Wouldn’t let me write a review with zero stars. Trust me they don’t even deserve this one. I’ve been waiting for somewhere to write this review since their website rejected mine a while back. £200 hutch delivered, broken and missing parts. Zero communication. Absolutely nothing. Never even answered their phone or replied to any of my emails. Shocking service.

Bought a ball for my dog and description was misleading as wasn't 'durable'; lasted 15 minutes! However i quickly received a full refund and a sincere apology. Great customer service: prompt action, no-quibble, plus they cared that i was unsatisfied with my purchase. Will certainly use them again and recommend.

Avoid like the plague! They don't answer the phone, they don't answer any emails and quite clearly don't care about basic customer service.

Use Home and Roost if you want a decent long lasting hutch and good customer service not these charlatans.

I stupidly ordered two of the coach house 6ft hutches. Customer service is USELESS. Both hutches fell apart luckily my dad could try and put them back together.
I’ve waited for over a year now for the covers to come in stock and no sign, I’ve had to make do which is ridiculous especially in the winter. After countless emails and calls, they do nothing to help you and end up ignoring you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!

Shocking company - honestly do not buy your rabbit hutch here. We bought a hutch in May as we were 'promised' there would be a cover available in September to buy. Now they say it is not available and arent willing to help provide alternatives. They don't care that the rabbits will be left out in the cold and just want to make a quick sale. The hutch itself is coming apart and the customer service is disgusting - cant get through for ages and when you do, you are charged through the roof - I had an 8 pounds bill for the phone call! They get you off the phone by saying they will email or follow up with further info but they never do. Now we have to go and buy a brand new hutch from a different company with thermal cover etc so its basically over 200 quid down the drain. Honestly stay away from this company and don't give them your hard earned money - you may as well throw it away.

Hutch fallen apart have emailed and tried phoning multiple time no response in months. Useless company do not trust.

Bought a hutch back in April for our two rabbits, it hasn’t even lasted 2 months and has fallen apart. Can’t get through on the telephone number as it’s just a message saying there’s a fault on the line, tried emailing the company with pictures of proof but no surprise we dont get a reply. Left with no other option than to go to trading standards as £200 on a hutch to not even last 2 months is a lot of money. Avoid this company at all cost trust me.

Ordered 'The Manor' for our 2 new bunnies and the hutch arrived a couple of days later. DHL messed up the delivery as only one box arrived. I raised this with The Rabbit Hutch Company and Richard got back to me immediately, sorted it out and the second box arrived the day later. Great customer service.
Lovely hutch, very easy to put together. As I type I can see our bunnies hopping around and climbing up and down their ramp. Very happy.

Bought the 6 ft Manor rabbit hutch and I have to say the quality of the product is absolutely excellent and was very easy to put up, even with the help of an eager 7 year old, and matched the description and pictures perfectly.

Service has also been excellent with the order arriving promptly and in good condition and they dealt with my query relating to the hutch cover promptly. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Over a two year period, I have purchased 6 outdoor rabbit hutches from this company and now have quality issues with all trays of the hutches rotting. All hutches are kept indoors throughout the year.
Their website clearly states that the hutches have a 5 year warranty and 10 year anti-rot warranty.
In all cases, where the warranty is shown, there is no link to advise any exceptions to the warranties nor what they entail.
There are NO details about the warranty in their online Terms & Conditions.
As a result, I have contacted the company to acquire replacement parts.
They have responded by indicating the warranty only covered the parts for 12 months and supplied a document that they claim was supplied with the consignment.
In all 6 consignments, I have never received this document.
I find it very underhand, and illegal, that only when you have purchased the product on their website and received the delivery, you are supposed to have received the warranty in the box, which is nothing like the advertised claim on their website.
They refused to enter into an Alternative Dispute Resolution so am waiting for the courts to reconvene to submit my application.
How many other customers have been caught like this?

Disgusting! DO NOT BUY. My £200 Coach House hutch has gone rotten after less than 2 years and has been kept inside during the winter. They claim a 10 year anti rot guarantee. I have called, emailed and used their web contact form many times to ask for help and advice and they do not respond. My next step is to visit their premises to sort out. If they read this and resolve with me I will amend this review

Purchased a £200 hutch it arrived and was damaged in many different places including the wood is split were the house latch is suppose to be. Emailes 3 times no response, £200 is alot of money to spend on a product that is damaged. We dont live far from there company address so when we are allowed will be paying them a visit. This company shouldnt be allowed to operate it appears im not the only person this has happened to.

Bought a two tier 6ft hutch for my granddaughters two baby lion head rabbits. It’s been six weeks and already all the hinges have come loose ( some have fell off completely) so the doors are hanging off . There are pieces off wood hanging off the side of the lid. One of the lid hinges has completely come off and the other has bent so the lid does not stay up. The ramp that goes from top to bottom keeps falling down due to shabby workmanship and exposing dangerous staples to the rabbits and the pull out trays won’t last too long as they are a very tight fit and have to be forced in. We have emailed but no reply and we have rang but they are taking no phone calls ( funny that they are still taking orders though ? ) How on earth can they offer a five year guarantee ( sales tactics )

It's a pity you have to leave at least one star as this company does not deserve a star. Paid for my order that was to come in a 2-3 day delivery time. Tried to phone the company after 5 days and got an automated message telling customers to email. When I emailed there was no reply. I tried to email again and my message bounced back as being reported as spam. There is not much more that needs to be said apart from do not use this company.

After being told my rabbit hutch was going to be delivered on the 4th of February this has not been the case and they are not answering my emails *update* Hutch arrived a week late. All pieces are there and luckily no damage. Still reviewing this company as 1 star as customer service has been non existant

Avoid! I bought a hutch for my guinea pigs as my previous one from a well-known pet store had rotted after a few years. I thought with the guarantee offered that this was a good place to buy my replacement but how wrong I was! The base piece has split where there is a huge knot in the wood and despite me sending messages by direct email and various social media platforms, I’ve been consistently ignored since I first reported the issue in October. If you phone, they say to email it no one ever responds. Luckily I don’t live far from their business address so I’m going to pay them a little visit as soon as i can as I’m appalled at paying so much for such a dreadful product and service.

This hutch and run together still do not meet RWAF minimum guidelines for space. You cannot rely on the run being predator proof. It is not so bunnies needs to be locked in hutch at night which is against RWAF guidelines. The wire mesh on the run rusts badly and quickly which I think is appalling but the hutch company think is fine. The hutch cover doesn't fit well over the front grill windows so its not reliable in the rain and hutch inside gets wet. The depth of the top section is too shallow so bunnies can jump out when you lift the lid which is scary. It is not a cheap piece of kit and I have now had to change my set up so putting bunnies in a shed with fixed 27/7 access to run for security and protection from all weathers. I would suggest any would be bunny owner look at the RWAF website for their guidance and make your own mind up from there.....

I bought The Lodge Rabbit Hutch and cover, arrived quickly and seemed ok to begin with....

But......Avoid! They claim there is a 5 year warranty on hutches but they will completely ignore you if you send messages or email (no customer service over the phone currently)

I have the below problems:

1. The main lower door is now hanging off and I have checked this and it’s because the screws have come out of the bottom hinge as the wood has split (this part of the hutch was already assembled)

2. I bought the hutch cover for this and it is too small for the hutch, I am unable to zip it up at the back, so this flaps about in the wind. I have to push part of the cover down to open the main door of the upper hutch. The cover is not long enough so there is a section of material that cuts across the lower door so I have to lift this up to access the hutch. The clear material is also starting to tear away from the green material or is is over stretched.

They don’t want to know and will not help you resolve any issues. I’ve wasted almost £200 and wish I’d just bought something from a bigger company who would be accountable for selling substandard goods. I now need to pay out again for something fit for purpose! I will also be taking this to trading standards.

Please steer clear of this company. Their products are poor, the customer service is non existent, and I really regret buying our hutch from them.

Things that have gone wrong in the last 15 months of owning the 6ft Coach House hutch:

Ramp has collapsed exposing sharp tacs to my rabbits.

A hole has appeared in one of the ground floor removable floorplates, looks like it has corroded through

The hinges fell off the doors due to poor quality screws used in pre-built construction

The tiny handle used for the door bolts frequently fall off again due to poor quality materials, and I've had to superglue them in. They would frequently fall off into hutch and are small enough to be eaten.

The initial delivery was a week late due to various excuses and a reluctant apology was eventually forthcoming. Not very relaxing when you have prearranged pets to home!

They claimed their hutches are 'verified by RSPCA regulations'- when I informed the RSPCA they asked me to send the email to their Legal team to pursue as they do not endorse any products.

All in all, please do not buy from this company. They are horrendous.

I needed a new outdoor hutch for my 10 new ferrets as my home made one is ok but not good enough. I saw the coach house and liked it. The first of 2 packages arrived and 2 days later the 2nd arrived. It arrived damaged in transit and unusable. I contacted the pet house company with photos as proof of damage. Richard in customer services arranged for a replacement to be sent. It was due to be delivered on Tuesday but due to a c**k up by the couriers it was eventually delivered on Friday. The service from the courier left a lot to be desired (DHL) but the communication I had with Richard and the customer service team was fast, caring, understanding and faultless. The hutch is sturdy, well treated and well made. If I could change one thing it would be to use a different courier service. Overall I would not have second thoughts recommending them and their service.
