TDE refunded me 2 days ago, the full amount which was £2335.50. They owe me travel and accommodation expenses, also compensation for the stress they have caused me!!

The only reason I got my refund was because I removed my bad reviews.
A lady called Geraldine called me and said she would “fast track my refund” only if I removed my reviews. Of course I did as I was so desperate to receive my money back. Much to my surprise, Geraldine kept to her word and refunded me the full amount in exchange for me to remove my reviews. Just letting others know that there is hope!!! I still wish to proceed with solicitors as this company is clearly a scam and will continue to scam people out of their money. I truly believe the only reason I got my refund was because I threatened them with court, ombudsman, police and turned up to their current address which is 130 Harley St. i went there and confronted them about my refund - which of course I didn’t receive which is why I continued to write bad reviews until somebody finally got hold of me.

Keep writing bad reviews until you are refunded! It is the only way. Contact your bank, go to Harley St and find them. It really wasn’t that hard for me to find them (the address they have on Google is incorrect and they’re no longer operating on the premises)

I wouldn’t bother with emailing or calling them, just keep writing reviews and when they call you to blackmail you, make sure you record it. Hope this helps someone!

I know I should be grateful to get my refund but the time and effort that went into receiving it, also the money I spent on travel and accommodation is still outstanding and I feel I deserve the full amount as they mistreated me and tried to scam me out of money.

I really hope they threaten me with court as I am ready to go head to head and get everything they owe me.

UPDATE 26/2/22 - after posting my review the dental experts contacted me regarding a refund. However I was not once explained to that this would only be £320!! I feel that this is an absolute insult as £320 would not cover the rest of the work that needs to be carried out! I also did not receive a breakdown stating that the bottom teeth was only £320. My invoice states that I paid £1516 for 8 upper and 8 lower. I will now be seeking legal advice and reporting the dental experts to the General dental council and CQC as the dental experts have failed to fairly resolve the issues they have caused! I will also be contacting the press to raise awareness about this absolutely shocking company! Since posting my first review on social media I have now received many messages from other customers on social media also going thru the same problem!

After seeing the dental experts advertised a lot on social media, I decided to message them regarding a promotion that they were offering - obviously this was to good to be true!! I quickly received a response back and was told that I had to make full payment via bank transfer (£1516) by that evening as the offer was only valid for that day. Being very naive I quickly transferred the money that evening as I didn’t want to miss out on this amazing deal!!

So on the 31st august 2021l booked to have composite bonding (paid in full). I received my first appointment for Friday 3rd of December so I booked the time off work and was ready to travel to London from Bournemouth but unfortunately this was cancelled at 9pm the night before my appointment! Since then I was given two more appointments but these were
also cancelled! I finally traveled to London on the 22nd of December for my treatment. Half way thru my treatment I was told that the dentist could only complete my top teeth and
that my bottom teeth would have to be done the following week (I'm not sure why this happened as I wasn't given a reason). So once home I tried to rebook my next appointment this has been absolutely IMPOSSIBLE and I am now left with only my top teeth completed 2 months later!! I have received NO communication what so ever since leaving the dental experts nor have I been offered a new appointment!!

I have now called the dental experts daily for the past 4 weeks and everyday I am promised a "call back" but this never Happens! I have also been offered a refund but this has also never happened!! The customer service I have received is absolutely awful!! I would definitely
avoid this company at all cost and if something sounds to good to be true it usually is!!!

Please do not trust this company. A total scam. They take your money and cancel your appointments 2 days before the appointment date every time. When I called up about my appointment he put the phone down. Next thing i know, my number was blocked. A lot of other people have been through the same thing with this company. They operate from many different addresses so you don’t know where they are. Nothing but a scam and an attempt to rob your hard earned money. AS SOON AS I LEFT THIS REVIEW, I GOT A CALL FROM THEY SAYING THEY WILL FIT ME IN WITHIN THE HOUR. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT MY REFUND. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL.

disgrace! still not had a refund since october 21

I received an email asking me about my experience with dentalexperts at my appointment a few weeks ago and my overall journey. Here are my thoughts..The initial contact was quite easy, i saw some ads on instagram and after checking out their profile and doing some research i DM'd then called them. Just to be certain, I dropped into their office to check it out and speak to someone. I did speak to a manager and they were very helpful. Their main building was under refurbishment so i did not stay long and i just got myself booked in. This all happened in November of last year.

Treatment appointment was very good. Saw a male dentist who's name i forget now. The practice manager walked me over to the room which was in another of their buildings (their main building still was undergoing works!). Everthing else was pretty unremarkeable and went well, the results are amazing and i've yet to have any issues.

Dr Dimetry is really incredible at his work. I started off with a really difficult case which 2 other cosmetic dentist clinics have turned away. I really didn't want to get crowns/teeth shaving or braces so I asked what could be done. So far 4 people from my work have come here and were all raving about it so I thought it would be my best (and last) chance.

I had a little bit of confusion on appointment day. Apparrantly they have a big refurb and that building wasn't ready yet so I was seen in another place but I saw Dimetry and after a little chat he did his magic and i really can't say how incredible the change it. I'm very happy and although it's not perfect (which I know because I started with quite twisted teeth) i'm more than chuffed with the result.

I would recommend him and his nurse they were both amazing. Thank you.

Had to cancel my appointment the week before my appointment as I had to go abroad for work. I thought they might be a bit arsey about it. They offered me a lot of different alternative appointments but couldn't commit due to travel for work so i asked for a refund and got refunded within 7 days as promised (on 5th day). Can't really fault them and would book with them again when I'm able to.

I was umming and ahhing about going to turkey to change my teeth which i hated for god knows how long. Pure fact of not wanting to have to keep going back and forth abroad was what stopped me. I came across dentalexperts from an advert i saw. I couldn't believe the price was about 8k for a full mouth of zirconium.

Didn't believe a word of it at first and was very skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true. Called up got a consultation and did a x-ray and some moulds (not sure why they took these but I went with it). Got a report back from the doctor that I was all good to go if i wanted too and he gave me some advice on what shape would look good for my face, i went also for the second whitest shade, he said the first one with my skin tone would look crazy.

Got 20 zirconium crowns fitted last month and just gone for my checkup appointment and they still look amazing. Very strange feeling when you first get them , eating and biting feels completely different. He did warn me about this and it settled in a couple weeks. I can honestly say DR DIMITRI (however it's spelt) is a master dentist and got me exactly what I wanted. Have sent over a tonne of people since who want the same thing. Thank you again!

Had 10 upper crowns and some lower whitening and bonding back in September last year. Process was nice and smooth from booking stage when I first got in touch with Chanelle.

Wait time was about 6 weeks and I got in to see Dr Charlie. He was very good, big talker mind you, had a long chat both times I saw him about I can't remember what 😂 . But he was very good at his craft and my smile looks 10 times better then when I went in.

Been about 4 or 5 months with my new teeth and had no trouble. They got in touch with me a week ago to check up on me and see how I was doing and asked me to give my thoughts on how it all went so that's it. Can't fault them and have and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Got an email requesting feedback on my dental work done at Dental experts. I had my work done about a month ago so here is what I can remember. My honest review is that I had a good experience with great dental results.

I had two zirconium caps replaced to match my composite bonding and it looks great. The dentist and the staff in clinic are very very good, I can't fault them. Where i did have a problems was really only the reception team when I called, the waiting times to get through were a bit long and at the time it was a bit annoying. I always got a call back pretty quick after I left a message and thinking about it now this is to be expected with all what's going on but it's still a bit jarring.

The customer service people who do call back are very helpful and get things done quickly. I think they need a bigger reception team to be honest, other than that they were spot on.

AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!

I booked here on the back of my sister getting her teeth done, I also cxled and lost money on another booking I had as I thought it would be worth it going with a recommendation.

First of all they'll pressure you for payment & then make it near impossible for you to contact them

Now I waited 3 months for my appointment (booked in September last year) because Id read the reviews I was skeptical so I wanted to wait for the same dentist my sister had which I didn't mind. I booked for the 3rd January & I was traveling from Edinburgh.

The company phoned me at lunch time on the 31st December & told me they had to change my booking because they weren't open on Bank Holiday's & expected me to wait an additional 2 months for my appointment, By this point id already lost my deposit for previous appointment, my travel expenses that I booked to get from Edinburgh to London & had my teeth professionally cleaned in prep which they stipulate must be done within 10 days of your appointment - £600 loss so far

I wasn't willing to wait so I reluctantly accepted an appointment with another dentist, after advising the agent on the phone it needs to be afternoon as I'm travelling from Edinburgh, I booked the 22nd Jan, only to receive my confirmation with a 9am appointment. At this point I wanted to speak to a manger, for days and I mean days I was being told id get a call back but no-one bothered (the phone number just rings out, the only way to contact & get a response was on FB messenger) to this day the only human at this shambles of a company I have spoken to is the person that took my money.

Now I eventually had to email one of the dentists to try get this sorted out, who escalated to a manager who wouldn't phone, just responded to my emails in the middle of the night. Once the investigation as to what went wrong with my booking process on two occasions was complete I caught them out lying, the manager clearly never read my emails as It turns out they are open on Bank Holiday's, however my dentist decided to take some holidays and nobody bothered to cxl the bookings until they spotted their mistake at lunch time on the 31st, absolute joke & they took no responsibility for this, it seemed normal & ok for them to do this causing people to be out of pocket because their own staff clearly aren't trained right, don't know what they're doing or just don't care.

CHEAP & NASTLY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, I eventually got my refund and have booked with another dentist this week.

I had originally booked with TDE for full set of bonding, however after having 2 consultations with different dental practices turns out my teeth cant be bonded until my teeth are aligned, so this company took my money and would have performed a procedure that they shouldn't have and potentially ruined my teeth, I ended up having a lucky escape, don't book with these crooks they're scammers and will only rip you off and cause you unnecessary stress with their shady customer service and practices.

OH & my sister's teeth are already chipped, they chipped within 2 months of the procedure, she has been offered an appointment to go back and have fixed but to this day its never happened because they've cancelled the bookings and you cant ever contact them.

If you want composite bonding with invisalign then go onto the Invisilign website and they have recommended dentists to perform.... None of the dentists or this dental practice is mentioned, I think that speaks volumes.

I was booked in to have 20 composite bonds with the dental experts last week. The journey from booking on instagram to getting the appointment was very easy and straight forward and the lady who called me to book in was very helpful. On the day of the appointment, i was very nervous about the whole thing as I was afraid of how it would turn out and i had come all the way from Liverpool and if it would last as i do not have a great track record with teeth. I explained this to the dentist who looked after me, Dr Marco, and he was very understanding. He really took the extra time to explain the entire process again and the aftercare and how best it would be for me to look after the bonds once I got home. This really meant a lot to me and I found what he said was very helpful.

Thank you so much to the whole team at TDE. Maud did a great job on my teeth. I would highly recommend them for the bonding work. Bit of a long wait to get through on phones but otherwise A1.

Very pleased with my treatment at dental experts. I was seen by a lovely lady and her assistant after getting referred here by a friend at work. They did a very good job on my veneers and the aftercare has been very good since. I had some chips fairly soon after which I was warned about since I grind my teeth at night. They did however call me up very quickly after I emailed them with my worries. I was seen to very quickly and the repairs were done free of charge in my guarantee and they've been great since.

I was asked what i think about the customer service and honestly I have seen some bad reviews but I did not have any problems. I dealt with a lady called Daphne was really kind and understanding and went out of her way to accomodate me for my appointment.

I spoke with Fatima who was extremely helpful, she liaised with me and my husband to try and accommodate the best dates that suited us. She went above and beyond and I'm really happy with the service.

Had my bonding done a few months ago and have been asked for feedback on how it all went. I was very impressed by this dentist. I was a bit worried coming down from Wales as I didn't know what to expect but I was reassured by Chanel the treatment manager who went through it all with me and was always on the phone when I had questions. The dentist I saw was spot on and really knowledgeable and wouldn't let me off the chair till they got EVERY LITTLE ANGLE perfect. I can't say how happy I am with my new teeth, they look insanely good. Since I've had it done I've sent three friends in to book with them. One had their appointment rescheduled but they looked after him and got him a 10% off to say sorry. He's had his done since and he's really happy too. I would recommend Dr Roshi, she's really professional and gets it perfect aswell to what you want.

Very happy with my smile makeover experience. I came across their adverts several times on instagram I think because I had been researching getting my teeth done online for a while. I was skeptical at first as I had read both good and bad reviews but I went for a consultation first with Dr Dimitri and also later before going ahead found out a colleague did have some treatment here with good success. Still even after the consultation I wanted to be sure so I called and spoke to a lady called Sophie from sales and grilled her a lot on all aspects of the offer to make sure it was all legit. I was impressed and they were quite honest about all the pros and cons of treatment but it seemed very good. I did have to pay upfront which worried me but as my colleague had been I was comfortable to go ahead. Fast forward I was seen again by Dimitri and I have to say after a long and tiring appointment I am over the moon with my incredible new smile. He spent a lot of time with me afterwards making sure I was happy and it was all perfect. I did have a small chip after a week where my bite was a little bit strong but I got it fixed the same day and it has been all good since. I would recommend this clinic for all cosmetic work, they were very good.

They have created a new Trustpilot called 'The Dental Expert Clinics' as the reviews have been so negative, and rightly so! I had nothing but trouble with this company, absolutely shocking!!!! Stay well away!!

Absolutely terrible service. I will be contacting GDC & CQC tomorrow as I've given them enough time to get my refund to me!
A girl called Amelia rang me numerous times to take down my review and if I removed it I'd get a full refund!!!! Got promised the money would be in my account start of Jan then again 16th Feb. Still NOTHING!!! 4 months after constant calls and emails requesting my refund for work that was never carried out, I keep calling and they say they will call me back and still nothing!!!! They owe me just under £1900 so it's alot of money I want back since I couldn't get my teeth done!!! I even travelled there to be told they couldn't work on my teeth!!! They are scammers!!!! I will be seeking legal action as I see on social media and reviews this has been happening way to much. This is just a warning for those considering using this company. They will accept your pictures and take your money, you turn up and the dentist won't work on your teeth! So just be careful guys!

***ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS*** DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS** my husband and I paid upfront a few thousand pounds to have composite bonding done! Paid in September 2021, booked for November 2021, they cancelled the day before after paying for private scaling and polish, day off work and train tickets, then I rebooked for February 2022 and they’ve just cancelled once again before treatment after paying the same out on scale and polish, day off work and train tickets! Feel totally mugged off!! They have made a lot of interest on all potential patients money sitting in their accounts. I WANT A REFUND NOW. This company is the absolute shambles!
