I used to think it was very good (fast shipping) until last order. No answer to emails, meitheir online message, online chat on their website never replies, no phone number to call.. and order is still at the same point since 2 weeks. For orders of several 100$ and for baby's food, it is really annoying

Great. Quick and reliable

I ordered Hipp 3 UK version. At first when I read information on their website, I already found a mistake of the information. It said contains 800g, but stage 3 only contains 600g. I messaged them right away to confirm and they adjusted it right after. I ordered anyways because the other two websites I used to order from still out of stock and I almost running out of it.
I ordered ahead of time but shipping still takes a bit longer than it should be. I wouldn’t know what to do if they came one day late. Just right on time for the next meal...

I saved An empty box of the previous one I have to make sure I have ordered the right one. (Mine look exactly the same as shown on website) However, the one I received, there’s a bit different of the packages as well as the wording. I messaged them to double confirm this is UK version since it said product of Germany. They asked and I sent them pictures of both my previous boxes and the one I received from them. They replied and said Hipp has three version, UK, Germany, and Dutch. Of cause I know, if not why would I need to looks for UK version specifically? Conversation keep going on and they told me that even Hipp UK official website has a slightly different package showing. I went to the website and take a look, and replied them: because they are selling their new version with fish oil added into it.
This doubt me again if they know well of the brand and what they are selling!
I might have to have twice before I order from them again next time.

Their website needed to be updated as well!

Always great customer service, and we LOVE that they carry our specific formula where as other Canadian distributors do not. Shipping is always fairly quick considering it's coming to BC.
