I made a reservation for my recent December travel from LONDON to DELHI and I get the best price with best service

I was calling as I had been given two bookings for the same trip and charged twice.
However, the resolution was swift and the agent was very helpful. Just what you need when something goes wrong. Excellent.

I was very happy with this agency to book my long flight tickets, they really give you some good prices in tickets. Agent who helped me with booking was Samuel and he did a great job booking my tickets, he was very helpful, polite and had very good manners. I definitely would recommend this agency.

We didnt get tickets, but they charged us over 3000 GBP. We called them to get the money back and only heard excuses, like the refund has been issued, the refund was declined by your bank. We started a charge back through the bank and now they say they cant refund the money because the charge back dispute is in place... This company is a scam. Stay away from their site.

UPDATE (11 Oct 2024): The company has flagged my review as defamatory. I have submitted the proofs to Trustpilot.com and I hope that this review will remain online. TheFlightsFare.co.uk has not contacted me. We have spoken to them multiple times and they only provide excuses. In our last call more than a week ago, they said that the chargeback should be approved, but we are still waiting for the money to return and the bank has not updated the chargeback' status.

It is also important to mention that TheFlightsFare.co.uk operates under the name Flightxpert.co.uk

For me the service they provided is above my expectations.

UPDATE (01/10): some days after I posted this, I got a call from "Simon the manager". He begged me to remove this review and absolutely confirmed me that a refund (with a confirmation email) was on its way. 11 days later, as expected, no refund, no email, no communication from these scammers and when you phone them,they just give excuses and blatantly lie in your face. Scammers and thieves.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company (operating under the name of FlightXpert.co.uk). Despite initiating a booking process that was ultimately declined, over 3000 GBP were still charged to my account, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or tickets. They refuse to give me a refund.

Over the course of three days, I reached out to customer service multiple times and was repeatedly and very rudely given excuses and told to wait. Eventually, I was provided with a new booking reference and assured that my tickets would be confirmed within 48 hours. However, the new itinerary was completely different from what I had originally chosen. While the destination remained the same, the new flights had different stops and were far less convenient than the initial ones.

To make matters worse, the booking then appeared as cancelled on the airline's website due to lack of payment. No tickets were ever issued.

The company’s Terms and Conditions clearly state that payment will only be taken once the booking is confirmed, but this was not the case. I have been left with no tickets, no explanation, and my money held unjustifiably with them refusing to give me a full refund.

Based on this experience, I strongly believe this company is a scam. I have reported them to the Fraud Police and Citizens Advice Bureau. Avoid at all costs.

SCAMMERS do not book tickets with them i paid full amount of return tickets never informed us departure flight is cancelled gave us different date and returned flight got cancelled as well again was not informed with giving us different date of flight charged us extra £700.Every time you call they say we will call you back they never call back ignore the e.mails too rude staff rubbish customer service

I have booked the tickets with Flightsfare, which promise "no stress holiday". Which turned out a completely nightmare, with my reservation been lost and tickets didn't been send before the flights. They accuse me that I have to call them after I booked tickets to request tickets. How stupid is this? I paid you money - your customer service called and asked if everything correct, I confirm - you send me tickets! But no tickets arrived before the time we need to go. I have called them to find out they dont have my tickets?! I have already arranged everything and here I find out we may not going anywhere. Then they promised to solve the situation asked me to call again and again promising it will be sorted in 2 h, in another 2 h and so on. They finally at 9 pm before the flight day offered me a ticket with different airline at extra cost with the wait in the airport for 13 h with my two little kids. Ok, I have no choice, paid them again. The tickets was not send again, I have called them at 11 pm, to find out there team is finished for the day. Finally at 2 am I have received tickets and 8 am we went to airport. I came earlier just in case and surprise - surprise, they didnt booked our luggage for the flight out but booked for the return. called them again, again waiting, no solution, they asked me to pay for bags, promising to refund it. we returned on 9th August, I have emailed them few times, call regularly and still didn't get my refund! so avoid this company unless you want "stress full holiday". I must admit it easy to contact them when you call them, at least they pick up your calls and give promises. I will rather have a solutions.

I just want to update the review above. After I posted it the company called me on the same day. They didn't apologise. They made a request: they will pay me for bag £50, but I MUST remove the review. I disagreed. There is nothing non-true what I have been written, so why I should remove the review? They pay me £50 instead of £75, even I have sent the receipt on my expenses. I am glad I have checked in one bag not three how it was on the tickets. I learned my lesson, no third company anymore for the flights booking!

I do not recommend The Flights Fare. This company is selling flight tickets they do not actually have confirmed. It took me 3 weeks to receive my refund.

I booked flights to the far east Saturday 31st August, the email stated tickets will be emailed 24-48 hours later. After no further communication, I chased on the phone line given. They said the tickets were not confirmed with the airline and offered me tickets 50% more expensive! I found out from this call The Flights Fare are selling flights they do not have. I've been passed pillar to post over hours for the past 2 weeks, chasing my refund. At first they refused to give a refund, after I stated multiple time they couldn't give me the flights I paid for, they said I'd receive a refund by 13th September, I chased for an email confirmation which I received, from a person who in the space of 2 days has "left" the business. I chased on 14th when it still hadn't arrived and they said to wait until 16th September. Still no refund from The Flights Fare. One said it will come 3 days, another said 4 days. The Flights Fare is constantly changing its story. I eventually received my refund after they stated they had the incorrect card number and as a result it had bounced. Whatever the reason, I do believe I only received my rightful refund because of my Trustpilot review, which they referenced nearly every time I rang in the past week. I cannot delete my review as I believe other potential customers should be aware of what they're entering into.

From my experience, I cannot recommend The Flights Fare. It has been a very stressful experience.

Pakistani scammers- these folks have been involved in many scams over the years and this is their latest charade...Utter vermin.

Do not use this company. Booked a flight with them for Singapore airlines. Took several days and numerous phone calls before they confirmed then tried to charge an extra £450 for luggage. (Singapore airlines do not charge for luggage). Eventually they agreed to refund the money paid. This has taken a month and involved many phone calls from me , none from them ,and numerous lies from them.

Had a really nice lady called Stella who was able to give us a good deal and great customer service for India tickets for a family of 6. Really appreciate her service. The phone line can be busy but the call will be taken.

I was a bit nervous in the beginning as The flight fare price package was lower than sky scanner but I tried my luck and went for it. I was lucky to have Charlie as my adviser. Charlie is very professional, courteous ,polite and friendly. He helped me to find a good deal for my family. He was very approachable and reassuring. Having completed our journey, I was so confident that I have asked Charlie to find me another package for my family. Although it took a while, but Charlie did a wonderful job again and booked another holidays for my family in near future. I strongly recommend The flight fare if one is looking for a reliable and economical holiday package.

Avoid Avoid AVOID!!!!

The flightsfare are 5 star scammers I purchased 2 tickets from them after being transferred to them form a comparison site and I wish I never did. What seems legitimate at first was far from it. It all started when I finished paying within minutes I got a call say my payment did go through and that I should check my email they have sent me a link for me to try again, it being a PayPal payment method I thought nothing of it I made the payment at which point it went through and was told I will receive my E-ticket in 24 hours. 24 hours passed I had no ticket so I called up then to be told I don’t have luggage that’s why I didn’t get my ticket which I thought was crazy as it was a long hull flight and there was no option to buy any luggage therefore automatically ashamed I had 23kg at minimum after going back and forth with the person on the phone I believe her name was Stella she said I must pay £300 or pay £400 to cancellation fee I agreed to pay the £300 even though I was fuming she then said oh you need to fly with a different airline now because I want luggage again we went back and forth as I want the flight I paid for and if they can not forfill my purchase send me my money so I can buy another ticket else where. She finally agreed and told me I will have my ticket in 48 hours. Again did not receive anything after 48 hours called them up again kept getting told I will get them just wait you will get them a whole week went by this point I had nothing was told that I would get a full refund again received nothing in the end I called my credit card company and claimed the money from them but unfortunately for me by the time I was able to purchase tickets again it was at a much greater cost and lot of stress to the point we almost gave up on going away!!

Please avoid at all cost pay the little extra from someone else it will be worth it

Dishonest and Unprofessional Experience - Still Chasing Refunds

I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. I booked tickets for 5 passengers and was promised that the e-tickets would be sent to me. However, after waiting for several days and constant follow-ups, the tickets never arrived. Instead, I was repeatedly given excuses and empty promises.

The agency provided me with a reference number to check directly with the airline. To my shock, I found out that the agency hadn’t even paid for the tickets they booked! When I demanded a refund, I was given an informal and unprofessional refund receipt, which did not inspire confidence.

I dealt with an agent named “Stella Wilson”who was extremely dishonest and unprofessional throughout the process. I am still chasing after my refund, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.

I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
