Never received my order. I asked customer service for a refund and they politely asked me to wait for the product to arrive before requesting a refund. I ordered easter bunnies for my daughter. Was guaranteed it would be here in time. Ordered in March 17. Now it’s May 2nd still have not received. They have a package tracking website, but I don’t believe it’s legit . It says my package in the US, but it never gets to my state. States that it’s in San jose Ca I live in ny! Every time I asked they said if it does not update in 7 days please let us know. No refund and no item.

What a scam. I ordered Nee Dohs and received fake/cheap product in NeeDoh packaging. It took a month for it arrive. I want a refund.

Like many others have said this is a scam. Do not order from this company. My bra was suppose to be coming from Italy? And never received it, asked for a refund and they ignored my request and just immediately said we shipped a new one and now for a second time it never came and for a third time sending another one. This company is awful. No way to dispute but block your credit card from.them. trying to charge it over and over or simply just don't order from them at all. Taking my negative experience to BBB also.

Ordered two bunny charms beginning of March. Got email it was being processed in Finland! Never received items. Can't even find website to dispute.

I ordered the Easter bunnies. It was supposed to be 5-7 day shipping. It’s been over a month and they never arrived. They even sent me tracking information that I have since found out is a common fake tracking site used for scams.

My mother and I did receive our orders after a long waiting period for them not to fit. A combined total of $90. I wrote the pink galaxy telling them about our dissatisfaction and asking for a return address (they said the return address on the package would not provide a full refund) for a full refund and after months of back and forth, they offered $14 and no return address. I have contacted the BBB and made a report but I also wanted to further reach out so this didn’t happen to anyone else.

Never received item. It’s been one month now since order was placed. Website claimed shipping in 5-7 days. Tracking info has not been updated either. Most likely a scam.

This place is Ridiculous it will be 1 month tomorrow which will be the 16th, I want my money back but will probably never get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! SCAM

I can't give zero stars. I never received the order I placed 2 months ago. I have been trying to get a refund from this scammer and they said they can't give me a refund because they already shipped a new package. That was last month.

I got an email from them earlier because I have been harassing them for my tracking info on this "new package". The new package was shipped 10 days ago. I JUST got an update. They kept telling me, "wait a few days". I finally get tracking and suddenly it's coming from China when it originally was shipped from Italy. There is absolutely nothing trustworthy or legit about this company. Don't order from this site unless you're ok with losing money.

Ordered some Bunny Lulus beginning of March, checked site, said Made in US, ships from NY. As soon as i llaced the order i was charged an international fee, I questioned,I received an answer of it was shipped...well as of today April 11 their "tracking" says sitting in Philadelphia since April 1st, I am in Gettysburg, I asked multiple times where package it, telling them I want a refund and all I get is kindly wait for your "expedited" package...I really thought I read the site well before making a purchase, I will probably never get the package nor a refund, I can see that now with all of the complaints. How can people live with scamming others? Seriously sucks.

Package in Canada. Package in Italy. Package left Italy. Like they are just updating a fake tracking website. All lies

You provide your bra size and they decide what size bra you need. Mine was way too big. The company claims that I got what I ordered, so no help with getting the correct size. Also to took forever to get the product. Not a good company to buy from in my mind.

They misrepresented everything about shipping on their page, it said 5-7 days and arrival before Easter and shipping from NJ. We get the shipping email and it says it is coming from Ireland, not the US. I email them and they give me shipping that it is coming from China. I requested cancellation and they gave me a hard time

Ordered 17 days ago under the 5-7 business day shipping and I still have not received my items. Really disappointing. I'm still unsure even the quality of the product because it has not arrived.
