quality straps wonderful customer service
Wonderful quality straps with first class service. The order was quickly picked up and shipped quickly - and onto my watch within 48 hours of ordering. I have also ordered custom-made straps in the past and within three weeks a beautiful custom-made strap has arrived. I’ve had at least four straps if not more over the years and highly recommend this company – customer service is excellent and communication is great.

I sent watch with a degree of anxiety, I needn't have worried
My treasured vintage 18ct solid gold Ebel wristwatch required a replacement strap. I found The Strap Tailor on line. The strap on the Ebel is screwed onto the watch lugs and as such is somewhat more involved and requires a lot more skilled work. The deployment clasp is 18ct gold. With a degree of anxiety i sent the [now removed] strap to be used as a sample and to re-use the hardware. I needn't have worried! 6 weeks later my beautiful Ostrich strap arrived by secure post and i am absolutely delighted. It is everything i expected it to be and once screwed back on to the watch looks better than the original and is a joy to wear. I am suitably impressed. Would i recommend The Strap Tailor? High quality, great colors, and great customer service too
The straps themselves are really great—high quality, great colors (I got multiple nato straps), nice hardware. But what was really great was their customer service—I ended up ordering the wrong size, so I contacted them. While they were helping me, I wanted to get a different color instead of †he same color that I ordered originally, and they were absolutely accommodating and attentive, I got the strap I wanted, which became one of the two go-tos at the moment.
