I wish i have read this website even not wasting my time on their so called useful website reviews by these Fake Nigeria, Africa and worldwide users recently published over here! I wonder what compliance team Trustpilot operate in order to validate authenticity of these fake reviews? Just lucky escaped without proceeding the booking final moment!! Worst fake website! Go and read the about us page? what a joke!!

Superb platform! Easy to navigate, many choices of flights when searching, and no additional charges. Highly recommended!

The Flights Fare have lied to me and ran me around in circles for months! Initially purchased flight to Delhi but was called back to say the price had increased if I wanted luggage, I agreed and paid the additional £650 as I felt I had no choice. Since then it’s been at least 8 weeks and they just lie to me and the ticket has never materialised, they don’t answer any emails. Stella has been very rude to me and made me feel intimidated when i suggested I would use the bank to retrieve my money, she’s even shouted at me and said she’s prepared to fight me if I involve the bank. I feel I have no choice now though as they have nearly £4400 of my money and no ticket's. Save yourself a lot of stress and don’t have anything to do with The Flights Fare.

I have reported them to Police and HM Revenue for scandals business. Still they have not refund my money! Worst scammers in the UK. Please report to IATA Fraud complaints from their portal in order to get these scam company out of ticketing system!

This company is a scam operation, pretending to be legitimate but engaging in fraudulent practices. They charged my card £3,348.48 for air tickets, issued temporary holding fare class tickets, and then canceled them near the travel date, just like they have done to hundreds of other victims here!

When I tried to address this within 24 hours of booking, I sent emails and even called, with no response or refund. Upon checking with the airline, they confirmed no cancellation fee would apply due to the advance notice, but this company never refunded a single penny! The airline also confirmed that the actual ticket price was £5,528, so clearly, this company knows exactly what they are doing—profiting through deceit.

If you doubt this review, read the other 1-star reviews—they tell the same story. The good reviews here? Likely fake, from accounts they control themselves.

I challenge them to provide their ATOL number or ABTA membership, proving they are a legitimate UK travel operator. Their so-called IATA numbers are meaningless—part of their scam.

Avoid at all costs!

Took the payment, the called to say only one person made the flight. Had to pay an extra £300 to be on the same flight and then no confirmation sent. Don't book anything through them

Avoid this company at all costs when buying flight tickets. They scammed me and my family out of £9,000. We never received our tickets, nor did we get a refund. They claimed to have refunded us, but it’s been two months, and the money still hasn’t come through. They are incredibly well-trained, professional scammers. Do not buy anything from them. Deceptive and dishonest. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Scam Artists. They couldn't accept my Amex so they then gave me a ridiculously long email address for me to send money via Paypal.

The ticket did not exist in the airline's booking the airline had never heard of them.

Avoid this at all cost. I paid £7020 for the family tickets. They cancelled my tickets before I was about to fly. Now I am chasing for refunds. THEY ARE VERY TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.

This company are SCAMMERS and FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT USE! They sell you tickets, send you a PDF from the airline but do not pay airline and the tickets are then cancelled. They will tell you lie after lie.

I booked 7 tickets to Pakistan for December all the way in August. I was told I would get them in 48 hours, it has been nearly three months and I still haven't got the tickets. They don't answer the phone calls nor reply back to the emails I've sent them. Stella was very rude and not corporative. All I have been given are lies and more lies. I've reported them to Citizens Advice Bureau and I am in the process of a chargeback from the bank. If someone would like to get in contact with me, my number is 07831723474. Fraudulent company.
They will send you fake e-tickets then change your departure airport without consent, they will pressurize you into flying with a completely different airline or if you want to keep the same tickets you’ve just paid for you have to “pay more”.
Rude customer service, have been ignoring my emails from over 2 months. They keep hanging up the phone when I asked for a refund and keep telling me someone will call later when they never do.
Currently in process to chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs. NO IDEAD HOW SKYSCANNER ALLOWS SUCH COMPANY TO BE ON THEIR SEARCH ENGINE.
If you don’t want to be robbed look elsewhere.

Scammers! Stole my money. Thankfully my bank was able to reverse the transaction.

Do not use fraudulent, scam, thieving company. Take your money for flights, send fake etickets, try to get more money off you for luggage etc. still waiting on refund from june 2024 of £3800 had to refute payment with the bank and still waiting as flights fare aka stella just running multiple scams from 10 upton court, london.

Got tickets for a family holiday at what we thought was a great price. As soon as they were issued to us they were cancelled! Took our money and ran and claimed all sorts of different excuses, but never offered a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Edit- I've been asked to provide more personal details to the company so they can refute my review. Provide more personal details o a scammed? I don't think so!

My experience with The Flights Fare has been a nightmare. They initially charged me for a flight on the wrong date, then switched my bookings multiple times—first from Saudi Airlines to Gulf Airlines, and back to Gulf Airlines—without my consent.

I originally paid for a flight with Saudi Airlines on December 20th, but they changed it to Gulf Airlines on the December 19th without informing me. Now, instead of refunding me, they've changed the flight date again to December 21st.

Despite all this, I am still chasing them for a full refund. Their customer service has been rude and unprofessional, and this situation has caused me financial loss and stress. I've also seen other customers facing similar issues.

Avoid The Flights Fare at all costs!

Booked a Saudi airline flight for 4008 pounds on Monday 7 October. The male agent suggested to pay and the payment didn’t go through because the Halifax my bank reported the ‘merchant’ on AML list. We thought they were genuine so we requested Halifax to let us pay. We did on Tuesday 8 October and was told that now Saudi airline tickets aren’t available for entire family so get gulf air tickets for 5200. This was weird. We agreed reluctantly but the agent ‘Stella’ based in ‘New Delhi’ was not sending us any tickets. She was buying time that the tickets aren’t available till Sunday. This caused alarm and we thought we lost the money.

After giving warning on legal action and calling the police, a ticket has been issued.

BUT the gulf air says the agency controls our tickets so maybe they can cancel our tickets. Or not. Who know? They have been sending us first wrong booking reference and then finally their operation manager ‘ Simon’ send us right booking ref.

BUT THEY HAVE ACCESS AND CN DO ANYTHING.

DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY ARE SCAMS!!

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my extremely disappointing experience with them. I strongly advise against booking any trips or services through this agency. Since 27 August 2024, I haven’t heard anything from them. It’s really DEPRESSING! They are insisting “It's been booked ma’am” but to confirm I contacted the airline and said no booking under my name.

Unfortunately, they took my money (£2000+) without hesitation and failed to deliver the promised service, they did not provide any ticket, and it’s been a month and 8 days to be exact. When I tried to address the issue and requested a refund, they were extremely unhelpful. They made it difficult to recover my funds, and I was repeatedly given the runaround. The customer service was frustrating at best, and it became clear that their goal was to avoid resolving the issue rather than assisting me.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency. They are quick to take your money, but slow, if not impossible, to provide a refund or real assistance. Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable travel provider instead.
