6x customer, so clearly very happy!
I have 6 straps from them, and each strap has been impeccable. I've done 2 design-your-own straps, one Aquaflex with deployment clasp, and 3 ready-to-wear Aquaflex straps (with buckles). Every one of these straps are beautiful, super high quality, and been met with excellent customer service - these guys clearly care about their craft and customer experience. A++ experience - I put The Strap Tailor and Artem as the two players at the highest tier of strap quality out there (and yes I've tried others).

High quality strap
High quality strap, very happy with the product. Quite toppy on price, but cheaper than a top end brand product and arguably better quality. Will be back for more I'm sure. David is very good on the socials and gives a very well executed presentation of the quality of the product and a sense of community.

Quick delivery - Quality product
Quick delivery, product looks good but not yet fitted to watch, as I purchased to swap out my leather strap (which is excellent) when on holidays - swimming/snorkelling.

Your first order was placed on 2nd April, shipped on 7th April after the Easter break, and according to the tracking information we sent you, was delivered to your mailbox on 11th April.
If you're asking about your more recent order, this was placed on 16th April and is a made-to-order strap with a 25 business day lead time — so great news, this one is on track to ship next week!

Misleading support and poor return handling
Before ordering, I specifically confirmed with customer support that this strap would come with a brushed/matte buckle. When it arrived, the buckle was polished steel, and not matte.
I requested a return and full refund, but the company refused to waive nearly $22 in return shipping fees on a $51 order, despite the issue stemming from their own pre-sale clarification.
Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a reasonable concern.

When you contacted us prior to your purchase, you asked whether the buckle on the strap was brushed stainless steel rather than polished. We confirmed that it was brushed stainless steel — which is accurate and consistent with both our product description and the images displayed on our website. We would also like to point out that all of our fabric straps come fitted with a brushed stainless steel buckle as standard, so the item you received was entirely correct and we verified this with the images you sent.
We understand that return shipping costs can feel frustrating, however our returns policy is clearly outlined and applies equally to all customers. As no error was made on our part, we are unable to absorb those costs in this instance.
We always aim to be transparent and accurate in our product descriptions and customer communications, and we are confident that was the case here. We wish you all the best.

2nd strap, and again, wow!
Bought my 2nd strap from the Strap Tailor, the first for my Grand Seiko, this one a sale strap for my Longines Moon Phase triple calendar at half price. Blue Ostrich leather looks fantastic and top quality made. Would highly recommend going here for anyone who needs a change of watch strap. So much choice in the handmade, and if lucky to pick up a sale bargain, even better!!!

Thank you for your review. We're sorry the strap length didn't suit you, however this is a standard fabric strap sizing which is clearly advertised at the time of purchase. We do offer Two Piece which may be a better suit for you.

First leather strap purchase
I’ve ordered several nato straps from The Strap Tailor but this was my first leather strap. Black rally style with perforations it perfectly complements my Zenith el primero. Great quality and faultlessly quick service would definitely recommend.
