The Dental Experts who disguise themselves as a Harley Street respectable brand are a complete scam.
Unfortunately I fell for it too.
I signed up after seeing a great promotion on Instagram for 8 top and bottom composite bonding for £1999, I signed up, they called immediately and requested payment in advance and booked me in for 2 months time. I had sent photos of my teeth etc too.
As my appointment approached, I was apprehensive having read a million reviews where it was cancelled the day before. And GUESS WHAT? I got a text the day before saying it was cancelled.
Tried calling but the phone number was disconnected, tried various ways and eventually got a number (through negative reviews) and asked for a refund. They said no, they would reschedule in two weeks time. I said ok - but expressed my concern regarding the last minute cancellation- I had booked train and hotel etc from outside london which of course they would not compensate.
The next appointment - shock horror!!!- they cancelled as well. Due to ‘sickness’ this time. They offered another appointment in 2 months.

I requested a refund on the phone and was told I would receive in 14 days. I followed up with email.
4 months later, a hundred calls, many many emails and still no refund despite every response saying yeah u will get it at some point.

Sadly, I had to contact the Dentist association who were very well aware of the scam, who advised me to send everything to my bank, who then claimed back the money as a fraudulent transaction.

So FINALLY after approx 9 months I got my money refunded but my teeth haven’t even been seen. What an absolute Joke

Further to earlier review. A County Court judgement has been ordered against The Dental Experts. As yet they have not complied with the order.
I am instructing HM courts to order the director of the company to attend court to determine their finances before instructing court ballifs

It should be noticed, that this is an unregistered practice with UK authorities and is under investigation by them. The director has been removed from the UK Dental Register. Additionally this company has operated under other guises which have been closed down.
A comprehensive consumer Watchdog programme has reported on the company and this is available on You Tube.

A further update, I have reported the company to Martin Lewis consumer expert and will be providing input to the Trust Pilot Integrity Team

for your health and safety I recommend you avoid this practice.

It was the best experience ever amazing lovely staff. And the doctor very nice … talking through the process and just very nice and friendly and understanding …..

i wish i could put a 0 star as this dentist r a load of amateurs at very best after my teeth was done which looked okay for 24hr b4 appearing to change colour having rang the dentist to keep being told they will get some1 to call u back in they never do they also won’t send me my retainers till they sort a banking error on there side which having spoke to some1 who as no customer skills what so eva we got into an argument and they cancelled my warranty and any other treatment team are a joke and FRAUDSTERS

The most awful company to deal with. Ruined my teeth and I had to get corrective work elsewhere. Don’t not go near if you fmvslue your health and your teeth

This company done my composite bonding and told me I had one years warranty. My bonding fell off 8 out of 16 teeth within 2 days, they repaired one and feel off a day later, been waiting nearly a tear to get this fixed. DO NOT USE . They only care about booking new clients in and taking more money instead of looking after exisiting clients. Money hungry and once your money is taken the customer service goes to 0.

Please be aware that the dental experts old company name De Facilities Management Limited have liquidated to avoid legal action and are now trading under the name DE clinics UK limited!!! Beware they’re exactly the same company and WILL ROB YOU

Please do not trust this company!! They do nothing but lie and rob people, please look into them properly before trusting them!!
They have ruined not just my teeth but my life,
I suffer with bpd and they have tipped me over the edge with my mental health!

They rob and scam people and laugh about it
The man who did my teeth whos name i am not aloud to mention because it goes against there policy at the time of doing my teeth he has a dental suspension and i will be taking this futher,
I have been left with nothing but problems with my teeth and my gums
Cracks, sores, discoloured cancelled appointments the list goes on, they messed with the wrong person i will not stop till everybody knows about these people!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

This company is a complete joke, i was booked in to get my teeth done back in September, after them cancelling my appointment several times i asked for a refund.
The “customer service department” told me it would be refunded within up to 25 days
25 days passed and still no refund, i have contacted everyone who works for the company and i have been completely ignored. This has included phone calls, emails and i have also visited the business.

Please stay well away from this company as they are FRAUDULENT!!!.
Thankfully I didn’t get any work done as from the work i have seen i would have spent thousands on getting the work repaired!

Again please go elsewhere as you will regret the whole experience in dealing with this company or the director i paid over 2k for a cleaning prior to the appointment , hotel, travel and then the price of the bonding service.

I would do anything to get the money back but unfortunately that isn’t going to happen.

Terrible service. Refuse to repair broken bonds within the one year warrantee due to me leaving an honest review of my experience.

Are now ignoring my emails to confirm who treated me and my requests for CCJ to be paid but found the time to flag this review with trustpilot?!

Please use another dentist if you are looking for treatment

Since having my composite bonding completed in May 2021 I have experienced ongoing issues. Severe cracks and sharp chipping which scratch against my gums and cause great discomfort. I also experience regular gum bleeding. I had to visited TDE more than five times after completing my treatment for repairs but I would always experience the same issues.

As my one year warranty finished in May 2022. My teeth were not even whitened before the bonding was applied. The business thought I was getting legal representation because I included the CQC into my email. Honestly the lady I spoke with on the phone is clearly incompetent and does have a clue about what she’s doing in life. She even cut the phone while I was still talking and proceed to make up lies to justify them “discharging me”.

Thankfully I’ve got my entire medical record so can pass it on to the correct body to investigate. Beware potential clients, stay away at all costs.

Update: (08/02/2023) The company has attempted to flag this review but I have provided my evidence to verify my review to Trust Pilot.

Again, like most posts- I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. In the beginning communication was wonderful as they took your money. Then as you make arrangements, they think it’s professional enough to text you the day before your appointment to state that it won’t be going ahead. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, they don’t have a single phone line that works to you can speak to someone.

21 plus days later I am still waiting for my refund and can’t communicate or get hold of anyone. I am reporting the company to trading standards. I am just glad I paid on my credit card, so they can reverse the transaction on my behalf.

Stay away from them!!!

On the surface of things, they look and seem amazing but any professional service on Harley street with no contact number is dodgy in my opinion.

Absolutely over the moon with my composite bonding. Travelled from Manchester and was well worth it!! Totally looked after me from the minute I walked in by the lovely reception team.
Just want to say a massive thank you to Dr Sahar and Nurse Shumail they have changed my life I love love love my new teeth!! Dr Sahar's attention to detail was 110%.
I would definitely recommend The Dental Experts to anyone and it's definitely not a scam!!

Where do I start after numerous back and forth due to shoddy workmanship, Dental Experts Complaints Manager booked me in for 22.11.22. I book a hotel and a trip to see Madam Tusauds etc only to receive a text message at 17.45 to say its been cancelled less than 13hours before I'd plan to travel from Cardiff. Absolute disgrace, couldn't cancel my hotel, wasted money on tickets I can't use. I am so angry and overwhelmed by it all. They are such a horrid company please AVOID!!!!

Had my appointment booked for composite bonding on the 10th Nov. On Monday 7th I received a text and email to say it was cancelled. I then left a bad review on here and a message on Instagram. I received a call of a withheld number and got told it was a mistake and my appointment was still going ahead for the 10th as long as I took down my review. I explained I was traveling from Birmingham and didn’t want to waste my time for it to get cancelled again. I was assured that the appointment would not be cancelled. On the 10th i had travelled 2 hrs and was not far from London, I then received a phone call to say my appointment was cancelled. I said as I was nearly there I would still attend to collect my £1,000 cash deposit that I paid at my consultation. I got informed that I couldn’t as it had to go through the refund process and would take 14-21 days and the only way I could get into the premises was with a warrant!

SCAMMERS!! FRAUDSTERS!! THIEVES!!
Please please do not give them any money! Paid for composite bonding. Appointment then cancelled. They said I would receive a refund within 14-21 days. That was 8 months ago. 44 emails. Over 200 phone calls. Hundreds of messages through instagram and WhatsApp. Was told by them that the only way I could have my money back was to send them a further £1,516 so that I was on their "payment processor". They actually tried to scam me twice!!

Any review over 1 star is fake, so please read these 1 start reviews before you book. This company takes your money - the owner has been suspended indefinitely from practising (Google for yourself on GDC site), and they will try take your money and not refund it. They cancel appointments last minute and no one picks up the phone nor do they respond back to you.
