courteous.

Great service and product! 3 stars only because the shipping is not consistent and expensive. When we tried purchasing only the regular $20 shipping it has taken 2-4 times longer than they estimate to arrive, twice now, leaving us short on baby formula and needing to order an expensive expedited order anyways.

I have been using Biobaby for over a year. The website is easy to navigate, their shipping is FAST and reliable. I've ordered it to be shipped in Canada and US and my packages have always arrived promptly. I would highly recommend biobaby for anyone looking for healthier formula alternatives.

Item came as described the only issue was shipping took longer than expected thus 4 stars not 5.

By far the worst people I have ever deal with. Their orders are full of mistakes. Either the unit number is missing or the product is wrong. Ordered stage 2 baby formula, received something else. Woke with Sarah (some monkey sitting on keyboard) and she said it's too late to fix it and tried convincing me stage 1 and stage 2.
Do not purchase anything from them. They screwed up my order every single time except the first one. Customer service didn't even respond to live chat message. Big no for me and I gave them several chances.

The 2 day express delivery is nonsense. Second time i used this service and my package still took a week to come. Extremely disappointing. Extra $70 for nothing.

I've ordered from Bio Baby multiple times now. They have a great selection of the highest quality products, always have great service (even during the early days of COVID when it was more difficult to find products) and have helped answer all my questions. Will definitely continue to place orders from them.

I placed an order on Dec 20th and never received the package. Customer service is terrible. They have provided no updates to my order despite emailing them multiple times and using the chat feature on their website. This is simply unacceptable for a company that sells formula for babies.

Product delivery is in Ontario is good. Wish the Price would cheaper.
