Good service and happy with the product. Changed our minds on the coop we wanted just after ordering and was swapped over very easily with no hassle.

My friend ordered me the larger hutch for my birthday, delivery was prompt and on the day arranged but the boxes were very damaged and the roof and one of the back boards were very badly split and beyond usable.
We got in contact with the company who promised us numerous times that a replacement would be sent out and arranged numerous delivery dates, which included cancelling social plans... only for nothing to arrive. Only upon enquiringly again did we find out it either wasn’t dispatched or was “stuck at the depot”. Amongst other quotes promised from the company which did not come true, it’s made getting a replacement difficult and very awkward.

Two months after the original delivery date, we finally received the box of replacement parts.. only to find that one of the main bits were broken, yet again, due to poor packing.

Will definitely not be buying frlm this company again. And would not recommend to anyone.

Best hutch i have purchased for our bunnies. We have seen a few before we bought from yourselves! Easy to order and excellent customer service, prompt delivery, arrived when they said it would.The hutch we bought looks fantastic and provides plenty of room for our two dwarf bunnies.

The only problem we had was there was some slight damage to the roof but this was replaced straight away and delivered the next following day.

This is what I call 5* service and would definitely recommend!

Purchased a hutch from them which turned out to be incredibly bad quality. When I emailed them about it they told me there was nothing they could do, I mentioned the warranty to them only to be told the warranty doesn’t cover when the customer isn’t happy with the quality. When I explained that the parts don’t fit together properly and there’s clearly a manufacturer defect I was told that the parts don’t fit together well to stop foxes getting in. Work that one out! They’ve since stopped replying to me, but I have all of the emails they’re “customer service” have sent should anyone wish to see them.

Great service - very helpful staff (Richard) - good product. Whilst the Rabbit Hutch we ordered was out of stock initially, we were kept up to date with availablity and Hutch was delivered a week or so later (as agreed).
Despite there being a problem on delivery - with broken panel (which was not the Firms fault) - this was sorted quickly and the new part arrived the following day.
We would definitely recommend The Pet House Company.

Pleasantly surprised at just how much I like our new hillside hutch! It’s one of the largest I could find for our two lops and although it was slightly over my original budget, the quality makes up for that 10 fold.. Having owned rabbits for many years I’ve been through a fair few suppliers and I’ve found these guys to be one of the best! My only criticism (if you can call it that), is that they don’t stock more of the everyday supplies as I would ideally like to find everything in one place rather than shop in multiple places! I would definitely buy from them if they did! So maybe worth a thought? All in all, very pleased with the product itself. I did have some queries regarding assembly and found them to reply promptly.. it turns out I had one part upside down but this was quickly rectified.. so again service was very good. I’ll be back in the winter to order the rain cover as this is a must where I live!

Delivered faulty goods and refused to repair or replace , extremely rude from both customer service to director, I have pictures of faulty goods and full copies of Facebook posts,emails and private messages sent to me some of which are personal insults from the director (all sent to trading standards) just look for me on Facebook and message me if you would like to see before you risk buying off them

We bought a chicken coop in Nov 17. Now in Aug 18 it’s ready for the bin. The design has several floors and the quality is lacking. I have had to adapt and add to the build to keep it going this far. I recently wrote to the company regarding the quality but because I had tried to fix it (by strengthening and waterproofing it) the company claimed these amendments nullified the warranty. A complete waste of money and a very disappointing attitude.

There was a slight delay on delivery as my choice was out of stock but they have done everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery and also offered alternative products.

We bought this hutch for our baby lop after mutch research, and we're not disappointed. It was very easy to assemble, is sturdy and spacious and, as an added bonus, looks great.
Two of the best features are the pull out tray, which makes cleaning very easy, and the hatch which means you can secure your bunny at night.
Richard at the pet house company was fantastic in helping with enquiries, thank you. Would definitely recommend.

We had bought an hutch from the pet house company and through wear and tear the hinge broke. When I contacted them to see if we could purchase a replacement Richard who I spoke to was fantastic and really helpful resulting in him finding us a new one. He then went on to say that he would put it in the post with no charge. The hinge arrived the next day which is just incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and we will use them again.

After having some problems with the roof on my purchased chicken coop this has been replaced with a brand new one. All dealt with efficiently and professionally. What more could you ask for? Outstanding service. Thanks.

Cannot fault the service! This is the second purchase I have made - the first being in October 2015 when I purchased The Coach House rabbit hutch. I returned again to purchase my second - not because the first has broken in any way. Quite the opposite, still as sturdy and strong three years later that I decided to buy another for my increasing in size bunny family.

Well made and bunnies seem to enjoy it. The cover fits well, just need to know to put it on first before the roof

We ordered the Hutch expecting next day delivery as advertised. A week later no hutch arrived and it was very difficult to get any updates. The hutch was eventually delivered but not on the day we had agreed and without the cover. This took another 4 months to arrive after I had paid for it.
We have since had problems with the quality of the hutch, the hinges broke and the support for the top level floors is too narrow which means the floors slip off and sag.
The company advertises a 3 year warranty and although we are within this period I haven't even had a response to my emails. The contact telephone number is a premium rate 0834 number...
My next hutch will be from elsewhere. I paid more to support a small business (rather than one of the big franchise pet stores) but the lack of customer service has been somewhat disappointing.

UPDATE
I have since had a been able to contact the company through the web form and they sent an an apology about the lack of response to my direct emails. They explained this was due to a technical problem related to the email server.

Richard was very helpful and has offered to replace the broken part.

Arrived promptly & very well packed. Price v product good value. All components were I believe adequate & the carefully thought out design allied to a good standard of build, made assembly very straightforward. Could teach the "flat pack" fellows a thing or two here! All in all, nice job.
