Would give no stars if I could absolutely appalling service! Bought a quad bike for my sons birthday within one month it had broken hed used it twice they did not reply to me for months i pestered and pestered and then eventually Amie Simmonet emailed me back months later conveniently the quad was now out of warranty bearing in mind when I first emailed it was very much in warranty I also rang their contact number on the website and left message after message! No one ever replied when Amie eventually did reply months later I told her I wasn’t happy she promised me a manager call back which I am still waiting for weeks later totally had enough now £500 wasted and a really upset little boy absolute disgraceful company and I will be seeking legal advice avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service and communication, ordered the scooter on 28/9/21 and recieved today 5/10/21 Thankyou my son is going to be a very happy boy.

The worst company I’ve dealt with. Ordered a pit bike on the 24th of august. It’s is now 15th of August. Kept on lying about delivery dates. So I cancelled it on the 6th of September still no refund. Almost £1000 taken from this rude scamming company. Women at ‘customer services’ has no clue how to talk to customers and is a compulsive liar. Refuses to call or answer the phone to.

I’ve never written a review before, this is how bad this company is.

AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY.
I ordered a pit bike in may but never sent it so I asked for refund and guess what!? They wouldn’t send me 1!! After 4 and half months waiting I phone the bank and luckily they dealt with it and got my money back.
They’ve done this to most customers, they don’t even answer the phone or emails.
Stay away from This company.

Ordered a rc car for my sons birthday
Their website stated 2 to 3 working days its now been a week and still my order is NOT here

Bought a build your own nitro RC car on next day delivery, paid £10 for next day and it took 3 days to arrive, multiple emails and no reply. Wouldn't use again.

far to many fake reviews here. i order a taigan tank but after reading reviews here i got cold feet if i simply read there site then i would not listen to the rubbish here, the company is fantastic they answer you're email they even answer you're phone calls and everything was delivered on time . good company you can trust to get things sorted if you did have problems as they will answer you're emails and calls. fantastic will defo use again and thank you Amie for info all way up to delivery as i was worried after reading the rubbish here. spot on

I have sent emails to model hut time and time again no response phoned them about my grandson quad bike witch was broken when he opened it still. I response now looking to take this future

Good morning I have sent you another email with no response please can you provide me with a telephone number different from the website where someone would maybe abledto pick up the phone so that your customers could maybe be assisted . my shipment did not arrive .so I received an email stating a new date of the 25th of November . I would like to know would I receive this by the 12th of December . I hope you can find some time to get back to me .

I usually wouldnt do this but If i could give no stars i would, disgraceful company, and i will be sure to let others know, i paid this company 480 pounds for a revvi bike and battery in aug, yes it was a pre order but they kept pushing their dates back, after speaking with revvi personally they informed me that they are taking peoples money and not putting an order into for these bikes i still have not recieved, i asked for a refund last month and im still waiting. They dont answer the phone and emails can be the same. DONT ORDER UNLESS UVE MONEY TO WASTE!!

Said they had 5 products in stock from the day after. I paid 599.99 and the following day the emailed me stating the ship was delayed and it would be 4- 5 weeks later, I asked for a refund and am still waiting as with others the excuses keep coming but no money they won’t call me and won’t answer the phones have had to get the credit card company involved so should get the money back eventually

This compant does not even deserve a 1 star! I saved up for 7 months to buy my son a electric quad for Christmas,he was on it no longer than 2 minutes and the chain broke!i then emailed them and they said they would send out a new one,after numerous amount of emails I still didn’t get a new chain so I had to purchase one myself baring in mind i had to spend £56 to get the right chain as nothing stated what it was called! After this the axel has now snapped and what a surprise no emails to say what is going to be done about it! Spend your money somewhere else as these items aren’t worth half the money they cost!

I have placed an order the 16th and we are now the 22nd. Never received any update on the delivery date, they never answer the phone nor the emails. My son's birthday is next week and it breaks my heart to know my boy might be disappointed 😞

Hi again, ordered my 2nd pair of Levi’s jeans 8pm Thursday 8th April. Received item 9.20am on the 9th. Fantastic service .!! Well done the Hut. Will definitely buy again.

My sons bike arrived for Christmas on time but I have had nothing but issues with it. He has never been on it or used it. Such a shame. I still have the bike and have been in contact with Amie trying to get a refund/replacement, and to get this one sent back. It is now April (4 months after Christmas), I was told lastweek a replacement bike was dispatched via 48 hour delivery via Yodel. Still no bike!!! No response from Amie when I have questioned or chased this up. I have been lied to and fobbed off. I have no instructed my solicitor to deal with recouping the loss of funds. It’s disgusting a firm can do this when there’s small children saddened behind this. I am not taking this nonsense anymore & I will get this resolved through the appropriate measures legally.

They really shut the shop down like really. I want a refund ASAP for my dirtbike i ordered.

I have had nothing but problems with the bike I can't seem to get anyone on the phone it's absolutely shocking for a business I won't buy anything again from the website and I've told family and friends not to buy anything not a way to run a business
