I loved that the machine came in quality time, but the only thing I was a little bit disappointed is that they did not even send one filter with the machine. I live in the country and will not have access to filters until I go to the city.
That was my only concern

I recently made my first purchase from I was the cpapstore.ca website. I purchased a chin-strap with a new P30i nasal mask. I had never used a chin-strap before but my mouth intermittently opens while asleep. I used the chin-strap for the first time last night and it worked very, well to maintain my nasal breathing. I was assessed with sleep apnea in July 2019 at a local sleep center where I have been purchasing my sleep supplies from. They are quite expensive at the sleep center. I was pleased to find out about the cpapstore.ca website and also checked them out on their Utube channel to learn more about their products & services; as well as their approach to helping people with sleep apnea. I have since subscribed to their channel to keep up to date on their products & services. I am very, pleased with their product price points which are so much better than the sleep centers sleep equipment prices (looking at product to product comparisons). My first purchase of the mask & chin-strap was seemless and the site is easy to navigate. I will definitely be buying my sleep apnea equipment directly from the cpapstore.ca website moving forward.

Ordering is very simple with fast delivery times. There is also a lot of great information available on their website and their YouTube channel. I’ve learned more about using a CPAP from The CPAP Store than I have from my sleep clinic! Their product info and reviews are also honest and reliable. So glad I chose the CPAP Store to buy everything I needed to treat my sleep apnea.

Have just made my sixth purchase from them. The website is easy to navigate, the purchase experience was simple, and the products all arrived a few days later with free delivery. (My first purchase was a new CPAP machine with mask and accessories, worth about CA$1500 in Dec 2023.)

Uses "shop dot com" for the purchasing experience, which currently requires two-factor login using both email and SMS, so it's a bit clunky. Hope they update to passcodes soon.

Called CPAP store to ask questions. The only complaint was that they couldn't answer right away and had to call me later. But Val called me back and helped with the sale. Much easier than to order online and she answered all my questions.
