This was my first time using the website. I found it easy to navigate and the prices seemed to be comparable to other sites. And I liked that it's a Canadian company, out of B.C.

My order arrived in four days and I am in the process of getting used to the new mask. The CPAP Store has been in contact by email to make sure things are good. I think I will be using this company in the future for my supplies.

My first order with the CPAP Store was for nasal pillows for my ResMed Airsense mask. They were literally the exact same Brevida brand I have purchased from my medical supplies retail store but at 1/2 the price. I always thought these were way too expensive given what they are and it turns out that is true. I wish I had discovered the CPAP Store sooner but am glad I did now and all of y supplies orders will be placed there in the future.

A little bit annoying that you need to create an account in order to view the prices; however, after creating an account I was pleased with the competitive prices. I ordered a CPAP machine and it arrived less than a week later (shipped from BC to Ontario). They offer a good variety of machines and accessories. The product arrived safely and in perfect condition.

I was nervous buying online because you hear of so much fraud. I took a chance and was greatly surprised. It was easy to shop, clear information and my machine arrived quickly.

Even though they are 1000's of km away I receive replacement parts for my Resmed machine, masks, straps and tubs at the best prices. In Ontario you need a sleep study every 5 years which is a waste of money and when my machine broke I needed a sleep study booked through my physician too! The CPAP store replaced the machine no problem. Best prices, most efficient, bar none.

I have a perfectly functional AirSense 10 however with travel plans approaching I wanted to purchase a Resmed AirMini Travel CPAP to make travel easier. The combination of options can be daunting however, after making my selections online (an easy task), your client assistant did an excellent job ensuring I purchased exactly the combination of accessories I needed as well as clearly answering my questions regarding the machine. She made sure I received everything I needed while avoiding duplication of items that were included in one or more of the combo-packages.
On your site, your FAQ's and videos are very handy, and not least of note your pricing is very competitive.
