Disgusting - cancelled booking 2 days after I’d booked flights by saying flights have gone up and justified their behaviour with “you’ve not been charged” and then blatantly lied and said they’d tried to call me. Should not be allowed to trades, so people please do not use them !

If i could give this "company" a 0 rating i really would. From the start to the end the whole process of booking flights was a shambles. These people are a money making scheme! After reading the reviews i still went ahead to book my flights with them, there was a lot of us chasing them and been given different excuses every time we called as well having to pay more for luggage when any long haul flight luggage is included. We never received our tickets and had to ask for a refund which we didn't even get from them. I don't know how a company like this is still running they have no empathy for their customers. Definitely ruined the experience of booking a flight. As for Stella if that was her real name she was a nightmare anyone that has given any positive feedback are people they know if not themselves - as for the negative ones they are not joking i have experienced it first hand -pay more elsewhere and get a better experience.

These people are an elaborate well thought out scamming agency. I booked a ticket with them but received the confirmation for a different airline upon calling them they said they will refund the money but with a cancellation fee. I said fine...after that they never gave me any info. Raised a dispute directly with my bank now.

They took all my money and left me stranded. Avoid at all costs. Scam

Stella respond to my review, yes they return my full amount, but I don't remove because was a nightmare, diel with her, I have to wait for my money from de 4 July till 4 SEP, I lost around £15000 on penalty because I was unable to travel to complete negotiation,

Due to the problem of the Airlines, I could not get the air ticket 24 hours before the departure time. Thanks to the support from the team, especially Stella, who helped me to liaise with the Airlines for nearly a whole day and finally resolved the issues and got air ticket. Much appreciated the support of the team.

I was dealing with Charlie who was very good. I don’t really trust him to start with, but then he was very helpful and very good..I received my ticket from Nadi to Heathrow. Thanks again to Charlie and the team.

I called the salespeople and was offered a flight over the phone including luggage at a good price. Spent a week chasing confirmation via calls every day and emails and each time was told I would get confirmation that day. Eventually they admitted the flights were not booked as they had to negotiate the deal with the airline so I asked for a refund which eventually came. It was a very stressful experience and meant an extra £1000 when I rebooked due to the flights being quite close to booking.
I would avoid at all costs as they overpromise and under-deliver.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not use. We went to check in at desk as they said they couldn’t check us in online. At the desk there was no recollection of our flight!! Lost money and had to find alternative travel arrangements. Staff were rude on the phone saying ‘they shouldn’t be working Sundays’ even though their website says open 9-4. Kept disconnecting phone lines …. Absolute waste of space

Absolute fraud my family member was seriously ill and i missed saying goodbye because this airline charged me £2100 took the money then doubled it two days before my flight 😢 this is a scam

I bought 2 tickets on 22nd June 2024 with no Received E.tickets from airline. They took payment £4172.97.i asked for refund back from last month up to now hear nothing from this agency.now I not phone this agency anymore I let fraud team and solicitors sorted this out.if who bought tickets from this agency don't dream to get refund back she refund any money back. Getting tough with Freud team or citizens advice if you not hear anything from this agency. I am willing keeps reports this agency if they not stop took people money and not get refund back same me. Hope this my review to help who gets Scammed from this agency company Theflighsfare.co.uk!!!!

I bought 2 tickets on 22nd June 2024with this agency took payment £4172.97 with no Received E.tickets from airline.i been fine out that money been took from this agency when I see my bill. I phoned asking for refund back she yet will refund back 8-10 working days.i phone again last week refund should be in 7th August 2024 but nothing! I put review last month she told me can I take review off because badly for her business OK I take review off and she can refund £4172.97 back.i waiting for refund up to now hear nothing back. everything she said not true.she refund any money back to any who bought tickets from this company. I give the company to refund back but they not.Today I give FRAUD Team and solicitor to sorted everything out. And who been brought tickets and money been took getting tough with Freud team or citizens advice don't let Big Scammed took your money any more.i am not stopping to reports this agency to keep took people money any more. When I com back from my holiday I have appointments with citizens advice to talk about this agency company. This people are professional criminal operative under the name of selling tickets. They collect 2,600 pounds from my friend without issue any ticket. My friend have to borrow money from me to buy another ticket . We have reported the issue to bank hopefully to recover the money back in 8 weeks time.

Scammers do not I repeat buy any ticket from these buggers, they are crazy , no customer service, they lack professionalism and I wa noted for over a week no ticket and I had to reschedule my trip , very sad buggars , I had reported them to trading standards , thieves . Very poor/bad customer service, scammers. Very bad experience. It is just a headache. I booked 4 tickets today but after 6 hours, received call about extra luggage which I refused as It was not needed, then lady told me that price has been changed since you booked. Wasted my time.
Scammers so avoid these people.
