SCAM

SCAM. This entire site is phone cases you can find for a very small fraction of the price on other sites. Just copy the images and do a google images search. I found one of their $30 cases available on amazon for $6.50. It took weeks for the case to arrive. When it finally showed up it's clearly a very cheap unmarked product.

I recently purchased a 3 way charging…

I recently purchased a 3 way charging station from PixelCase.com, I did receive the charger and it came straight from China, but I am not happy with the charging stand. It is cheap and the website says that it is MagSafe compatible, it is not. It also says that it is compatible with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and it is not, it has a rubber booster to put under it to raise the phone up so it will kind of charge. I contacted the "customer service team" via email within 2 days of receiving this product (you must contact them within 7 days to claim a return...very sketchy). I received an email with broken English saying to return it to their warehouse in China and they provided the address, then it says that they will refund me once the shipping info is received via email. On the website it says that they will send a shipping label to me to use to return it, but the email says nothing about that and sounds like they want me to foot the bill on shipping this back to China, no thank you...I emailed them back asking them about the prepaid return label that they said that they would send me to return the item and I haven't received another email. Here's a review for you all who are considering buying from this site, the products are over priced Chinese garbage that they say are the best quality (they're not) and they make claims about their products that aren't true so you'll buy them and then they make it difficult to return so you will give up and not return the item and just eat the money and are stuck with a cheap piece of plastic that kind of works. Do not buy from this website, definitely a scam, any company that makes it this hard to return their products to get a refund is a scam, they lie about their products and make claims of their quality, but they are cheap and not worth the money. Still waiting for an email back to confirm that I'm getting my shipping label so I can return this cheap plastic charger to China. I don't believe the majority of good reviews on here they sound fake just like the fake responses from Madison Reed.

📬 Return & Refund Process

I ordered a phone case for $35. Tracking no. was fake & kept changing status. A month past promised delivery date I disputed the charge on my credit card. I emailed the co. (thepixelcase.com) and told them this. Soon after a cheap replica arrived in a plain brown box. I reported this back to CC co. & so far haven't been recharged. I strongly suspect most of the reviews here are fake or confused with a similar sounding name. Reddit is full of experiences like mine. This store also goes by The Pixel Store. Website looks legit but probably copied from elsewhere. BEWARE

Lack of service

This website is fraudulent

UPDATE: The "company's" reply below is false. I contacted the customer service email again and I still have not heard back 2 business days later. their website says 24/7 customer service. I again called the number on their site and it linked to London phone. a man answered, yelled at me and hung up on me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I believe this website is fraudulent. It took almost 2 weeks for my order to arrive and I did not receive the item I ordered. I reached out to the "company" via 2 separate methods on 2 separate days and I have not received a response 2 business days later. the address on the site says Baltimore but the customer service number re-routes to an international number.

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! I ordered a case a month ago and still have not received it, I paid extra for fast shipping also and the only way to track it is through this Chinese tracking service and it still says it's still just sitting in a warehouse somewhere. They're a scam. Low quality products marked up case charging $34.99 usd, company with an American address but it's actually in China and took a month to arrive which is the same thing I purchased from Amazon for $14.99 CAD.

I ordered a case and yes I did receive it. The quality is extremely poor, the customer care phone is always busy and they do not answer any emails. They show an address in Maryland but actually their mailing address is in China. If they ever acknowledge (which so far they have not) you have to pay for shipping back to China. Don't waste your money....
So yes I did receive an answer from the Pixel store on this platform. Although they wrote a pleasant response, they still have not answer my original email to them and the phone is still busy. I have to accept that they are a scam and I am out $35. So sad that they have to do business this way, scamming people. Please don't be me, avoid this company at all cost

Effectively non-refundable

The products are overpriced in my opinion, and the refund policy is terrible - you have to request it by emailing them within 1 week of receiving your item, and then you have to ship it to China... Which, at least for me in California, costs $150!! So essentially, not worth returning, and maybe that's what they are banking on. Overall, I wouldn't buy from here again just because it feels sketch, but the products I got did match the description and seem high quality at least. If you do buy something, just be confident you won't want to return it. :)

Unmatured case design

My Pxiel 7 Pro case got partially defect after 1 month of use, now it tends to open on one side again and again. Dirt and design can enter the case very easily.

Don't chance it

The first sign of things not being right was the lack of any order number or confirmation email after ordering - difficult to prove or pinpoint your specific order without one. I did a screenshot, but still...

That said, the case arrived relatively quickly but I realised immediately that I'd ordered the wrong size so emailed them with a screenshot of my card statement and a photo of the unopened case. They still haven't replied, and all follow up emails have also gone unanswered.

The links at the bottom of the website (30 day money back guarantee etc) take you to a website for a completely different company that doesnt even sell these cases - all highly dodgy!

Their service terrible

Their service is not that great.

I bought a pixel 7 case, with aluminum trim and it was magnetic safe.

The case arrived within a week (to Toronto, On, Canada). The case had a scratch on the plastic backing. Emailed with the complaint, which took a few weeks of follow ups before a replacement was sent, for free. Problem is that the replacement was for the wrong phone. Further email complaints have gone unanswered.

You may be better off looking at other places to get a phone case.

EDIT February 1, 2025 Update:
Was asked to re-send my requests to another email address.
Had tried to send twice and the email bounced back as undeliverable. Lowering my rating from 2 stars down to 1 star.

the pixel case SCAM

I received my order yesterday! Not only is the product crap but I have received the incorrect product.i emailed the store immediately and have sent a photo of the product received with a ruler beside it. As soon as I logged my email she came back questioning me. How does one take a photo of their actual phone beside the case received when you live by yourself. A photo of the received item with dimensions should be enough for a replacement cover. Do Not Order from here the product description does not match the cheap flimsy case received. Once she called me dear that set off alarm bells as no professional organization calls a customer dear! Wrong case, cheap material and no chance of a refund. Contacting my bank now to advise of this scam site.

Schlechte Hülle(n)

Produktrezensionen (zmd. meine negative) tauchen nicht auf. Somit absolut unseriöses Unternehmen. Werben mit qualitativer Ware, geliefert wird billiger Müll. Das hochgelobte Case ("Magnetic Aluminum Magsafe Case with Camera Protection For Google Pixel 8 Pro") hält nicht mal einen Flug aus 50cm aus und die Rückseite löst sich einfach.
Da gibt es noch so ein paar Dinge. Ich stelle nachfolgend einfach mein Review zu dem Teil rein, welches hätte dort erscheinen sollen:

I bought this case for my Google Pixel 8 Pro a few weeks ago.
The package arrived directly from China after about 1 1/2 weeks. When I unpacked the case, it made a high-quality impression. But here are all the negative features I've noticed so far:
- Just before writing this review, I noticed in the product description that there should have been a glass on the right square camera cutout. However, there is none here and the lens is unprotected.
- My call quality has deteriorated somewhat
- if I drop it from about 50 cm, the case cover opens, which is no protection for me
- so much dirt gets in through the openings on the sides that it gets stuck behind the camera
- it is slippery, which makes one-handed operation difficult
- it makes the phone very bulky

Good features:
- it looks high quality

Nothing more.
Unfortunately, the price and direct shipping from China are not worth it. That's a shame for the wallet.

Poor product quality, expensive price

Despite fast shipping, product is not nearly the product quality as advertised. Poor material quality, overpriced and, as others mentioned: you might get the same product on AliExpress for only a fraction of the money. Also, I feel tricked as they made me believe that it's an american company but in fact it's a chinese seller. Would not even be a problem, but don't hide it then...

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! I purchased the Pixel9 Pro Fold case for $60; did not like it and tried to return it. I was told I would need to pay for postage $34+ back to Shanghai, China. This is ridiculous! They will not allow me to mail it back to an address in the USA. They haven't answered 2 phone calls nor multiple emails. Do not do business with thepixelcase.com
