Excellent customer comms
I had been waiting since October for stock of Vatic's new paddles to come in from the US. Lloyd at The Pickleball Store kept me up to date and sent me an email last week to confirm stock was in. I forgot to claim my new customer discount so Lloyd included a three-pack of indoor balls (equivalent value) with my delivery. All round excellent and friendly service.

Easy to order, package turned up within the allotted timeframe & packaging protected the item.
