its a scam... avoid.

avoid this company at all cost. they take your money then cancel a within a few days of your appointment. this has cost me over 2 grand in total and they are ignoring all calls and emails.

i had my booking in for 14th feb and they cancelled on 09 feb. now nearly 2 months later i still haven't got my money, even though i signed a contact that said i would have my refund in 21 days

you have been warned.

Absolutely spot on, great company with genuine people. Receptionist was lively & welcoming, Nicole the coordinator was fantastic in sorting out any problems & my dental surgeon Roshy did a great job. Couldn’t recommended them enough!

AVOID these scam artist! I wish I could give 0 stars but sadly this is not possible. I booked in with what I thought was an incredible deal at the end of December, they could not contact me quick enough to take my money when I first messaged but after seeing some bad reviews I looked into the company more and found lots of comments about appointments being delayed, composite falling off and most of all nothing but hassle to try and get a refund. I decided I no longer wanted to go with the company so after trying about 6 different phone numbers which all did not ring or just went to voicemail, I managed to get through and request a refund in January. Here we are now in almost April after multiple emails and phone calls and I still not do not have my money back. I’m constantly being given rubbish excuses and claims that it will be with me soon which clearly is all LIES. Their customer service is absolutely non existent and I can’t believe a company with such a large following is getting away with this! I’ve seen multiple comments of the same issue as me and they appear to be regularly taken down. It appears their ‘amazing limited time offer’ has been running since in December so clearly it is just a way of sucking people in. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I highly recommend avoiding at all costs 😡

Would recommend TDE for their composite bonding work, I had mine done last week and I am so impressed with how natural they look !

Good value for money at the place, they do incredible work. I went in for 16 composite bonding veneers a month ago and the results came out great. I had an additional consultation that I paid extra for before the bonding was booked as I wanted to get seen to in person first and then I went back and booked in with Sophie for the bonding just by messaging again on instagram.

Altogether along with the money I spent on a scale and polish appointment, it all came to less than £2,000 for this which was so much better than most other places I saw and it was in London as a bonus. The dentist that did my bonding was Dr Dimitri and he did them so well and the quality of the actual bonds is great too, they feel sturdy like my natural teeth.

The customer service experience also deserves mentioning as well, always friendly and open to questions and changed my appointment slightly for me at the last minute.
I would give 10 stars if I could, definitely check them out.

I had my procedure for 16 composite bonds yesterday and I would like to take the time out to say a thank you all the team and Dr Sezin for doing such a wonderful job. I was booked in by my daughter as a present as she has been to this place herself and has the most amazing looking teeth, they did a great job with hers as well.

When I arrived at their clinic, the staff we very nice and welcoming. I got there ahead of time and so there was a wait but they ensured I was comfortable and knew where to go around the street for coffee etc. They were also all wearing masks and made sure the waiting area didn't get too packed. I have never had any kind of work done on Harley street but this was a great first experience.
Dr Sezin was so lovely, never met a nicer dentist honestly. She took her time with the bonding and was patient with me when I would stop her to ask questions, take a look etc.
The bonding took just over four hours to complete which I didn't think was bad at all considering this can last years and feels comfortable.
If you are interested in bonding, definitely give them a try, I believe they are available to book on social medias.

Avoid! I will keep it short. Me and my mother was booked to have composite bonding January there was a special offer so payment was requested in full. After looking into reviews I didn’t feel completely confident in the company. So after spending a week trying to contact the company to speak to someone with no response back. We decided not to go ahead with treatment. Imagine we had treatment and there was a problem and you couldn’t get a response. I found this extremely unprofessional!
We eventually after a day of constant phoning and messaging we got a call back. We requested our refund on the 27th January. We are yet to receive our money. All they tell me is its with the accounts department. I have asked them if I can contact that department directly to be told no. They will pass the message on and be in contact. I haven’t heard a thing since 28th February. I have emailed again this morning. 17th march 2022. I will update on here when or if I get my refund. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

I went in for a separate consultation and then went in for the bonding and both appointments went really well and I was well looked after and explained all my options. I had their whitening and composite bonding done and I would recommend both services, pain free and a good price.

so happy i found this place and they did an excellent work with my composite veneers! i have seen so many bad teeth jobs and was so scared going in but they have dentists that know what they are doing for sure !

So the rumours are all true - leave a bad review and they will call you asking to take it down in order to receive your refund. I tested and trialled this and it actually happened. I will not fall for your blackmail and will continue to seek legal action until you stop doing this to people.

The customer service team are very understanding and will do their best to help. I would have preferred to be able to get my teeth done a bit sooner with them only because I wanted them in time for my anniversary but for the results themselves the work of the dentist was exactly what I needed.

UPDATE
DO NOT LET IT GO OVER 120 DAYS SINCE PAYMENT BEFORE YOU CONTACT YOUR BANK. The dental ‘experts’ will try and push back your refund or appointment as far as possible - so that the bank is unable to issue the refund after 120 days from payment and they don’t lose the money. Please be careful guys.

Absolutely shocked by the service of this company. I had an appointment booked on the 17/01/2022. They cancelled me two days before and rescheduled to 05/02/2022 and again I was cancelled two days before my appointment. By this point after reading reviews online I didn’t trust this company so I requested a refund. Firstly I was told my refund would be processed on the 9th of February, when it came to that day I was told there had been a problem and it wouldn’t be processed untill the following Wednesday. I was then told it takes 14-21 days to receive my refund and SHOCK- today is the 21st day and still no refund!!!! I have now been told by the company I have to claim the money back through my bank!!!! This is money I don’t have to just lose and I can’t believe they treat people this way! I am owed £1649. How are you unable to refund my money that you took so quickly off of me?! I have heard the same thing happen to so many people! If you type their name on TikTok a video will come up and soooo many people have commented their own bad experience! The video has now been taken down unfortunately 😞 had so many people sharing their AWFUL time with this company. I will not stop untill I get MY money back. Do not trust at all. DO NOT USE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I strongly believe most of these reviews are FAKE

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. Imagine a company actually telling you to contact the back in order to get my money back??? It’s vile. You would think with what’s going on in the world today, companies like this would treat people a lot better. I will be going down to the practice if I do not receive my money

AVOID this company like the plague. I had an appointment in august 2020, which was cancelled whilst I was already an hour in to my journey to get there. I then had my appointment rearranged and my bonding completed. Immediately I was not too fond of the shaping of my teeth but thought I would get used to it. Ever since I have had severe gum disease, and this company refuses to do anything about it. My own dentist has told me it has not been put on correctly and plaque is building in between my bonding and my own teeth causing gum disease. This company will ignore all methods of communication and refuse to help at all. Please do yourself a favour and find another company to go with. I know of over 20 people who have had bad experiences with them and I imagine there are 100’s more… they are aggressive and hostile when they do finally contact you and threaten you with legal action for writing an honest review of your experience. They also somehow manage to have reviews removed on trustpilot.

Me and my girlfriend had out teeth composite bonded with The dental experts on Friday and it was worth the journey down to London, the money spent and the 6 week wait for the appointments.
The dentist who saw me was friendly and made sure I understood the whole procedure and talked me through how best to take care of my teeth after as well. My appointment finished before my girlfriends and she said she had the same and both of our teeth look perfect. Her teeth needed less bonds put in since she only ended up having 8 bonded at the lowers so I emailed them for a refund.
They had said the refund would take up to 21 days but it arrived today and I am happy with the quick turn around.
This is a great place for dental work and I would recommend them to anyone. If you do book in though, always email as the phones are always busy.

I read a lot of reviews on these guys before I had my appointment and got quite mixed feelings to be totally honest. I got my teeth work done with them last week and personally I had no issues. I booked in with them from instagram and spoke to a lady called Chanel who also took my payment and talked me through everything that would happen at the appointment and more information on what bonding was etc etc. When I spoke to her I had asked to be seen by a particular dentist who I had seen named online but she explained they did not work in that way - felt a bit nervous but went ahead anyway.

My teeth we bonded by Dr Sezin at the appointment and I can recommend her work, she took her time and checked in I was happy before I left and adjusted the shape at the front as I asked. The after care advice has been good since and easier to follow than expected since I have not had any kind of work like this done before. I would recommend them and I hope others looking into this place find my review helpful.

Top experience with these guys. Chanel booked me and a group of my friends in. Apart from one of the lads having his appointment moved by a week due to a sick dentist the rest of us had a very good time with everything. Results were A1 and Chanel's been amazing to deal with.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I have been emailed to take part in giving my feedback on my experience. I can definitely say that both the treatment and the customer service have been exceptional from the initial consultation online and all the information I was provided and explained to the aftercare calls that I received. I felt cared for even though I was coming for a single visit for cosmetic work. Results of the process, my veneers look great and the dentist definitely paid attention to what I wanted and didn't just pick their own style (this is something I worried about as I feel doctors can be arrogant sometimes). It was quite the opposite the dentist I saw was very humble but paid a lot of attention to detail and wouldn't let me get up off the chair until I gave him the 100 percent all clear that everything was perfect for me.

Ok so after some verry bad communication at the beginning of the process I was unpleased with a verry rude staff member at the beginning I rang and complained witch was taking verry seriously they had some issues so tried to move my appointment I told them my appointment would have to be carried out on that day and they managed to do it I went to the clinic had my teeth bonding and wow what an improvement in service I can honestly say I am over the moon with this result it’s amazing a brand new smile of a celebrity Iv only had the bonding done a few days but I whanted to change the shape of my bonding as I changed my mind after it was done and I was bought back in straight away to re do the shape they look brilliant bit of a ruffle at the beginning but now I’m over the moon I pick u guys to carry out my work absolutely amazing and the nice lady who works in sales was amazing at her job really present to speek to grate job guys see you soon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also I was not asked to leave this review I did this of my own back to let outhers know about the experience it’s all worth it in the end

Cancelled my treatment last month due to losing my job. I contacted customer service to request a refund but I received a call from management instead. They promised to refund within 7 days but I got my money back in 3 days on my card. It's a shame but I hope to go back in future.

I was seen by dental experts at the beginning of february for my composite bonding treatment and I am blow away by the results. I

I initially contacted them from an instagram ad but took quite a long time to research them and other clinics in regards to composite bonding. I was very insecure about my teeth for a long time and obviously wanted the best treatment (and the best price).

Their reviews had been very good (although I had seen some bad reviews by what seems by some very OTT customers) but what reassured me to go in the end was finding out my work colleague had been to them last summer and had no issues and a great time having seen Dr Charlie.

The process was easy to book and i didn't have any scheduling issues and was seen on time. Chanel who was my treatment specialist was very helpful in answering all my questions and going over all the ifs and buts of the treatment. I found this very reassuring as the one other place I went for consultation was very quick and brash with me.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and especially if you are looking for their speciality of composite bonding when I was there it seems everyone there was there just for that.
