We ordered a part for my wife’s oxygen concentrator explaining we needed it in a hurry. The staff let us know when it was shipped and when we could expect it. Unfortunately, something happened with Canada Post shipping and the part did not arrive. We tried to work with Canada Post to find it but to no avail. We contacted the CPAP store again and they sent another part out priority post at no extra cost and we received it the next day. Sincere thanks for your excellent customer service. We would not hesitate to order from you again.

My Alberta respiratory therapist wanted $2500 for my machine. I found the identical machine and hose at this store for $1017. However, my RT dropped me as a client immediately when I bought my own machine.

Was super easy to navigate the website and I was able to find the item to fix my problem. I became allergic to silicone but I found mon silicone nasal pillows for my mask. Fast delivery and these new nasal pillows are amazing. Thank you so much guys. Very happy.

My Airsense 11 order received on time and undamaged. Easy setup by following CPAP store video. Order came with an extra pillow which I did not expect. Highly recommend using CPAP store.

During a hospital stay my water reservoir and primary hose were damaged. None of the local sellers had any stock and one that claimed they did sent me the wrong reservoir. Twice. I found The CPAP Store online. Everything in stock, very fair pricing and reasonable cost for delivery. Ordered and received ship notification the next day. Arrived in two days although Canada Post misplaced it on delivery but I have everything now. All working perfectly. I will definitely use this company again because those reservoirs are pretty poorly made and hoses tear at the joints from time to time. A great service provider

I am very pleased with my CPAP mask order. My numbers have decreased significantly in the last couple of days. Tristian was very helpful with selecting a mask that fit my needs. The product arrived quickly and I was able to use the mask right away. Easy set up and I had a wonderful sleep. I will definitely order again in the future.
