Very very unreliable company
So disappointed in this company. After much research and reading the reviews on their website, I ordered a large hutch the main reason being that they delivered in 48 hours. This was in May 2014. 48 hours came and went so I rang them. I was told they had had a fire at the wArehouse so hutch and cover would be delayed. After numerous emails and phone calls (including several to the man in charge "Elliot", who never even had the courtesy to reply) my hutch arrived in July. No hutch cover was enclosed so yet again I had to get in touch. To cut a long story short I am still waiting for my cover. I was told it would be August, then October and now it's the end of November. They have agreed to give me a 10% refund (£21) but I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see the cover. I also have tried to post 2 negative reviews on their website but neither have appeared. I really would not advise people to use this company.

5 months on and I'm still waiting...
I ordered a hutch and cover from this company in may 2014. I ordered it online and was pleased to see that they offered delivery within 48 hours. Then I heard nothing. For days. I tried to call them but received an answerphone message all the time saying they were having 'problems'.
I emailed them and got a reply explaining that there had been a fire in the warehouse and they were awaiting new stock. As they were unable to give me a time frame for delivery they agreed to issue a full refund. The refund didn't arrive.
I emailed again to ask why my refund had not been dealt with to be informed that the item was now in stock and could be dispatched within 48 hours with a matching hutch cover to follow. I agreed.
The hutch arrived within the 48 hour delivery window and was of ok quality. The hutch cover, however, has never arrived. Every time I chase the order the date is put back. I was initially told June or July. Then September. Then early October. Now it's end of October. I doubt I'll ever see the cover I paid for 5 months ago. And I don't relish the thought of chasing another refund to be fobbed off with fictitious delivery dates.
All in all, the hutches are ok, not brilliant but usable. The company seems disorganised and dishonest. Buyer beware.
