Disgraceful
I have placed an order on the 9th of November and was told it would be shipped withing 5 days. I have still not received my order and have contacted a numerous amount of times. I have sent emails and been on the phone No one can tell me my tracking number even though they said that pallet force lifted it on the 25th of November. Absolutely appalled at your customer service.

Absolutely amazing. Great quality and colour. But the number plates I ordered was not worth the £8 that I paid. And they were to small for the actual car. But other then that the car is well worth it

New order
I feel some the reviews have been a bit harsh. The model hut is a small company and is probably under a lot of pressure over a very busy Christmas period. If people were more organised (including myself) and ordered earlier the company wouldn't be under so much pressure. Being a small business owner I appreciate the stress customers put you under at this time of year. I've just placed and order and yes someone wasn't always always available but Aime did return my messages and phone calls when she got the chance. Hopefully people will be a bit more considerate and help this small business to thrive.

I’ve ordered from the model hut twice now , this site is not a scam as I’ve read in some other reviews, the model hut has allowed me to order over the phone without any hassle , I phoned to check to see when my order would arrive as it didn’t arrive the day that was said , but I was given tracking number & the women who answerd the phone was very polite & very helpful & it arrived the next day , I’ve since ordered a battery operated ride on truck again over the phone , no problems , as an hgv driver I understand hold ups & so I think people need to be a bit more patient & order in plenty time when ordering things , all said , I’m very impressed I was not charged postage for these large items as any1 living in the highlands of Scotland will know £25 is a bout the norm , wasn’t the case with the model hut , very pleased with there products & very impressed with there customer service . More should take a leaf from there book, & stop ripping people off on delivery charges , very impressed & very pleased with the model hut & would recommend to everyone 👍🏻

My correspondence with the model hut…
My correspondence with the model hut was satisfactory when I called about when my shipment was going to be delivered as it was a few days late and the pallet company they use did not contact me at all regarding when it was going to be delivered or why it was not delivered on the specified day The ModelHut said. We ordered a red and black 50cc Renegade petrol quad off the website but when it turned up it was the wrong colour it was white and black but I did not bother to contact about colour as I was just glad it had arrived as I bought it for a present for my son for Christmas. We have not built it up yet or started it up running to see how the engine runs or if there is any faults as I dont want my son to see it as its hidden under our stairs in the box it came in but if there are any concerns about it and I contact the model hut I'm sure they will be able to rectify it. The only reason I've gave it a 4 star is just purely it was the wrong colour quad.

If you had contacted us about the colour, we would definitely have got this resolved for you and will report this to our warehouse team to look out for this in future. Very impressed.
Came in good time, a day late but no fault of the model hut, just bad weather which nobody can control. Tested it before putting it away for Christmas, definitely going to have a very happy boy! Customer service was brilliant from start to finish, will definitely be ordering again and reccomending.

Terrible service! I brought a motor bike for my son, it turned up late and when it arrived it was damaged and unusable, I was told they would send a replacement part and this would get to me by Saturday, it's now Wednesday and my son's birthday and it hasn't turned up so my son is spending his birthday looking at his present! All IV had is excuse after excuse with the delivery company they use. No one has contacted me with any updates, I feel extremely sad and let down for my son, I will never shop here again, very disappointed
