Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Brought a cage and a cover. The cover cost me £70. The zip broke after 3 weeks. Emailed them 3 times with no response. When they did email me back they said nothing then can do, not covered by warranty. Absolute cowboys avoid.

1 star is being polite!! less than 12 months old and moulding and rotting. Wish I could add pictures so show the rubbish quality. Think you need to be reported to animal welfare and RSPCA for the rubbish you are shipping out.

Shocking service run for the hills better paying half the price for a pets @ homes hutch which will last a lot longer than this cheap hutch. Customer service don’t respond either and don’t care.
If your selling a products for animals you should be more caring instead of sold and done. Not even a year old and I’m going to have to purchase an new hutch which will be cheaper and better quality!! Won’t get a response to this guaranteed.

Minus 500 stars, this Company is a must avoid due to customer service, the quality of hutch cover they provided me is below what i would expect for a cover its made of cheap material like you see on the hutches in pets at home and nothing thermal about the product which is a bit misguiding.

No surprise it tore upon installation using the instructions which by the way is all silly pictures, and nothing explanatory.

Company say they area “tight fit” and “stretch” once Left after a period of time, unfortunately my cover is no where near tight fit, won’t fit is an accurate description, upon asking for return to refund got told no because it tore upon installation there will be no refund, and accused of damaging it when the fact Is it just tore out of not being manufactured correctly with durable materials. Stick with Pets at home people at least they won’t intentionally violate your consumer rights.

I ordered the coach house 6ft hutch for our two rabbits. I was relatively happy with the quality when it arrived & once it was built despite the bolts seeming flimsy. However, 6 months later a piece of wood dropped from the bottom meaning bottom tray (base of the hutch) dipped & came away from the rest of the hutch. I had to put something underneath to hold it up. I was disappointed after spending £160 on a hutch that hasn’t lasted as long as a standard high street one that I’ve had in the past & a further £40 for a cover that doesn’t even fit properly. When I emailed to inform the company I was disgusted with the reply. I got told the trays aren’t guaranteed but I was welcome to order a new one for £9.95. The entire base of the hutch has dipped & come away from the rest of the hutch leaving a gap ( I sent a photo.) being expected to spend more money on an already expensive hutch is ridiculous. When I replied I was ignored. Poor quality & absolutely shocking customer service. Worse quality than high street or second hand hutches I’ve had previously. Don’t buy!!

We purchased the ; 2 Story Coach House Rabbit Hutch and must say it’s absolutely fabulous, easy to assemble and built really sturdy, we also took advantage of the waterproof wraparound hutch cover and that fitted perfect, the Rabbit 🐇 loves his new home 😎

The service from start to finish was so professional and would recommend the company to anyone.

I purchased a manor hutch rabbit cover which was very poor quality for the price. I wish I had read the online review dated 23.7.19 about their customer service before purchasing.
I returned the item (postage paid by myself) to an address on their website which they said was incorrect; it was on their website! They say they have never received the item even though Royal Mail have confirmed delivery.
So I have paid £60 for a hutch cover that I don't even have!!!
Don't waste your money.

Hutch is excellent quality and we are getting a run so jasper and quincy will be very happy. Its so important for rabbits to be housed properly with enough space. So glad i found this

Hi, we purchased a 4ft cottage hutch and run from the Pet House Company. We spent some time researching for the best product on different websites and in our local pet store, we were looking for good value, build quality, guarantee and suitability for our not to big garden. We are very very pleased with the hutch and run, delivery was on time perfectly, they responded straight away to an enquiry, assembly instructions were good, and the rabbit loves it!
Brilliant, would strongly recommend it.

A good range of products and good customer service. I ordered a rabbit hutch and cover. Both of which came very quickly and well-packaged. The hutch is very good quality and well made. When I did have a problem with the cover, getting in contact with customer service was quick and easy and the problem was rectified quickly

We purchased a Summerhouse hutch and thermal cover. When the cover arrived it didn’t fit the hutch because it had been manufactured incorrectly. I contacted the company who were very vague about it and insisted on having pictures of the cover in situ. They were most unhelpful and verging on being rude. The picture clearly showed the cover was wrong as the clear panels were in the wrong position. They then told me I could still use the cover and offered a very small refund. They insisted it was ‘fit for purpose “ when it quite obviously isn’t. When I asked them if they could supply the correct cover they told me they were unable to as the whole batch of the covers for this hutch were wrong and they couldn’t get anymore from their supplier. Basically even though they offered a meagre refund they still wanted me to pay for something that didn’t fit the description and wouldn’t do the job. There literally was no reasoning with them. I am now returning the item. So I am in the position of purchasing a hutch for which there is no cover (essential in the winter months). Worse of all even though they are aware of the problem they are still offering them for sale on their website!!!
Do not purchase this summerhouse hutch because there is no dedicated cover which will fit. Also customer service is appalling.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Very poor quality, but more importantly the run was rusty when it arrived and the customer service a disgrace when returning, so rude. Ended up submitting a dispute through amazon to sort. Would have given zero stars if I could have. Don’t waste your money

I bought a cottage hutch and I am absolutely delighted with every aspect of the product. The delivery was really quick and when I received the hutch me and my partner had no trouble putting it together at all. We were really impressed with the whole design and love the little touches like a pull-out cleaning tray and removable roof. Even the screws and fixings were numbered. It not only fulfilled my expectations, but exceeded them. It is much better quality and value for money than any hutch I've seen anywhere. I would definitely use this company again.

The Chicken Coop Company have been amazing. I desperately needed a coop as a stout was killing our hens each night and we needed a new one urgently. They didn't have he one I wanted in stock, so they call one of their distributors and got them to send me one. It was amazing service. The coop has been great. We could assemble it ourselves, the chickens are safe. All is well. Thankyou soooo very much. Viv

We are thrilled with our 6ft Coach House double hutch. The build quality was excellent (very solid along with excellent design features such as removable trays and lift up lid with locking hinges) and it was easy to assemble. The company were super friendly and efficient with great communications. We extended the ramp to double the original length to make it easier for our three new guinea pigs to get up and down (less steep). We look forward to shopping here again and again! :)

i went to this company based on reviews and the product and service did not disappoint at all.
Very good quality, arrived quickly, easy to assemble and the rabbits love their new home!

Bought the hutch then decided against it. This obviously is my fault and I understand that.
I then tried to call the company, and nobody answered, I then proceeded to call several times over the next day. I then also emailed but was told that it had already been shipped and that they had no records of my call. So, either the number they have plastered all over the website is wrong or they’re lying and i have the phone records as proof. I also never and have still not received a confirmation email about my order.

The parcels then arrive, and I’m also told by the customer service man that I must arrange shipping and it had to be back within two weeks from the day it arrived. I then try to return the package, but I’m told that my parcel is too big for most companies to take. I email the company who give me a company to go with. I work full time and I don’t have time to wait around all day at home waiting for the parcels to be collected, however weekend collection is double the price. £70 and a day off work later the parcels are finally gone.

Just don’t bother with this company.

Bit disappointed with quality of the run for the money. Wood cheap quality and split when we screwed the screws in, and have a nasty feeling it's going to last a short time. Hen house is ok, but £200.00 for the runs a massive rip off

Recently I purchased the summerhouse run for our bunny.
This run is higher than the standard runs on the market which means we are able to push it against our hutch giving the bunny all day access.
Very happy with the quality and the service.
