Great customer service from Elizabeth today at Bluewater. She was so knowledgeable about the fragrances and the best deals and so lovely also. Very refreshing to meet staff who are interested in their job and the customers. I came straight from Boots where no customer service was available at all.
Disappointed that the Perfume Shop no longer do the atomisers that you get a trial size of perfume in - This was such a good way to test a perfume. I have always returned to the store and bought the full size.

My daughter is going through a very hard time at the moment and I thought ill take her birthday shopping to cheer her up and take her mind off things so we went to bluewater perfume shop had I can say the best experience Siobhan is the loveliest lady who did everything to help us with our gifts wrapped them etc chatting to us like we were friends and known her for ages was just a perfect start to our trip out .
