Ordered a bra from pinkgalaxy was…

Ordered a bra from pinkgalaxy was charged by another company and it wasn't the same amount as shown on my bill.
Once it arrived, I emailed support@pinkgalaxy to let them know it did not fit. Their response was for me to send them a picture of the #s on the packaging...ok? Next reply they said they would send me $2. Then $4. I asked about the 15 day money back guarantee and now no reply.

I've contacted the cc company. This is nuts!
I too wish I'd have read the reviews prior to ordering!

They sell poor quality products refuse to refund or exchange. with all the people who have been scammed,we should file a class action suit. Never have I ever been so mistreated as a customer. Has anyone ever received a refund from this awful company? After begging for a different size or refund, this is the response I received. And I quote;
We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.

May we have the SKU QR code picture (jpg. less than 1MB) of the product you received please?
We will provide you with the best solution ASAP.
A SKU QR code is usually on the inner packing.

We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you aligns with your original order.

Wow I really wish I would have checked…

Wow I really wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the nail art back in November for Christmas. They finally came about a week before and when they tried to use them day after Christmas the polish doesn't stay on the littles nails. They were so disappointed. To return them will cost more than the pens and they will not refund you all of the money.

I didn't realize I was ordering the bras from the same company. They took more than 10 weeks to arrive. I have always worn the size I ordered, and I am in the last hooks and can hardly breath. I am usually in the middle. I washed the bras and the insert padding rolled up inside and you can't easily get it to lay flat. The cost again to return them will be a lot. There is another $25 that this company has ripped me off for. They want to refund me $5. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

Facebook Ad Remorse

A word of caution to anyone who purchases from unknown companies through Facebook Ads. I recently fell prey to a company called The Pink Galaxy. Because of my experience with them, not only will I no longer be buying from any Facebook platform but I also will not be buying anything from any company that is not well known with a track record of reliability and quality customer service.

I wanted to return the item (a bra) that I purchased through The Pink Galaxy ad. They sent me a large instead of using the exact sizing; which, they requested and I provided in the order platform. The Large that they sent me was based on THEIR size chart. It was not a size that I requested. I asked to exchange it for a Medium. Despite their posted money back satisfaction return guarantee, they said they couldn't do that. Instead, I was offered $4 compensation (on a $26.91 purchase!) and told I could keep the item...which doesn't fit me...because the return cost (which I would be responsible for paying) was so expensive (most likely due to some ridiculous tariff percentage). So here I am, stuck with a bra that doesn't fit and a refund amount that won't even cover the cost of a cup of coffee.

I tried to cancel the order within an hour, because I was charged $23 and it was listed as $9. They did not respond until the next day and said it was already processed. 5 weeks later I received the nail art pens, They are very poor quality. They are not different than a regular marker. So now I try to return, and I can only get store credit??!?!?!

I unlocked my card to make my purchase

I unlocked my card to make my purchase, and after I got the order confirmation for the 26.38 charge, I saw I was charged an additional 7.99 for tax and by a whole different company name. It's a good thing I locked my debit card right after the purchase because they tried to charge an additional 19.99 3 times within 1 minute. I blocked them on my account and disputed the entire charge. These thieves need to get a life!

Fraudulent Scam Company

I, too, would give this company NO STARS if I could. I ordered 2 bras. They marked they were delivered and when I contacted the PO they said they were returned. Now the company "is so sorry" but if I WANT the items I have to contact the PO for redelivery. I HAVE TO? I already PAID FOR THE ITEMS! When I said "no i want my money back" they said I had to pay some money together my money back. what a scam stay away from this company. theUSA GOVT should shut them down for fraud.

Do not buy from them!!! Beware

Similar to one of the reviews I placed order for my daughter the nail art pens as Christmas gift. I still have not received it and they refuse to return the money. The package keep saying that it’s in US but it’s been 2 weeks since then. They are not legit!!!

If I could review WITHOUT a star I would.
1st They tried to charge me 20% tax AFTER the order was placed. They finally refunded it.
2nd I placed the order on Dec 6th 2025 and I received the order on Jan 14th 2026 BUT, not without constant emails back and forth approximately 30.
3rd The bra inserts were lumpy and not even the same size in the same bra.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order anything from this company

I fell victim to clicking on an Instagram ad. I ordered $100 of items 27 days ago. I've tried repeatedly to contact customer service to no avail. I get automated AI email response and occasional shipping updates. I live in US my items are said to be in various other countries. China, Sweden UK
UPDATE: the items finally arrived and are without a doubt the poorest quality product imaginable, in no way reflects what was advertised. There is no way you return. This company despite what they advertised do not accept returns. The package contained a card with an email address for 24 hour VIP customer service, but the AI response was that they do not allow returns

Their undergarments are so broad and…

Their undergarments are so broad and thick. Instead of making it supported, it just makes you more disproportionate to the body. Their customer service is sooo poor and they dont return the money. I ordered recently and when i didnt like the product, they refused to return the money BECAUSE the shippimg fee would be expensive for me. When you say return guaranteed that should also include shipping cost. I wonder how many more ppl they have scammed so far.

I would give a zero if I could. I Ordered a bra. When it showed up it had a counterfeit label with postage due of $7.55. I refused it. I contacted The pink galaxy and was told I could return it for full refund but in order to do that I would have to pay the postage due for the counterfeit label. I told them this. No response! So they are ripping off our USP service by using a counterfeit label and Americans! I would not order from this company ever! I even took pics of label before I refused it and attached it. I even gave them the phone number of our post office to call and pay the $7.55 by phone but they apparently are not interested in making it right.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase. I will never buy from this company again. They charged my card the wrong amount, and when I requested a full refund and cancellation before the order was even shipped, they ignored my request and refused to cancel. They only refunded the overcharged amount, continued processing the order anyway, and completely ignored my cancellation request. It took almost 3 months for the product to arrive, and when it did, the product was a dupe and was not the item that was advertised on their website. On top of that, several other horrible issues occurred during this transaction. Never again!

Terrible customer service on their…

Terrible customer service on their website it’s 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I ordered three bras and the size I normally would wear. They were so small. There’s no way they were even close to the size after contacting them several times they would only refund four dollars in American money I didn’t even want to refund. I just wanted to return the ones I had an order a large larger size but they would not allow this. Definitely a scam do not use this company ever. !!!

Should be an option for no stars

Should be an option for no stars. Horrible company. Literally offer a 15-day money back guarantee on their website, ship awful bras that are nothing like what they advertised and offer me a $2 credit. I would NEVER recommend buying from them.
