No Longer In Use 

Prompt delivery of the LandRover on initial order. Then prompt service after a minor problem was identified with help from one of the sales girls - Aime. Just awaiting the return part now to complete the fix. Thanks

Really quick response from this supplier when communicating with them. The orion dirt Bike we bought for our boys christmas is really worth the money & would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a Taigen rc tank after discussions with Amie who sorted out my required delivery day. I was able to track my parcel and it arrived as scheduled. Really pleased.

We had some issues with the jeep once delivered, but customer service was fab with helping us and getting us a new one.very happy with product!

Fast Delivery 🚚 my Petrol scooters arrived the next day!! Great service all round! No complaints.

2nd Purchase from here. Fantastic customer service, very helpful advising me if the best option for my sons first quad bike, everything was explained about the different options and features that I would find useful on the quad. I decided to go for the Orion Panther in the end and it is GREAT! Looks and performs fab! My lad is over the moon with it! His grandad has also bought him a Wulf Sport bundle to go with it also from The Model Hut and both items were delivered quickly, the quad built by The Model Hut and ready to go in just 3 days, can’t recommend them enough here, my mate is also wanting one for his son🤩

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to click in order to leave this review.
1. First booking made online (everything okay) - at no point of paying for my order was there an extra cost for delivery to me in Northern Ireland. (no product 4 weeks later)
2. Obviously I then rang and got through to a girl - some useless information about dispatch - all agreed on phone if I was happy enough it would be re-sent (I agreed) - the girl then rang me back and said because I was in Northern Ireland it would be on the 72hr delivery - no problem (STILL NO MENTION OF EXTRA MONEY TO NORTHERN IRELAND BY THIS POINT)!
4. More weeks went by and still no item arrived - I then got Amie on the e-mail saying that it was in actual fact £40.00 to post to me? and this couldn't have been stated when I checked out? or when I rang the second time it was reordered? - she continued to patronise me by saying that as "Good will" they would post the item again (bear in mind this is the 3rd time apparently it is being posted) and pay for the postage cost (this was followed by a rude e-mail telling me they were family run blah blah blah)..

No sign of an item still 9 weeks later an e-mail on the Friday from Amie again that it would be with me on Monday or Tuesday - the money was back in my account on Monday morning with no email explanation to why the item never came or why the refund was done.

I'm over this company and their excuses they are rude and honestly I don't know if they even have any items in stock to sell to anyone - if you can't post an item be big enough to admit it in the beginning and do the refund instead of wasting peoples time (birthday presents missed) & time wasted.
I did get the item from another company delivered with a £20.00 postage cost within 3 days the way business should be handled.

I would highly recommend buying from the model hut because of their customer care and great service. My first order was a bit of a bump in the road with Parcelforce not delivering the original item! But Amie from the Model Hut was easy to contact and replied to all my email queries. A refund was issued with no problems and even though Parcelforce were to blame I was still given a 10% discount on my re-order which was successful delivered today (02 October 2019). I would like to thank Amie for all her help during this transaction!

4 star only due to a few mix ups with delivery. How ever there customer service was outstanding, Amie was brilliant very thorough in her roll helping us to eventually receive the item we ordered. For this i would highly recommend the modelhut just on customer support alone. Item was in pristine condition and well worth the price

Slight hiccup with first car which had electrical issues however the way model hut responded and the help from Amie was brilliant, proper customer service, a replacement car arrived and works perfectly the grandson will love it.

Bike looks and performs as it says it would . My girls love it. Customer service is brilliant. Always answer 1st time round n get problems solved. Not that it was much of a problem. Just a little hic cup with the delivery but was sorted out by the model hut customer service 👍👍👍

The electric car is great, very impressed with the end product. I would have given 5 stars but the instructions were poor. We also had some delivery issues caused by the bad weather, unfortunately the communication from the courier was poor. I contacted The Model Hut who responded very quickly and were very helpful. The most important thing was the car was great and our granddaughter loved it

Took a payment over the phone for a present then when it didnt arrive blamed worldpay for holding on to the payment - scam !!!!!!

As for your reply - our contractual agreement was between us as the customer and you as the supplier, the fact that your chosen broker worldpay held on to the fund is of no consequence to ourselves, the goods were purchased at that point, the money left our account and you were under an obligation to supply - your argument with worldpay is of no consequential concern to us - you may wish to check with trading standards, the agreement between yourselves and worldpay is your concern only - ultimately there was a sad faced young boy on his birthday.

Very fast deliver

Service was great, with delivery of mini quad bike within 3 days of being ordered. However, instructions for putting the bike together were abysmal.

Great service really friendly and helpful staff when it came to my order was quickly helped couldnt ask for a better all round service would definitely buy from here again

Very friendly and efficient.
But the item I bought has been a nightmare!!!
I bought a 49cc petrol kids quad bike for £269, I think they call it the Z20.

The second or third pull of the pull start and it broke, the clutch lasted a day and the back two tyres have both blown up.
I asked for them to send a replacement clutch and pull start and they sent a clutch. I've spent hours and hours of time wasted on this bike. The engine sounds fine but the clutch and pull start are absolutely rubish.
I would love to be able to send it back for a full refund.
