these people are scammers they are very rude and they have no respect for customers in any type of way be careful with them and don't fool for there cheap prices because its a scam!!!!!!

I recently had a terrible experience with The Flights Fare, and I feel compelled to warn others. This company is nothing short of a scam.

This agency is nothing but a scam. The price they advertised is incorrect, your booking is not guaranteed, and your luggage is never included. On top of that, if you need a full refund, you'll be hit with a cancellation fee up to £70 Per person. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

This was first time I used flightxpert, I feel lucky my query was handled by Aaron, who was an angel sent from heaven for me, the situation I was in I wasn't sure if I can go to the usa and see my family but he kept assuring me that he'll make sure me and my children will go and he kept his promise, he had my back all the way, he applied his personal discount, he paid from his pocket to cover cancellation fees, he's the nicest person I've ever met. I'm so grateful and I pray he gets same kind of help and treat from others how he helped me and treated me so good.

We were looking for 3 flights, leaving within 4 days, from Germany to Surabaya. It was not easy to manage. However, Eric has supported and kindly helped us, so that we eventually got our tickets. Thank you very much, Eric for your patience and kind effort.

I booked tickets with The Flights Fare last year and was happy was the service and prices. This year, I tried again. The choices were limited due to my flights dates. However, Stella helped us with good prices and our desired flight dates.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Only after I used this company I started looking at the negative reviews and I started to experience the same!

Booked a ticket to fly to the USA, no option for baggage however when I purchased the ticket I got a phone call straight away asking why I didn’t pay for baggage and had to pay a further £148 to do so.

I was then told my tickets would be emailed within 24-48 hours. This was not the case and almost 5 days later I found my self consistently ringing and every time I rang the answer I got was “we’re waiting on the tickets to process they will be with you by the end of the day.”

My final phone call to them I was informed that the dates I requested to travel were not available and the next flight was the following day…not what I paid for in the first place so I requested a refund.

In summary a very dodgy company with very poor customer service. Also, if you read their email replies the English and grammar is very poor, almost like something you’d see in a spam email. straight away a red flag for a company that doesn’t seem legit compared to any other automated emails you’d get from any other travel agent.

Be aware. I booked two tickets from London to Bangkok with Eva Airways at the good price of £1470. Within the hour, I called the flights fare and was told to pay a further £2200 if I wanted baggage allowance. I said no thanks but was then offered many alternatives with different airlines at higher prices. When I refused all alternative offerings, I was told that the money had been taken from my account and if I wanted to cancel the flight (that was not booked at that point... "booking under process") I would have to pay a fee of £150. It took nearly four weeks and a lot of effort to get a refund from the flights fare. The word SCAM comes to mind here. Do not use this despicable company.

Avoid at all costs
I booked a flight to Norway via theflightsfare.co.uk. It seems all fine until I finish the booking with my credit card details, then shortly after I received a call from their sales person and said the ticket I booked is sold out however if I pay additional £100 for each ticket I booked he can reserve it for us, otherwise he is going to change the flight time and stops. I said the flight time can't be changed and I need the full refund if the card is already been charged. The sales adviser start pushing and even refused to admit about the refund. The tone and language used was below the standard a customer can expect and abusive at times and even mentioned if do reviews he has my address and start reading it line by line. I wonder how they are providing the service with such a crap service.

I called on behalf of my husband to extend the layover, change the ticket basically and everything was dealt with quickly and professionally.
Den was a really polite and helpful agent and he even went the extra mile to send me the ticket as soon as possible (way quicker than the 24 h policy)
