Good quality product. There was a slight issue with the courier but the company contacted them and chased up delivery. Communication was excellent. I’ve placed two orders and will be back again in the future to order more. No hesitation is recommending to anyone.

I can't praise this company highly enough. I bought The Coach House rabbit hutch a few years ago for my French Lops and despite them being big bunnies it has worn very well but this year the shelves needed replacing. I was so happy to discover this was no problem when I contacted the company. They are very quick to respond to any query and the new shelves that I ordered for my old hutch fit perfectly so my bunnies are all set and cosy whatever the weather. This company offer efficient, courteous and professional service. Many thanks.

Hutch arrived as expected. Easy to assemble. Lots of space for bunnies & a good layout.
Only downsides are that the wire mesh is quite thin & a small part has broken / nibbles off within 3 months of purchase- but doesn’t leave a problematic gap. Also our bunnies quite like eating their ramp!

Really shocking service. I ordered a Rabbit Hutch and cover on the 31st August and the order has still not been fully fulfilled. Initially the “next day service” simply did not occur and it took over 2 weeks for the hutch to arrive. When it eventually turned up there where no screws or an instruction manual so I had to call and request these. No proper apology was offered but the screws where sent. I was advised that the cover was out of stock but would follow shortly. We are now November and it has still not turned up. It is freezing and I still don’t have a cover. I really wish I had ordered from Pets at Home. I really now want a full refund as a hutch without a cover is useless. Don’t use this company.

Bunny lodge and cover recently purchased. Both are excellent quality and the lodge and run are a perfect size for my two small rabbits.
Delivery in 2 working days on both items. Brilliant service.

I had ordered the hutch on Thursday afternoon and received my order the following morning. I was advised by a lovely young man who took my order that I will be contacted by the carrier in the morning to provide a time slot which happened. Hutch was delivered with clear instructions and great quality. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Amazing service, accidentally bought 2 rabbit hutch covers and kindly a man called Richard called me back asking if I wanted both. Refund went back into my account with in a couple of days and the hutch cover came in this time to. Definitely recommend.

A very nice well made hutch and easy to put together, my rabbit loves it! And it looks lovely in the garden, proud to have it on show not hidden away. Would definitely recommend.

The Cottage hutch was fairly easy to put together...my husband managed on his own. It seems to be of sturdy construction and has a good felt roof...we now have to see if the guinea pigs like it! I can't fault the customer service, my emails have been answered quickly and any issues resolved. The only thing I would say is, the website says an email will be sent went your item has been dispatched, I didn't get the email.

We ordered a rabbit hutch from this company on Friday and paid for next day delivery to ensure it would arrive the following week when we had a rabbit arriving from a rescue centre.

On Monday afternoon the company contacted us to tell us they didn't have the hutch in stock. By this point it was too late to order another hutch without a considerable increase in cost.

The company offered us a refund and a reluctant apology (although they later called back - see below). They blamed the issue on their suppliers running out of stock (which is easily avoided by asking suppliers for early notice when stock is running out and updating your website accordingly).

The hutch was considerably cheaper than on other sellers which attracted us in the first place but the supplier/stock management means now we wish we had gone with a more expensive and reliable seller.

Update:
The company contacted again later today to see if they could find an alternative hutch which they could deliver in time. They were extremely helpful and courteous now but unfortunately they were unable to advise whether similar items were in stock. They could not resolve the problem but did genuinely try and just need to address their supplier/inventory management.

I was impressed by the company's responsiveness to enquiries, but a little disappointed in the quality of the product supplied. One of the wooden stanchions in the cage had split and had to be bound together to provide the necessary robustness in supporting the cage, and the hinges on the roof 'pinged' clean off when we shut it. Not what I would have expected from a cage costing over £200, and something that could have been easily avoided by a more rigorous QA check before the product left the warehouse for delivery.

I desperately needed a new rabbit hutch asap, the one I ended up getting from the pet house company was perfect. Amazing quality and the service was second to none! I was kept informed every step of the way.

Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Bought the 6 foot Manor rabbit hutch and I have to say the quality of the product is absolutely excellent and was very easy to put up, even with the help of an eager 7 year old, and matched the description and pictures perfectly.
Service from thepethousecompany has also been excellent with the order arriving promptly and in good condition and they dealt with my query relating to the hutch cover promptly. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Pleased with the hutch, looks good and our rabbits appear to be very happy in it! Although there was a hiccup with delivery, the communication with the company was good and I'm happy with the service. Thank you.

Delivered very fast. The quality is outstanding as is the design, they are also so easy to put together. The instructions are clear and illustrated but to be honest if they weren't it would still be easy to put together. It took us 2 hours to put together in total and i moved my hens in here and they love it the new hens will have to move into the old coop.
The size is also great inside the house part also in the runs. This is also excellent value for money. Not expensive but because of the quality you would think it was a lot more expensive than it is! It's also very secure for the hens and gives them so much protection from foxes and other predators!!
I can't rate this high enough!! Totally excellent!!
