I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm not quite understanding how you advertise a money back guarantee 15 day on some things. And then on the item that I purchased, it said 30 days. So with that being said, you try to return the item and they want to give you $2 for something. You paid over $40 for then it's $4. And now the maximum is $6. It's unacceptable completely unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company and I will be contacting BB. Because other people need to be aware. And every single time I see this post online somewhere for this company, I will put one. Heck of a negative review on it. They should not be allowed to be in business. This is completely unexpected. Acceptable

BUYERS BE WARE. . . .DO NOT buy ANYTHING from thepinkgalaxy.com. . .THIS IS A SCAM!!! I should have done my research before ordering from these scammers. My order didn't arrive in time so I refused delivery when it did arrive and returned the order unopened. I email them for a refund and informed them that I refused the delivery and that the order was be returned unopened. Their response was that the address on the package was not their return address and of course when I asked for the correct return address so if it returned to me marked "undeliverable" then I could send it to the correct address.The return address on the package was an address in the US but they gave me an address in China (the delivery cost was be extremely expensive.) I honestly feel it was intentional because they knew it would be expensive for me to return the order. Well here we are a month later and the package has not been returned to me by the USPS as unable to deliver to the return address. So now they have their product back and my money.

The product is made in China, it contains chemical additives.
It’s thin and runny, nothing like tallow.
Disappointing!!!!! I would like my money back, but that would entail going down one rabbit hole after another and never getting any closer to a refund than the day I started.
I would never have purchased if I had known it was made in China !!!!

This company is a total scam!!!! Any buyer please beware. I unfortunately purchased a product. Needed to send back, however you can't due to them wanting you to jump through hoops. Please don't purchase anything from them!!!

I ordered two short sets from the pink galaxy (totaling $60.80) and after finally getting them, I was very unhappy. The shirts were too small and the shorts were too big. The quality of the items is shoddy. I sent an email asking for a refund. I was offered $5. I responded that that was unacceptable and was offered $8! Then I contacted my credit card company to see if they can help me get my money back. Now I’m about to contact the BBB and anyone else I can think of. I thought I was ordering from a company in the US but this stuff came from overseas.

I advised them that my order was never received and they sent me a tracking showing that it was delivered, but they did not provide me any tracking that it was delivered to my unit. I went back-and-forth with them for almost a month until I just gave up. I was exhausted. I do not support this business at all as they never sent me a refund or a re-delivery. Do not by from them worse experience ever… JM

Scam, no refunds or returns here. Was offered $6.00 for a $60.80 purchase that they deemed as fair compensation, even though website states "15-day money back guarantee." Ordered (2) pair of linen pants: Contrary to advertising and influencer videos sizing is VERY SMALL and quality of the pants and fabric is cheap. Have been in contact with their support email, back and forth too many times, with no resolution. I should have known better.
