The Flights Fare 

The worst travel agency out there. Never book with this company, they are a bunch of crooks. They take your money, promise you tickets and claim you will get them within 48hours upon payment confirmation. I paid on 12th December 2024, still haven’t received any tickets or reservation number. Into 2025 and they keep blaming the airline and from 2nd Jan they’ve stopped picking up my calls or responding to me on WhatsApp. I very much doubt will get refund so will claim a chargeback on my credit card for my losses and sue them thereafter. They are a bunch of fraudsters. Would have not even given them a star but cannot write a review without having to do so.

Avoid using this agency. They are fraudulent. Bought flight tickets 3 months ago and still don't have them. They take your money, make a reservation with the airline and give you a booking number to make you believe you have a booking but don't actually pay for the tickets and send them to travel with. All attempts to contact them are met with excuses or silence. Their standard answers are 'the airline is responsible' or 'you will get them tomorrow'. Both of which are lies.

I booked a Finnair flight with “The Flights Fare” and had a terrible experience. After paying, it took 10 days before they finally issued my ticket—only after I began a PayPal dispute. Eventually, I discovered they had requested and received a refund from Finnair without my knowledge, leaving me with no flights just one week before departure. When I called, they offered me a new flight for £600 more.

I complained and requested a refund, but they told me it would take 10–12 days to process. With our trip rapidly approaching, we had no choice but to go into debt to book alternative flights. I’m still pursuing a PayPal refund and looking into legal methods to recover the additional funds they received from Finnair that I had already paid for seats. This ordeal was both stressful and costly, and I cannot recommend “The Flights Fare” based on this experience.

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE. THEY ARE PROFFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. First they make you to pay and tell you that you will receive the tickets between 24-48 hours. Once they have withdrawn the money from your account, you do not hear from them. I tried to contact them by email and phone. They are very rude and close the line. Their email is fake and does not work. I have paid ovee £3500 for family holiday, but not received the tickets and they do not refund my money. I have no tickets and no money. So depressing to be scammed in this very difficult time. I have worked so much to save the money for our family holiday. They are so awful and evil. I hope they get punished.

WARNING THIS IS A FAKE FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I booked tickets in September to visit family over Christmas, but it now transpires what I was sent by The Flights Fare is fake and a booking was never made. I have been in contact with the airline who have confirmed that they temporarily reserved a ticket but this was not paid for and therefore cancelled of the system. Stella has shouted at me and abused me on the telephone, she is not only a scammer but rude and abusive too. AVOID!

We purchased flight tickets on October 5th for travel in December. Today, we were shocked to learn that our flights had been cancelled by the travel agent as early as October 8th—without any notification or refund. No one contacted us to inform us of this cancellation, and now, just days before our travel on December 20th, the travel agent is not responding to our calls.

This is completely unacceptable and has caused us immense emotional distress. In all our experiences with travel agencies, we have never faced such unprofessionalism. I strongly urge others to avoid this travel agency as they are not trustworthy. I fully intend to take legal action to recover our money and for the emotional stress this has caused.

SCAM!!! Please please please do not use this company!!! Me and my boyfriend was meant to be flying to Thailand on Friday for Christmas and new year, to visit family. This firm have been absolutely appalling, not helped one bit.. there's only about 4 people you can get through to. It has been so traumatic, please don't use them!!!!

Do not book with these I had to do a bank charge back luckily got it paid £3100 for flights got no tickets Stella in the call centre in India once took my money was Rude shouted at me down the phone she kept saying your tickets are coming I called the airline they said there was no reservation made in my name they try to keep fobbing you off and don’t care please if booking flights book them direct or use sites like booking.com lasminuit.com etc use ones that are known my bank said there a Indian company and it’s happening all the time I got a holiday for my kids for Christmas & explained that and they did not care there 1 big scam please please if your thinking of booking with these don’t,,

I have been using this flights fare agency for one year now and each time I make the best fares! I love using this website because it has no challenges regarding bookings or cancellations. I will highly advise anyone who wants to cut down on their traveling expenses to consider it.

The staff working for this flight agency were very polite and helpful. They made all those processes very easy and comfortable and even gave me some tips regarding my tour. To book for another event, I'll use them again.

Thanks to this agency I found the optimal flight timings, as well as received the preferable type of seat. Despite the fact that everything seems rather obvious, great care was taken in all the details. Fantastic experience!

I’m not convinced they are scammers, just incredibly incompetent and lacking any kind of responsibility or accountability.

I paid for flights found on Skyscanner but never received a booking confirmation from them, just a really poorly written email to confirm my request - I clearly should’ve taken a closer look 🙈

Upon realising my mistake, I called the company and promised there was no problem, and I will get a call back in an hour. Naturally, that didn’t happen and when I call back, they hung up, then answered the call and refused to respond

Instant red flags…so I called up the airline provider who confirmed I was not on the passenger list for either the outgoing or return flight.

Finally managed to get hold of customer services, who claimed that they had been trying to call me for months and months without reply. This was complete nonsense, but regardless, even if it was the case they didn’t even bother emailing me!

Fortunately, I managed to find the mobile number for the MD who was very apologetic but blamed an overseas office rather than taking responsibility for her own business.

If anyone is in a similar boat, my credit card company advised me to raise a dispute on PayPal as suspected fraud. This then triggered an almost immediate response by the company to refund the money.

Whilst I am very happy to have received the money back, it caused an incredible amount of stress and now I’m left with the huge financial headache of trying to book long haul flights for three people at the last minute which have, of course, tripled in cost!

Avoid at all costs!

Oh dear. I wish I'd read reviews of this company before booking with them. Booked and paid in August for a flight next week and still no ticket. I'm chasing and attempting to contact someone at the company but not confident.

SCAMMERs! I paid the money but no tickets were received. Stella, Samual, Simon and Kevin are all based in India and no doubt these are false names. They will not send you tickets and when you call they tell lies. If you are really unlucky you will talk to Stella who is verbally abusive and a very angry lady!

Placed an order with this flight website after finding it via a flight comparison website. I placed my order on what it seemed to be an okay website to then receive a confirmation email that said that I will receive my tickets within 48 hours but there were a lot of spelling mistakes, typos and incorrect grammar. This immediately flagged in my head and I looked them up on Google and Trustpilot and all the reviews from UK were saying this is a scam and everyone is scammed out of thousands of pounds and don't have their tickets and that this company is fraudulent. They only have 5 star reviews from fake profiles from Nigeria and other countries and it's so obvious that they have bought reviews. When I challenged them about it they said 'Maam how can you tell that the reviews are fake' and I told them I will not give them advice on how to improve them lol. Then the guy started arguing with me because I said I am not confident about this company after reading the reviews and he started raising his voice on the phone saying 'XXX air also have bad reviews but you booked your flights with them!!!".... I am sorry what in the??? I called my bank Amex straight away and they advised to wait until the advised time of 48 hours and then if I don't receive anything they will raise a dispute. I called them yesterday multiple times and they keep running me in circles - 'You will have your tickets by 10pm.', then I call them at 10pm and they say 'You will have your tickets by 12am.'. Then this morning nothing again, I called them and again they said now 'You will have your tickets in 24 hours.' (mind you that 3 days have passed and way over 48 hours which was their latest promise) and I asked I want a full refund and they said our refund team is not in until 12pm so call then. So I can never get any straight answer. Everytime I call, they say they need a few more hours, I call again in few hours and they need more hours. Please look at the other reviews online and see that there are patterns and they are not a legit company but some dodgy business. There is also another website that they operate that someone mentioned on Trustpilot. Not to mentioned now I have no tickets, out of pocket and the tickets have gone up in price quite a lot during this 4 days extravaganza. This has now been reported to Amex, Action Fraud UK and Citizens advice.

What a load off shit Stella said to me today will get full refund in 2 months Finnair refund within 7 days I paid in full so should be back to me straight away don’t use this company just take your money then fob you off where ever they are they will get caught just beware scammers I will write review every day till I get my money back reported to higher source today good luck the flight fare plus tried 10 times to use my card

This Company is fraudulent. I only got my money back as I threatened them with contacting HM Revenue and police. They took my money and no receipt, e tickets etc. When I phone British Airways there was no seat booked under his name. After 5 calls they reimbursed the money but said the fight was cancelled to which BA said seats were still available. Looking on here now many have been scammed. I have contacted the above and they will pursue the Company.

As the title states, any of the good reviews displayed here are FALSE and FAKE.

22/11/2024 purchased two tickets over the festive period to Thailand and upon purchasing, received an email stating I will receive the tickets within 24-48hours and a sales agent will be in contact.

25/11/2024 I still have not neither heard from a sales representative, nor my tickets yet the full amount has been deducted.

I called and it was the same story everyone has been saying about on here, I was told those flights are not available and was offered different flights that were money and my original price still being taken from my bank!!!

I said to the lady I do not want other flight's, you have taken money from me for the original flights I was offered. She then hung up on me and when I called back she was never available.

I have raised a dispute with my bank now
