Searched on website to find flight from London to Vancover British Airways Airline 16th of May for price of £821 direct flights. Booked for myself, daughter and son. total agreed price £2463.20. Received an email an hour later with booking reference on the email it says you should get tickets within 24 to 48 hours. I waited 24 hours and didn't receive ticket so I call customer service number the next day 0800 077 3833 only to be told wait another 24 hours the airline can't confirm ticket yet. waited 48 hours in total and call back Saturday only to be told i shall get a call back Sunday after 72 hours. I call back Sunday the agent dealing with your case off work i ask to deal with another agent but was told I need to wait until Monday. I call Monday and the pending payment has now left my bank. Everything has now changed customer service is rude trying to give me alternate flights which are 1 stop each way and want more money. I have told them this isn't suitable for me and i want a refund since you cannot offer the price you & I agreed when I booked on website. The agent said I will get refund team to call you within 5 minutes on 20th May I get a call back "sir we cannot give you the full amount back and I will speak to airline to see how much they can give you back since they have taken your money" I explain I want a full refund and he said he cannot guarantee this and im expecting a call back 21st of May to see if BA Airline agree to give full amount back. I call BA and they said they haven't issued any tickets and not taken my money. I call my bank and they said the money was taken from The Flights Fare. So basically Flights Fare initially offer good deals to take your money but don't issue any tickets from Airlines and then want you to pay more money and for and longer air travel time with stops so they can sqeeze even more profits out of you. So no I have no tickets and my bank balance low. I understand if i was issued tickets from airline i cannot cancel or ask for refund but this isn't the case i was nenver issued the original ticket with agreed price with BA Airline!!!. Stay away people this company is fraudulent and rude customer service that don't want to return money.

A SCAM. They advertise cheap flights. We bought flights and then about an hour later were called by a woman with a heavy Indian accent to inform us that the tickets don't include ANY LUGGAGE - and we would have to pay over £2000 pounds more! (double the cost) When we asked to cancel the flights she said there would be a charge for this. We of course said this was not acceptable. She then said she would speak to someone and call us back but never did! We rang our credit card company straight away and thankfully the payment had not been processed. We had to cancel our cards and order new ones. A close shave.

Booked online tickets for 4 people totalling over £4k which was fine, waited a couple of days for confirmation via email or phone call which never materialised. Eventually after speaking with someone was assured everything was fine and they was just waiting on confirmation of seating. Several more days passed and no information was forthcoming so after literally dozens and dozens of calls and online chats requests was told that the flights I had booked in good faith and payed in full for was not available and could I travel a different route that’s was not convenient for the family. This was totally unacceptable and I asked for refund in full which after some arguing they agreed to. Fast forward a week no sign of a refund, upon more calls a refund was finally issued back to card.

Something very strange about the way this company operates. You only need to look at the other reviews to make your mind up that you should avoid this company and look at more reputable companies. Seems like they want to take your money then try and find the flights that they have already sold you.

I just recently got my flight tickets sorted by the good Peter at Flights Fare with a very good price and discounted at the very best price ever. He is very accommodating and guaranteed the e ticket will be sent after 24 to 48 hours which he did. A very good and recommended travel agent. 5 star rating indeed. Its better than the Hoodaki and Flights Guru by far.
