this online store prices are responsible and deliver methods are good and quick. I was worried about the online store but all clear when I received my order

Have just made my sixth purchase from them. The website is easy to navigate, the purchase experience was simple, and the products all arrived a few days later with free delivery. (My first purchase was a new CPAP machine with mask and accessories, worth about CA$1500 in Dec 2023.)

Uses "shop dot com" for the purchasing experience, which currently requires two-factor login using both email and SMS, so it's a bit clunky. Hope they update to passcodes soon.

Called CPAP store to ask questions. The only complaint was that they couldn't answer right away and had to call me later. But Val called me back and helped with the sale. Much easier than to order online and she answered all my questions.

Easy to order what I needed, quick delivery and much more cost saving than shopping in my local store.

I needed to replace my ResMed F30 mask with F40. Retail CPAP stores in Toronto were charging $325 and I purchased the same item from the CPAP Store for $161. To be clear this was a brand new mask. The ordering and the fulfillment of my order was smooth and timely. Lynn of the CPAP Store was very helpful and answered my queries promptly.

I was very happy with my shopping experience with this company . Everything came quickly & exactly what I had ordered . I was kept notified to the status of my order , i.e. when order was received , on its way & when it was delivered.

I was always taught if anything looks too good to be true then it is too good to be true.
I did a sleep study through the foothills Hospital in the city I live in and was put on a one month trial of CPAP to see if it would help me . The equipment was rented through a store that would sell it to you if you decided you wanted to purchase it. The machine was $2800 to purchase with the $250 I had put down for the months rental to be applied to the 2800. In other words I got to keep the mask. The doctor at the hospital told me there were very good deals online, but that is all she would say. So I began investigating online and found the CPAP store. The exact same machine I was using was $899. It was on sale but even the regular price was half of what the rental place wanted. I took the chance to order it and I’m glad I did. This is the most expensive purchase I have made online and I am so grateful it worked out so wonderfully.
The equipment came in a timely manner, it was well packaged, and I had no problem setting it up. I will most definitely get all of my CPAP equipment from this store.

The outstanding credit is the cost of the unit compared to what local clinical outlets charge. "Honors and an A-Plus on that one." After I successfully navigated the order form, (a distinct challenge for me) my order arrived in good time and good order. Thank you for your courteous service.

Prices are awesome, online shopping was easy and shipping was quick. Highly recommend for CPAP products! The biggest plus was selection. I prefer an older style nasal mask which they carried. Thanks!

After nose surgery, my n20 silicone mask has left an impression on my nose that hasn’t been as comfortable when I bought my kit. It came with a foam out skirt on the silicone mask, which has been much more comfortable plus a replacement silicone mask works great.
